When my loved one was there, he got to meet the trucker who left his truck parked on the side of the expressway and needed to do his laundry. Larry the Cable Guy and Truck Driver were my loved ones favorites, they were self help experts in a rehab. These two, truly the top 85% , shared their expertise on how it works to a newcomer. My loved one told me though, Pothole face truck driver was his favorite because he said he lives in Beverly Hills and wore the same shiny clothes for days he came in with. He’s 83 and had a fall and hit his pretty bad. From the time we walked in - the service, professionalism, level of care and concern and pleasant attitudes of the entire staff was first rate. Madeline Jackson checked us in and she was so unbelievably kind it was like a breath of fresh air. The Triage Nurse, X Ray Tech, RN and Doctor that treated him were one nicer than the next. And knowing his age and that it was a head injury he was seen quickly within minutes of us checking in and everything was fast tracked. I believe Dr. Gerald Goreman is the head ER Dr there. He and his team do an excellent job. My Dad and I thank you for you care, concern and service!!! I am so glad that I changed the hospital as Natalie explained me the hospital procedures. In the OB/GYN Titanium and the team, in the birthing class, Shannon and team, thank you very much for your support as well🙏 every time when we go to the hospital; from the security staff to everyone else assisting us was so helpful and nice to us. That was my experience with Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. Even though they don’t have enough hospital infrastructure the team is amazing. Sure the waiting room is interesting to say the least, but the staff was amazing. The security guard happily walked me to the ER at night from the main building to ensure my safety. The EMT nurse Ciayana (I think that’s how it was spelled) was walking around checking on people in the waiting room, she was so helpful, friendly and caring. The nurses, doctors, specialists- everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of me right away, made me feel comfortable and covered every possibility of concern. I was there for some time but they moved at a quick pace to get all the testing done. I have nothing bad to say about this hospital. I am so thankful that they took such great care of me. They have the top of the line smart televisions it's a 70 inch touch screen computer thar also is a touch screen TV, and they have a couple of them the computer room has a computer for everyone never a wait and up to date equipment, Joey the director is a awesome guy he's not there to try and jam you up he there's to save your life also very laid back and the rest of the staff is great even the driver and interns you just get the feeling that they care.... awesome medical staff and the gym is better then a collage gun pickle ball twice a day baseball ,volleyball, Olympics bbqs,and once a week if you don't get any ribs there called the go to ice cream or movies or fast food or museum. Or the falls.... And they don't program you to death only a couple groups a day abs the rest of the day you can get your phone watch a movie just get your head right... Continual B.S. from NT City officials (basically have done nothing in 11 years) Contacted Greg from Niagara co Health Dept, TBH didn't expect much, well I was wrong. He thinks outside the box, and contacted a local Knights of Columbus whom showed up weeks later and scoured the offending neighbors property with a dozen guys, tractors, trucks, dump trailers and more. Within 4 hours a team of older veterans and some guys just running machines cleaned EVERY BIT OF TRASH OFF THE PROPERTY. The doctors are genuinely caring, and the main intake nurses are some of the most wonderful people with beautiful souls. Over the past five years, I've had two counselors, and they just so happen to be the best two I've had in my 17-year battle with addiction. The staff, in general, is incredibly kind and respectful—they don't treat you like a "junkie." Instead, they approach each patient on a case-by-case basis, which is a refreshing contrast to programs that enforce rigid, one-size-fits-all rules. Genuinely a good person, I highly suggest horizon.
