Though I'm still ongoing in my search for answers and solutions, I don't have to think twice about this facility and it's staff. I think they are great people and the grounds and accommodations were the best I've seen and experienced.

Everyone is so amazing I have severe anxiety and PTSD and when it comes to me going to anything that has to do with people outside of my home I struggle to say the least and when I came here for the first time I was blown away with how much they made me feel like family I have never felt so comfortable with anything like this so my guard was up and not going anywhere until this place and I thank everyone of them for the progress I've made and continue to make so thank you all from my whole heart and my family's also

Wonderful and understanding people here. The office workers, the counselor's are all great, especially Amber, my counselor. But my 2 favorite people in the building are Doctor Anderson and the addictions nurse, Karen. Them two have helped me with several other non addiction health issues. But I cannot say enough kind words to aptly describe just how awesome this collection of dedicated people who are easy to talk to and who also come from a place of understanding. You Rock A.C.A.S.A. I'd recommend people here, without a doubt.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for our local hospital here in Olean. I know many 1-star reviews focus on long waits and perceived lack of care, but I’d just like to lift up the story from a different angle. Waiting nearly an hour alone in the ER can feel frustrating. But rather than imagining ten doctors standing out back having coffee, it’s likely these professionals are prioritizing critical life-saving care elsewhere—because every minute and every person matters. On average in the U.S., one nurse cares for roughly 4 to 10 patients—depending on the unit and acuity. In med-surg areas, it's often about 5 patients per nurse, and even higher in busier or understaffed settings. In the realm of hospital infrastructure, there are about 6,000 hospitals across the U.S., serving over 332 million people. That means one hospital serves roughly every 50,000 people on average. As a small city, Olean is truly fortunate to have such a facility nearby given our population. I admire every healthcare provider—nurses, doctors, aides, technicians—for their knowledge, compassion, and constant effort. Their dedication, especially in critical situations, is something we should all feel grateful for.

Who knew that Olean General had a physical therapy department and that it happens to be excellent! A large, beautiful therapy room with big windows and a friendly, relaxed staff of professionals who work hard to bring each patient back to full health and healing! They have every machine needed, and because it’s in the hospital they know how to keep it immaculate. I can highly recommend it ftom my experience with therapist Marty Morowski and the others I observed. And there is reserved parking near the entrance for PT clients.

Not sure how the place is now, i went there when i needed it in 2004 n 2005 at the beggining of my journey, here i am in 22 visiting wellsville to go ride my atv at tall pines, today 15 years in, self employed buisness owner, home owner free and clear all because this program guided me through the worse chaos of my life.

This place is amaxing for people who are serious about their recovery, very clean modern place

My 60 year old brother who is physically disabled from a car accident when he was 6 years old, has worked at Intandem for the past 30+ years loves it there!! The staff and their programs are so beneficial. Our family wouldn’t know where our brother would be today if it wasn’t for Intandem ♥️

The receptionist are really friendly and super helpful! I love that you can just walk in for a crisis appointment anytime and they will find a counselor for you to talk to if yours is unavailable if you're having a really hard day. They have a crisis hotline and the people who answer are really nice and helpful. The atmosphere here is really welcoming. I love that the staff here helps me believe in myself by challenging me to think more positive and use healthy coping skills in my everyday life. I have felt more understood and less alone in my mental health journey here throughout the years. ❤️

Clarity has been extremely helpful to me, their counselors, doctor and staff have been knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They have benefited me through a difficult mental diagnosis that has improved my life and well-being, Thank You Clarity!

Clarity has some issues right now just like most businesses. My personal expirence is I have a consistent therapist that took the time to know me..well I have had a few that challenged me,and if your going thru something and your hateing on the place and you feel like they arnt treating fairly? It's ok it's part of the process. And the Dr knows me well and actually talks to me..and he always gives me his "Jerry Springer last thought" before the session ended.i gave 4 stars because nothings perfect and normal is just a setting on a dryer.

I have been impressed with the counselor that I have seen and their ability to turn what feels like a chat into productive time working on the goals you have set together for you. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Some one filed a false review about Caz Recovery and Turning Point using my name. This is my real review / testimony. Turning point rehab is a gorgeous brand new building it's like staying a hotel without the pool. Caz Recovery Inc did an amazing job by selecting Renee to be the program director as well with selecting Alyssa to be Assistant director. And this is my thought of each staff member. Renee has always had time to speak with me and she is never on her personal phone at work everytime I see her she's work hard as always. If it wasn't for Renee allowing me to take my NYS Barber Exam I wouldn't of had my barbers license and here's the kicker Caz Recovery set me up with access vr who paid for my schooling and tools so Renee =5* Alyssa is very fair and reasonable any time I needed her for anything she was right there and shes an amazing yoga instructor she gets 5*. Every single counselor Jess Eric Michelle Javier and Sarah and little Debbie were always respectful and caring and gave me great information and always supported me and any time I asked for help or to teach more about self sabotage or anything they took the time to do so and I feel like I built and great unique relationship with each and everyone there. Yoga is a voluntary group no one is forced to do anything they don't want to. I had Regina as my doctor as tph not Theresa and they supplied me with my meds they never took me off any medication ever so they were both great to me. John the driver who was my counselor twice is the most straightforward dude I ever met I built an amazing professional relationship with that man he has Never once encouraged anyone to drink or do drugs nor did any other staff member. Jose is also great he has helped me in more ways than anyone I can think of. The entire nursing crew CJ Brie and Deb always made sure I had my refills and they scheduled all of my appointments any time I was sick they made sure I was seen and got the proper treatment I needed. As for the Night staff Ron and big money Mike they were always down to earth and cool as hell to talk to them 2 guys are true gems. Turning point helped me get my life back and find myself again they supplied me with housing treatment, a barbering career and many great times. What other rehab will take you to Walmart meeting the beach and bison and bills games NOT ONE but turning did all of those things for me plus Alot more. Turning point truly cares it's the residents who come in and don't want to be clean are the ones who get mad and trash talk the place because the doctor takes them off of Narcotics in a inpatient treatment facility where the residents who want to stay clean can stay clean so if u don't want to be clean don't come to to turning point but if u do wanna get clean and receive the best medical care groups and help as possible then go to turning point. I have visited this facility a few times. The desk folks are extremely nice, and there with the intent to help others. I have enjoyed speaking with them when I've stopped by. I wish them all the warm wishes to keep up their hard work!

Truly blessed to have been given the gift of a new sober life by the by the grace of God and every single amazing person that works here at Turning Point House. They are all truly committed to helping me with my recovery, and go above and beyond on a daily basis.
