As the location has three different locations. As of 2923 I went back at the Beachwoid location on Chagrin in Ohio. Since 2023 I have been Discharged both from Case Management, Counseling and Medication Management as Belinda Brown & Mathew Diez retired after my 43rd birthday. I reestablish Services after 2024 in Grief Counseling, and a Combination of both Grief & Family Counseling and Individual Counseling, Mental Health Counseling Services. After the Retirement of Belinda Brown, I got placed with Dr. Christina Stewhower . I am waiting for Case Management to reinstall. I used the Pharmacy on the Premises as it's delivered in Bubble Pack through the mail delivered on the porch/Mail. I am scheduled for additional follow ups the rest of 2926 through Mental Health Services.

Signature Health Agency has helped me in many ways for over a decade. Staff are very understanding and take accountability very seriously. Therapy groups and support groups are very helpful. Personally I like the art therapy group the best. The pharmacy gives clients the option of having the medicine delivered to the client address and it saves many a hassle from having to wait in line at any local pharmacy. Security guards are very professional and thankfully will handle situations. As a matter of fact, during an incident where I was verbally harassed by another visitor, the security guard on duty quickly showed him the way out. Social workers, case managers and peer support specialists that I have seen are very professional, understanding and empathetic. Overall my personal experience with Signature Health has been very positive.

I have been seeing my Psychiatrist there for over 14 years. We started at another place and now we are at this place. She's great and I haven't had any issues with any of the other staff. Although the phone system does need work, it's hard to get through to the right department when you call.

I completed the PHP, IOP, Mental Health Treatment, and Aftercare classes at Tal Behavioral Health from November ‘25 through June ‘26. I cannot say enough about the program and staff at Tal! The staff legitimately cares about their clients, and they do everything they can to prepare you to live successfully in recovery. I've been sober since May 30, 2018 after multiple rehab visits at other places and 2 tours of Stella Maris. Stella is where it finally stuck with me. The entire program is great, and it allowed me time to live in a bubble where I didn't have to worry about my problems in the outside world, and I could just focus on healing myself. I am very grateful. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job. Learning from and speaking with my counselor here is at the heart of my continuing sobriety. Thank you Bright View's staff, counselors and nurses . You are all good people ❤️

I have been a patient at BrightView for about 6 years now, and honestly without them I’d probably be d*ad right now. They’ve helped me get my life back on track and for the most part everyone there is amazing. I used to go there once a week and now because I’ve stayed sober for 6 years now I go every other month and I love that they give everyone that incentive once they hit a certain point. Other than I’ve had to switch to counselors a couple of times and that stinks cause it’s really hard for me to trust people and open up, I can not complain about my experience at BrightView. They have truly saved my life and helped me get myself back on track. I have an amazing job that I love, a son who can count on his mom every single day, i was able to get my license back and have my own car, and my own apartment which up until 3 years ago I never had, and the will to keep on pushing every day thanks to BrightView.

Olympia Grove Recovery is a remarkable place to come for recovery. I was able to work in the kitchen with Ms. Tabitha and Ms. Tiffany who are great people to work with and helped my time past and stay focused on my recovery. My patient navigator Ms.B was excellent she did everything she could do to help me on to the next step in my recovery and always there for any concerns I had about my transition or anything else. One of my group counselors Ms.Marcia has so much positive energy which she past along to me and my group mates which made the sessions feel like a discussion with family. I am really grateful I chose Olympia Grove for my recovery, and also the PEZ TEAM Anthony, Alicia, Brittany, and Angel are terrific.

This is my go to hospital for pretty much everything. It is really close to me, which is a plus. Most of the staff that I've dealt with are great. My only issue is the parking lot. After certain time, good luck finding a space to park. On a couple of times, I had to cancel my appointments due to the lack of parking. I really hope that they can fix that in the near future.

I have been admitted here a couple times now. And I have to say, of all the hospitals I've been too (which has been a lot) this one by far has been the best overall. From the emergency room to the stay overnight rooms. It has always been clean or I see someone cleaning. The nurses, staff, Dr, and professionals I have encountered, have been friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and always take their time talking with me. I have never felt rushed with anyone of them. I jist want to say how appreciative I am to have a hospital where I finally feel peace coming to a hospital and know they will take the best care possible for me. The first time I had been to another hospital jist 2 days prior. That other hospital gave me fluids and a pain med and sent me back out in the waiting room. Where I sat for 8 hours just to tell me I had a stomach bug.

We have had several emergencies that brought us to this ER. We've been here for adults, children, and seniors. We have always found the Geauga Hospital to be extremely thorough in the ER. We've had Dr. Durdella several times in the ER, and she is very good at answering questions and explaining things. My father in law has has two admissions to this hospital. Every nurse and care personnel that came into his room was kind, compassionate, helpful, and responsive. Thanks for giving our family great care and for serving our community.

New Season on mentor ave is one of the best places I’ve ever been to from the caring and loving staff to the great counselors they have here at new season. Honestly this isn’t like any other place I’ve been to or tried, I’ve been in and out of rehabs, after cares, I’ve done a lot of in patient and out patient treatment and honestly at new season this is the first clinic where the people actually seem to care about you and treat you with respect that you deserve. These people actually care about you and are willing to work with anyone to help best fit their needs. They don’t judge or discriminate anyone here this is a great environment they have there at new season and I enjoy new season more than I enjoyed signature health but that’s just me.i am currently enrolled in there Iop group at new season and 10/10 recommended. Great people with fun activities and they feed you everyday what iop group does that??? It keeps me busy and out of trouble so thank you to the loving staff at new season they truly are amazing and a blessing honestly.

I called New Season because I had questions about the program and have a family member who will be coming home soon and is interested in MAT. The lady who answered the phone ( her name was Octavia ) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. I told my family member what was said and he will be scheduling an intake the day he is home. I feel good about New Season and my loved one’s future!
