There should be absolutely nothing bad to say about this program. They helped me tremendously and they do it without making you pay. It's a great program. The staff Brandon, Jay, Mrs Green, Capt Jennifer, Capt Damon, annso many more are the BEST!! I can't think of a better Christian program to go to or to recommend!!

As a graduate of this program I am just here to refute the negative review left by a former beneficiary. Before you enter the program you are given in detail what you are signing up for. You are told from the beginning this is a Work Therapy program, and that you will have to attend Christian based spiritual classes and services. The resident managers have to deal with up to 100 something men so please don't listen to that one negative review about the program itself and about the program employees who's names should not be mentioned. Without God placing me here I would be on the street, dead in my addiction or worse. They do not force you to stay. The doors are meant to keep randoms out, not to keep someone unwilling to change their life, in. If you are struggling with addiction, or want to grow in your relationship with Christ, or even if you have no religion you are welcome here. But again, this is a work Therapy, Christian based program. Those who complain know exactly what they are signing up for . God bless.

I could not ask for a better recovery Clinic to go to. Brightview Chesapeake South is a great Clinic to go to. All their Staff are extremely helpful & do their job well. Everything is taken care of & great. I am so glad that I told the other clinic i used to go to that I wanted to go pick up my own prescription from the drug store because I am so much happier going to Brightview 🔆 great place to get my recovery treatment. I have had mostly excellent experiences with Brightview (formerly called Right Path) since 2019. The doctors have been great, they care and so do most of the other staff such as reception, counselors and care coordinators. I have had a few problems with medication prior authorizations that were incorrectly filled out and problems with 2 different counselors but they normally fix these issues very quickly. My biggest complaint is that you can’t call the office directly anymore and all calls go to a “call center”. Sometimes they handle your issue immediately and sometimes it takes many days and repeated calls about something simple. This wouldn’t happen if you could call your clinic directly! Despite a few issues, I still give them a 5 star rating because the office workers care about you and your health.

Used to go here and had nothing but a great experience. I was pregnant and they got Me in quickly, offered Me a mothers group that gave me free baby items while I was in fhe program, staff was nice ..just don't miss groups or they will immediately taper you every day and kick you out for atleast a month which led me back into addiction..thankfully I am sober now without needing maintenance so blessing in disguise..they helped wake me up..only give 4 stars cuz it could of went way worse..not everyone is so lucky as I was

All they care about is having some free employees to work at their carwash, the higher ups are rude, they drug test you for nicotine, you wake up at 5:30 am everyday just to get ready for your slave labor at their carwash. This place is a joke seriously. Oh yeah and they make you shave any facial hair you have on your face. I asked why I had to shave they said because they don't wanna scare the ladies In the church SMH. The food socks also and they only have Lukewarm water for your thirst. I could go on for days about how horrible this place is but I ain't got time today!

my review is specifically of the APY unit, the lesser intensity of the 2 adult units. Listen, nobody likes being admitted to a recovery center. it’s not a luxury hotel, it is designed to keep you safe and regulate you and this place serves its purpose well. The care team genuinely has a heart for providing care for the patients (with maybe one or two misfit employees who arent as motivated by kindness, as in any work force.) I felt respected and dignified during my stay there. i watched staff interact with difficult patients and offer them the same grace and dignity. The groups were largely effective and the meals were as to be expected with regards to my dietary needs. daily art therapy was delightful! I didnt love having to be there but i want anyone considering APY to know i had a positive experience. I don’t want to return but if i ever need to i would know i’d be in capable hands.

Every since l,ve been going to port health they have been of great therapy to me,l was in a lot of grief when l first started when l did group therapy and the one on one therapy it made a lot of difference, l was able to get that knot out of my stomach that was there so long and l was able to interact with others, port health is my second family l wouldn't have it any other way!

Do not go here and do not send your kids here. It's been years since I went here and the staff were garbage. They made fun of my mental breakdown and were very immature in treating me. I started to snap under pressure from the nurses bullying in there. I know this has been years since I went here but please do not send your children here if you want serious assistance with your child's health. They are not nice people and you will likely regret it.

Dirty, Most the staff doesnt care. Food was decent but the food workers were jerks. Someone brought covid in and they did nothing to clean or sanitize. Everyone there tested positive. Only a few staff members were good. The rest didnt care at all. We didnt have hot water for 4 days and the bathrooms were out of commission for a day. I had stitches that needed to come out for 5 days and they never got a doctor down to take them out. And used the excuse they needed a Dr order to take them out when the head of the unit was qualified to take them out. Which resulted in my getting an infection. This place did not help with mental health at all.

Dr. Hester and Choices are the best substance abuse and mental health resource in Greenville, NC!! I first attended classes at Choices, and met Dr Hester, in 2008 and used those services again in 2013. The informative classes and passion for clients from staff had only improved between my time there. She works for clients to resolve any potential problems that may arise and stays
committed to helping all clients finish their goals. Having so many years experience makes her perfect to help with many different services. Dr. Hester reminds us Life always gives you choices, while teaching tools needed for more successful life, provides convenient schedules for any availability, consistently professional, and the only substance abuse and mental health services I will send referrals. The reality with the medical institutions that we call hospitals is they are very limited because of the laws in the rules due to civilians. The citizens misuse of the system over the past few years, I recall my time with dominion being much more loose. They have to be tight now. Because you have to protect the system, of course
An overhaul will take time. I'm sure, but I'm still working with this institution. Using the drugs, they have to cover the symptoms until we have full.Solutions and cures. Alarm for national natural cures.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother in law was in the hospital for a stroke and while she is there she experiences another stroke and she is pressing the nurse call button for dear life almost 20 minutes and NO ONE showed up. A family member arrived and found her in distress and yelled for someone to come help. I don’t know what would have happened to her if our family member did not show up when she did. Absolutely HORRIBLE care. At this point it’s just to bill your insurance because they can’t actually help you. I recommend you avoid going to this hospital.
