The first time I came to the VA I was nervous and disappointed with my provider. I felt uncomfortable making an appointment to come back. So I asked for a new provider and I could not be happier, everything I said was heard and immediately addressed. My mental health was declining I told my provider this and she had me in with a counselor the same day. The ladies at the front desk have always shown so much respect and are very patient with me. I feel so lucky now to have the Massena VA.

I only in countered one problem while using this clinic and it was because of the referral people not the actual clinic

This is so very convenient to be able to see my doctor via video appointment. Kathy Green is a great doctor. She listens to what I have to say. And takes the time to understand it. This is very important to me with any kind of doctor I have.

I was there when I was a kid and they helped me become the person I am today I was there when I was 14 I'm now 40 and clean yes I relapased through the years but what they taught me has stayed with me for years and still are vibrant in my life today
I recently sent a client to this facility. The client is responding well to the program and is embracing what the program has to offer. It's hard to find a good OP facility, but I will refer clients here to continue on their road to recovery.
