My son was inpatient at never alone for 45 days. In that time he went not only through recovery but mental health help as well. He is home and thriving. Throughout his time there he participated in individual and group therapies. His favorite part in his own words “Kim’s food is amazing”. When he came home we sought out his psychiatrist to get him back on track. They couldn’t get us in for a month and were not willing to refill his medications. I spoke with Mackenzie and her and nursing staff were able to make sure he got refills so he was not left without vital medications. I would recommend Never Alone to anyone who just doesn’t know what else to do with a child who is struggling.

My 16 year old daughter was at Never Alone for over a month and did great! The entire staff from program director to chef were wonderful and made my daughter's stay as comfortable as it could be, based on the circumstances. This was not our first stop on her journey, however this was her first rehab for drug/substance use. When asked if it was beneficial, she has not hesitated to say YES. She said that she felt she left with better tools and confidence to work her recovery.

This place truly saved my life!!! The staff were incredible from the moment of my intake all the way to my discharge. Just a review from a loved one who is thankful for the care given. I don’t know much other than Lori is sent from a higher power to work on and coordinate rehabilitative services. We hope the tools and resources will spark the journey in lasting recovery and are so thankful for everything. Compassion is such a hard thing to convey, but it reverberates through the process from the very beginning of intake all the way to the heart of the journey. Back in 2009 I had a real bad addiction to Prescription pain pills an a big addiction to Benzos (xanax & klonoppins) . I was treated with kindness and respect by all the staff, and the doctor was extremely thorough with a wonderful caring bedside manner. The nurses were cool and funny and told good stories. I especially want to mention nurses estelle, lauren, alexi, Morgan, gina, and Matt. I am now 56 years old going on 57 this year so you know that was many many years ago. I had some good experiences there, but I ll never forget the day. I love everything about Gateway HV! Gateway has been there for my brother (and therefore my family) for nearly 15 years. My brother has been helped with job coaching on the job, internshipsand computer courses. We were thinking of signing up with the job help, Health Home care case management and PROS (he could get psychiatry through that program. This place is the most effective and helpful recovery place I ve ever had the pleasure of attending. The dedication of staff to get to know their clients rather than just gaining as many as they can and not really knowing anything about them is very meaningful. I had a very bad fall. At this hospital I received efficient, thorough emergency care. It was a busy Saturday morning, yet they still managed to make me feel like I was getting individualized attention. I was in and out in a little under four hours, despite it being busy enough to require getting all my care in a hallway. They are hard workers, and it shows.

I have to admit I'm shocked at the low reviews. However,as a person who struggles with chronic illness and pain, I do not wish on anyone, ever, I've unfortunately dealt with the absolute crap treatment by other hospitals when I lived in NJ. Your treatment as a patient usually depends on how good your insurance is and dealing with staff, that has no concept of being in your world everyday. I'm new to Green County and this Hospital. My parents moved me up here, praying for better medical care and everyone from my new Primary to my Urologist there at the hospital, has been incredibly attentive and someone mentioned the feeling of God's presence there, it's true. My first visit, I got lost a few times and these amazing Angels were posted everywhere they needed to be. They were elder members of our community and were absolutely on the ball. With patience and knowledge of details and just their kindness, helped me stay calm and feel less stupid . From them to the Drs, Nurse Practitioners, that kind of excellence is rare these days. Short wait time while still giving patients, their undivided attention. I can't vouch for the ER. I've not experienced that yet at that hospital. But I have seen the EMTs and Paramedics at work with my own family. Considering the distances and situations they deal with, they are amazing. God bless and peace to you ALL.

I have been going here for over a year now and it's a hit and miss situation the first therapist I had here was terrible and I could tell she didn't actually care about me. The first nurse practitioner I had here wasn't that good either. After that I would like to say that the second therapist I got was awesome he really helped me through some stuff, because of my work with him I have become a much less angry individual, I am sad to see him go, but people move all the time. I believe that the next therapist I have here will probably be good too. I would also like to say to people thinking about going here, take a chance, you may end up with someone you really like, and if you don't find someone else it is not much of a problem to switch therapists.
