I've been going to Best Self for about 6 or 7 years. Everyone is extremely kind, considerate, and efficient. They manage my medication, and provide counseling. I'm lucky enough to say that Sara Booth has been my counselor 2 x a month all these years. She is phenomenal. She listens, is compassionate, has offered to go above and beyond ..... as in hold a family group counseling session. I think of her more as a friend than a counselor. If I need to speak to her in between appointments, she will call me... briefly... but long enough to calm me down.
On nights or weekends, Best Self has a number to call if you are having a very tough time. You are connected with a live counselor. Once, a man talked to me for about an hour. It will most likely be about 30 min.
It's such a comfort knowing I'm not "alone".
Don't let the facade of the N. Collins building turn you off. It just proves they're not pocketing more money than they need to stay afloat.
If you're on the fence, please try it.

I really enjoy the office in west Seneca ny, The office people are always so sweet and very helpful, I did attend the springville office and I wasn’t comfortable with the counselor I finally got assigned, I was switched 4 times at that office I never truly knew who my counselor was, after I switched offices the west Seneca counselors are all very sweet understanding and no one at all in the office judges you by any means they all understand that everyone is going there for a reason and honestly When I’m there talking to anyone really they make you feel as if your talking to a family member or a close friend
I have had the same doctor up until two months ago and she again was absolutely wonderful and now seeing a nurse practitioner and he is great understand and you can tell he truly is there to help

Delphi Rise is not just another outpatient rehab. This organization provides a wide range of programs that can only be summed up as true "Human Services." Yes, they will help you if you are struggling with addiction; they do that 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through their Open Access program. They also help people who are homeless get into safe, permanent housing. They will help you if you are even at risk of homelessness. They help people returning from prison to secure safe, permanent housing. They have a Health Home System. They offer assistance obtaining and keeping a job or help you apply for disability and get a specialized attorney to represent you for the case. They provide food, clothing, personal items, even mobile phones to those in need. Nobody is turned away for any reason pertaining to race, sex, religion, nationality, age, or criminal history of any classification or subtype. 2 years ago when I needed help with everything a person could need help with, they gave me a safe and dignified living space in less than 3 weeks of asking for help despite my many social barriers. They gave me treatment for addiction that began immediately and they still support my recovery today. They've given me clothing, bedding, personal supplies and toiletries, a phone with prepaid service, transportation to and from their office when I needed it. They have supported me in every area of need in my life for the last 2 years and continue to do so now and in the foreseeable future. Every time I go to Delphi Rise I am greeted not only with courtesy, respect, and dignity, but with down-to-earth kindfulness and warmth. Someone from Delphi visits me at my home once a month to make sure everything is going well and that I have what I need. These other reviews giving 1 star and complaining about personal treatment absolutely blow my mind, and they are not to be believed. To everyone at Delphi - Darnell, Monique, Alex, Rob, Mike, Tasha, Tashaba, Martin, Dr. Ainsworth, Krystal, and Jill - thank you for what you do every day to help the less fortunate, the outcast, the homeless, the unwanted - thank you for helping people like me. May God bless and sustain you in your mission and in your lives!

| This department offers an outpatient medication-assisted treatment program and an addiction management program. Pathways provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment in conjunction with counseling sessions. Methadone, Vivitrol, or Suboxone are used as a tool to reduce withdrawal symptoms, decrease drug cravings, and sustain recovery long-term. | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I've been to clinics in Illinois, South Carolina, and in my home of GA. The longest I've gone to a clinic was almost 11 years. I left for a year and went back to one in ga. I informed them I was going to be traveling alot they said it would be okay no biggie. Not true. I barely made it to 70mg, I barely got clean. When I got to pathways I was supposed to be here for, at the most 2 months. The least 4 weeks. My clinic wanted them to drop me to 60mg & drug test me before they'd dose me.. Christina didn't understand this logic. If I would've failed a drug test then its not like they would've turned me away. And she agreed with me that 70mg is low especially 60mg. I was on 130mg for YEARS. I'm still having withdrawal symptoms after 5pm everyday. But I've increased to 75 hoping to go up again soon. .. This place is different but in a good way . I'm used to being treated like the medicine (in my opinion) that I take to live is something to be looked down upon & heavily mandated. I'm used to the clinics making you empty your pockets for a drug test. Can't be on your phone in the waiting area at some places bc they want to know if you're going to nod out. Peek and troths make you sit for 1-3 hours no phone. Nothing. And it's early in the morning...you think you wouldn't be tired no matter what? Pathways is honestly the only place I've ever been to that seems to care about you and not the money. The first day there the counselors remembered my name. I didn't have to correct them on important aspects of my life they asked about, I've had counselors that after a year or more of seeing me 2x a month couldn't remember if I had kids. I understand most of the clinics I've gone to are big. But damn.. the smaller one, the counselor I had, I had never had a counselor put me into an actual anxiety attack . Her non chalant attitude and voice and the first time speaking with her she insisted I didn't tell a certain person if I had issues with her, my counselor, bc she was mean & If I told this other person she'd defend her..the person she said not to tell was a very good person, I told her, "what? She isn't mean I love her " like what? But at P pathways even the security guard is cool as hell!

I've never had any issues here. My counselor is great and understanding! She provides a great and helpful group! As long as you are respectful and follow the rules, you really shouldn't have any problems at this program. . I've been here for almost 3 years and have had sustained abstinence the whole time! So grateful for this place for helping me save myself!

I've been on Methadone maintenance for 6 years. I also have metal rods and pins along with an infusion from my spine to my neck. So the Methadone is also being used as pain control. If you do what you're supposed to within the first 3 months you end up getting two weeks of take homes if you work this program the right way it will work out in your benefit and you will see the difference but that's if you really want it I have had the same counselor Jorge Acevedo since I've been there and he is amazing always in my corner and I'm always looking for my best interest and I've grown a relationship with him that is a safe place and I trust him. So if you're really looking for maintenance and you don't not you can make it no you don't want to be on that long-term you just want to get off the s*** just tell them what you want or what you want here what is that called yeah recovery process to be and they will work with you to get it done. Do it you have nothing to lose but your life
