I have been a patient at Canton-Potsdam and Massena Hospital on many occasions, and I have witnessed both emergency departments as a local EMS provider. I am totally impressed with the quality of care here in the North Country. I see the limitations of rural healthcare being improved by consolidation of services which help eliminate the costly duplication of services. The Level Three Trauma Center designation is a step in the right direction. Hopefully we will see advanced cardiac care in the future, which will help speed up the definitive care and let people avoid long distance trips. Keep up the good work!

On October 9th my grandma had fallen and hit her skull, they were so great with her it was incredible and how gentle they were was amazing as well I couldn't have sent sent to a better hospital because they were just so fantastic with her. The first time I came to the VA I was nervous and disappointed with my provider. I felt uncomfortable making an appointment to come back. So I asked for a new provider and I could not be happier, everything I said was heard and immediately addressed. My mental health was declining I told my provider this and she had me in with a counselor the same day. The ladies at the front desk have always shown so much respect and are very patient with me. I started going to citizens back in early 2020, it's been 6 years now, they have been more than helpful, always accommodating my schedule and busy life (single mom of 4 who works full time) Dr Sani and Judy are amazing 👏🏻 they are so helpful and now are a part of my recovery journey. I love to see them. It's always a pleasant time going there. I used to be afraid of doctors and have so much anxiety but it feels like home now. A place to fit in! I reccomend anyone fighting with addiction to come join the team, be a part of something bigger, just be yourself. They accept you just the way you are, truly amazing staff, Sherry calls me the Friday before my upcoming appointments and reminds me, she's so funny and so easy going. Such a blessing having a great place and overall they have changed my mind on doctors offices. I've gotten better at my overall health because of them. The River Rock program is incredible. The clinicians and staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and passionate about what they do. I attended the IOP program a year ago. My experience there was so impactful on my overall wellbeing. I now work in mental health myself and confidently refer patients their way knowing they will be supported through their mental health and sobriety journey.

Very helpful and accommodating. Ive been a client for over 10 years with no major issues. When any type of issue or situation has occurred it was caused by my own choices. Even when I made poor choices, as long as I'm honest about things they have always been understanding and willing to work with me, to get me back on track with my recovery. I would absolutely recommend connifer to anyone who's serious about there recovery or if they think they want to get clean connifer is a great place to start.

I entered VA Lakeside Clinic at 0801, left at 0821 with small piece of debris removed from my shooting eye. It's been there for 72h and sir O'Brian, Joe removed it within minutes. Please note, this was walk in, last minute visit as I had next appointment in St Albans at 0930. For those who complain about federal health care , especially about Burlington VA Lakeside Clinic, please come to Germany for 1/2year and see for yourself how lucky we are being US Army Soldiers and Veterans, it takes months for someone to even talk to you, yet alone to be seen! I storngly recommend this location to all service members and their families!
