HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I walked into this facility hopeless. Drowing in crippling heroin/crystal meth addiction. I did my 28 days, and walked out with a new purpose in life. I didn't believe in miracles until I experienced Hamilton Hall SLATC. Confortable living quarters, good food and absolutely phenomenal staff. YOU are the priority and the staff will do anything and everything to make you comfortable and deliver greater chances for maintained sobriety. There's a few classes throughout the day that deliver critical information to help one overcome their addiction. Plenty of free time to socialize, watch some TV, play games, ect. The friends I made in rehab will hold a special place in my heart for the rest of my days. If you need help, don't be afraid. This is the place to have your kids. My wife and I have been through this process 3 time now ( 1x Thompson Hospital, 1x Florida, 1x Potsdam Hospital) and this hospital blew all the others out of the water. We showed at 5am where we were greeted by Megan who was on the last quarter of a graveyard shift and yet still maintained impeccable bedside manner. She truly appeared to enjoy what she does so if she was burned out she sure didn't show it. Dr. Dargie was professional and thorough. Nurse Anna was tentative, nice, and an all around pleasure as she took great care of my wife and baby throughout surgery day. Big fan of Dr. Terrence, she has great pediatric advice if you ask her for it! While I cannot remember all the nurses we encountered there was not a bad one at all! The whole maternity ward deserves a bonus from Rochester Regional Health in my opinion! It is hard to find a whole group of nurses that are that great! Good enough for me to write this whole review so that says something. Lastly the food was top notch! Not the typical hospital food everyone dreads. Hospital is clean, staff are nice, food is good, have your babies here!

The first time I came to the VA I was nervous and disappointed with my provider. I felt uncomfortable making an appointment to come back. So I asked for a new provider and I could not be happier, everything I said was heard and immediately addressed. My mental health was declining I told my provider this and she had me in with a counselor the same day. The ladies at the front desk have always shown so much respect and are very patient with me. Honestly it took a bit to get the right person for me, and of course the right medications, but they got me both and my experiences have been worth it. They have allowed me to get to a place I never thought I'd get to after so long of not getting help. I'm grateful for their services. I believe Farnham is an important resource for those in Oswego looking to overcome an addiction to opiates. Everyone there genuinely seems to care about helping those seeking recovery. The groups and counseling along with methadone have all played a role in getting and keeping me off drugs. I thank God for this facility as well as the dedicated people who work there.

Honestly I am blown away with the care I've received from this facility. When I heard of the VA in the past, it seem strictly in a negative connotation. That it not what I've received from this facility. On my first visit was with Bee was nothing but kind and helpful. Dr.Marshall is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctor I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Finally the reason that reminded me to write this review was that I had Covid these last couple of days and lost track of which day it was, so unfortunately I missed my appointment today. I was frantic until I spoke with Briam. He was professional and kind while rescheduling my appointment for a much earlier time than anticipated. Thank you Watertown VA!

Building looks nice. I called thinking I could donate something, the lady I spoke with said I couldn't but she was very nice and gave me a number where I could take the item. I've literally never seen any kids here though, even before Covid but I don't drive past too often.
