Great service offered to persons in need they have a methadone clinic and a residence. It is like a one-stop shop except there is no detox service offered. There are groups and structured programs for clients. I know of persons who have used the service and are now successful. If they did it, so can others. Staff listen to clients and create a system that caters to each and meet them where they at, while holding your hand safely during the process. Well done and thanks

Went here for a couple months in 2022, specifically the therapist Casey was a huge help when my dad passed and made an effort to help me figure out I had depression and helped my family get through tough times and helped us with donations, who also helped my family in 2016 and donated toys ❤️❤️❤️

If your reading the reviews for this facility because your planning on getting help or even contemplating getting clean. Let me tell you....DO IT! It saved my life and many of my friends as well. I was scared at first obviously because i didn't want to be sick from the withdrawal. This facility actually does care about your safety and sobriety, your not just a number here. Youll be listened too and treated like a human being unlike a lot of places where your just an addict. Even if your not ready and just have questions, give them a ring....it could actually really change your life. The transition from the street drugs to the methadone was quite painless and I finally got relief. No more going days without and being sick, no more being sick at work, no more being sick around the kids, no more excuses! Long story short I can gladly say that I've been clean for so many years now and I owe it all too pyramid and the staff. I know it sounds silly but making that change and that choice was so scary and hard for me but when I found out how easy it was and how painless it was I felt so silly. You can do it. Make the call, you deserve it!

The staff is very loving, supportive, and motivating. I am approaching two months sober and a key factor that contributed to my growth process with the soar fit program and structure of New Pathways. I am not only motivated to complete the IOP but also the OP program than come back and share my message of hope and strength. Forever grateful, if you’re pregnant in active addiction please come to VIP. In the 2 years I’ve been going I’ve never been treated with anything other than the utmost respect everyone always asks about the baby and genuinely care about how I’m doing. Marion is an exceptional counselor, I truly believe without her support and all the other staff of course I would’ve never come this far. Thank you guys. Anyone considering help please go and allow yourself to be helped because recovery is possible.

I graduated in 1996. Best decision I ever made was to go to Vip. I was assisted in furthering my education, addressing the issues in my life. Vip helped me to get my children back and raise them, obtain housing, respect, dignity and become a respectful lady. I am a Casac with a Bachelors degree and have been actively employed since 1997, thanks to Vip and have not relapsed once. About to retire and feeling real good about the life that Vip helped me to re-build. I am forever grateful 🙏. You get out what you put in.

Since day one the front desk staff is always timely, friendly, and very communicative with scheduling. My therapist Sam is simply stellar. She has been always attentive to my concerns, caring in approach, and sensitive to my needs. My experience at Baystate was really good they really break down what the disease of alcoholism and addiction is and how people can over come and have sobriety by breaking down the steps and character defects we have.. the staff is a good group of people who also over came the disease so they understand we’re we are coming from judgment free zone and the clients are good people too seeking help like I did I recommend this place to anyone struggling with alcoholism or addiction they also have a sober house for men which I did also

Today is my 43 birthday and I am so grateful to Project Outreach saving my life. I am sober and my mental health has never been better. I am a single mother of two children who suffers from major depression and alcoholism. A little over a year ago I walk into Project Outreach broken like never before. I was scare because I lost hope. Their treatment plan saved me. I will like to give Stephanie Blackwood an special shout out because I would not have made it this far without her expertise and compassion towards me. Emdr is a great treatment for trauma. The Recovery groups are lead by an amazing team of experts. All the therapist, psychiatrist and more are at master level and above. However, it’s not just their education, it’s their compassion and honesty that matters and was essential to my recovery. I celebrating my 43 bday sober and happy because of Project Outreach. I just so grateful to them and will give back to them what they given to me and that’s hope to others who struggle. Thank you.

I used to go to the lower east side service center. It is a great program it help me get clean. ... no problem .. I have my own place and I'm no longer a slave to drugs and what it put me through drugs suck ... the people there helped me gain inner strength to kick the drug habbit and lead a better life .

Melinda Bonilla is a great therapist. She’s easy to talk to and really listens. I feel a lot better after our sessions, and she helps me deal with stress and anxiety.

I think this place is great as far as the counselors and the supervisors, however, the people behind the windows are always sitting around talking while the line will be ridiculously long. All four windows will have workers behind it but yet only one (if one) will be taking care of any of the patients and unfortunately, it seems like it’s because they know we need our medication. We’re just kinda irrelevant we can wait and it’s actually a major trigger for me. Other than that. I’ve been there for years literally since they opened and the rest of the staff is amazing.

I have had a great experience with the VA staff in general. Scheduling has never been a problem and they send me plenty of reminders. Everyone I've interacted with seems to take their job seriously, and really cares. I'm writing this review primarily because of a specific recent experience: At my appointment I had blood drawn and a flu shot. When I was scheduling my next appointment in the lobby, I started to feel extremely dizzy and lightheaded. I'm stubborn, and I was in the infantry, so I tried to tough it out. I figured if I could just finish my scheduling I could just go pass out in my car in private. One of the staff members noticed and immediately took me to the back of the clinic. They took my vitals, gave me water, and sat me down. All of the staff were caring and showed compassion the entire time. I felt bad for inconveniencing everyone but they would not accept any of my apologies. I'm very grateful for the way I was treated. I was very embarrassed but was given dignified, understanding treatment that anyone in a similar situation would be fortunate to receive.
