Just the kind of spot you want to go to for dinner: the food was delicious, the staff was helping, the ambiance inviting. The pizza was a standout for me--the crust!--and don't forget to save room for the chocolate chip cookie, which they serve warm. Can't wait to return.

Cornerstone of Rhinebeck was one of the best things to happen to me in my adult life! Very casual almost kinda hetic (at some points) atmosphere that I I feel most comfortable in! Very diverse group of people and you will make some of the best friends there you will ever meet! Friendly and caring staff! I will always think of them as family and cornerstone as a support and someone I can lean on and call if I ever fall back! I was in Astro home for children back in 1972 and I remember they put me in the cottage I’ll never forget Frank Mulhern, and his wife Donna Mulhern, and their son Keith I remember Artie Freeney I remember Dave Tompkins and Terry the house maid I remember sister Patricia wow so many years ago and I still remember their names. I am now 56 years old going on 57 this year so you know that was many many years ago. I had some good experiences there, but I’ll never forget the day. Ive been to alot of different rehabs over the years and most of the staff and counselors are rude and could care less about the addicts. But the Catskill Twin County facility is absolutely amazing! The staff and counselors are very courteous and truly do care about the addicts that are coming there for treatment. They are all very down to earth and are easy to talk to, and actually seem like they care and give a shit! When i was going to group there i use to actually look forward to going. I cant say enough good things about them! If i could i would give them a 6 star rating.

When I was done battling my addiction i checked in to there outpatient program. Brenda is amazing. I’m 5 years sober with the help of there services. They care and are always a phone call away. I had some tests ordered by my Doc at this hospital. They came (on time) to get me in the lobby...took me to my various tests and I even had a few nice conversations with hospital staff. They brought me a nice cold beverage while waiting in between tests. It was as pleasant experience as I imagine one could have at a hospital. Most everyone I encountered was upbeat and helpful.

When i was there in 2018 it was very strict which most people cant complete theu get kicked out or relapse. The then director Andrea was a tough woman to trick or get one over on. Counselors come and go thst normal. Brian the house manager was also amazing and there for a long time. I heard its not the same its easy to get over on staff which isnt good for the people trying to get better. Id love to know to who the new director is. Also the house is amazing compared to like renwick house in newburgh.

My daughter has received services from Astor for the last 2-3 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the receptionists, staff, therapists, nurses and NPs. They have been a blessing to us! When my daughter does not have an appointment one week due to a holiday or whatever, someone will call to check on us. I really appreciate that. It is tough having interns as my daughter's therapists but they need to train somewhere. If your child has extreme difficulty with change then ask for someone that is consistent.

My is Christopher harris, I was a resident here around 1994 I think, this place saved my life. Mr Clinton Mrs Edwards tough sometimes... but fare. It was a great place to keep kids off the street.
