This is a phenomenal place to get any addiction or mental health issues that you're having addressed. Everyone from the CDCA counselors all the way to the Clinical Supervisor has been nothing but helpful to me. I've had many issues coming into this place and everyone of them has been addressed properly. I highly recommend Attain behavior health to anyone struggling with addiction or mental health!

My time here was really rough . My detox was horrible but getting sober isn't supposed to be easy. But I can truly say that the staff here are amazing. New Season on mentor ave is one of the best places I’ve ever been to from the caring and loving staff to the great counselors they have here at new season. Honestly this isn’t like any other place I’ve been to or tried, I’ve been in and out of rehabs, after cares, I’ve done a lot of in patient and out patient treatment and honestly at new season this is the first clinic where the people actually seem to care about you and treat you with respect that you deserve. These people actually care about you and are willing to work with anyone to help best fit their needs. They don’t judge or discriminate anyone here this is a great environment they have there at new season and I enjoy new season more than I enjoyed signature health but that’s just me.i am currently enrolled in there Iop group at new season and 10/10 recommended. Great people with fun activities and they feed you everyday what iop group does that??? It keeps me busy and out of trouble so thank you to the loving staff at new season they truly are amazing and a blessing honestly.

I called New Season because I had questions about the program and have a family member who will be coming home soon and is interested in MAT. The lady who answered the phone ( her name was Octavia ) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. I told my family member what was said and he will be scheduling an intake the day he is home. I feel good about New Season and my loved one’s future!

Excellent experience at the Labor & Delivery unit. All nurses and doctors were phenomenal. My situation ended up being a little complicated, and they handled it with complete care and professionalism. My doula was also running extremely late, but the nurses and doctors were so responsive to our needs that we didn’t need the doula. 100% recommend L&D at Geauga.

The Edna House for Women is the best! It is a safe place to heal and to grow while living in a supportive and structured environment. The recent renovations have turned an already very special home into a beautiful place to live while beginning a new life in sobriety. They offer all of this without requiring money or having health insurance to get into the program. This house saves lives!!!

The horizon house helped save my life. The staff here is absolutely incredible they were always there for me when I needed help or someone to talk to. Chris is an incredible caring man. Melissa and Tracy were always so sweet, kind, helpful and uplifting. The facilitators Rob, Shiann, Maddie, Charisma, Hazel were great teachers with alot of advice. Kristen the case manager was truly an inspiration along with a few others. The general staff were always there to talk to if needed. I will always have a place in my heart for this staff. A huge thank you to Ashlee, Keia, Sharon and Natalie yall were a big part of my success at the house and I will forever be thankful to have met you all. If you need help with addiction do not be afraid to reach out to townhall 2 and get the help you need. These negative comments are probably people who didnt truly want the help. Please know you literally changed my life several years ago and I wanted to thank you. I moved to this town and had been suffering for 1.5 years because the doc I had refused to change my med that wasn't working. The first visit your docs changed up the med and in 2 weeks I was no longer suffering. So Thank you for caring enough to try something different. I suffered unnecessarily for a year and a half...it's difficult to just find a new doc when you are suffering terrible. Moving to GH town and Charak saved me. When docs don't listen or work to find a solution it's difficult but go somewhere else. Advocate for yourself because 1.5 years of suffering that obviously was not necessary is IMHO criminal. I wish someone would have helped me get a different doc or had told me to keep trying different docs til I found one that cared. Thank you GH office for giving me my life back!

I normally go to the Akron outpatient facility (5 stars also) I went to Ravenna outpatient to see the ENT. I was nervous about going to a different location until I walked thru the doors. I felt right at home. Staff was super helpful and nice. Dr and staff were very informative and kept me up to date every step of the way. I was in good hands the entire time.

The VA does a very good job of taking care of us. They have added a lot of automation to the process. I don’t feel rushed through, plenty of time with caregiver if needed. Some locations Cleveland and Parma you can see your get your vitals taken, see your doctor, pick up your medications, and be on your way. No long waits and then sit in an empty room waiting for the doctor to come. They move a lot of us through every day. Infusion takes time, still meeting Veterans from World War II, Korea, and all over the world, including the still in increasing number of people being treated for Agent Orange from Vietnam. Thank you to all of the people involved in the care, and treatment, both physical and mental of the veterans. We appreciate what you do for us. Including the people that have improved the system, and trying to fix issues that may arise.

Sue in Stow is amazing!!!! She has always taken great care of me. I have been coming to the Charak Center for years and I look forward to seeing her bright and helpful face. She has talked me down several times when I was in bad shape. She still helps me when I am not feeling well. Sometimes I would end up end up in the hospital without her talking to me. She amazes me with how she is always doing what seems like everyone else’s job. I always see her doing everything and again am amazed. Parking (annex bldg) isn't free, and it's usually quite busy, so you might have to go up and up the ramps... but not nearly as congested/far/complicated as in the clinic's main campus. Only the first hour is free, so don't arrive too early! You experience here will depend on the caregivers. Mine today made my day, and I'm grateful.
