Prosperity Haven/ Wellbrook Recovery is such a wonderful place that helped me get sober. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so warm and welcome. When looking for a facility, WRC covered all the bases with being male only with fewer patients than a traditional set-up.The group instructors are diverse and will push you to be vulnerable and work outside of your comfort zone. There are all different types of therapies that are used to help you heal.The entire place/ program is about fellowship. Seeing the alumni come through the doors and support the guys in the house was huge for me.10/10 would recommend this facility to anyone seeking sobriety!

Prosperity is an excellent facility. They have an amazing and knowledgeable staff there to support clients throughout their stay that show a genuine Interest in client long term success. They do a fantastic job of making sure needs are met, including helping with coordination of any after care. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking to improve their situation.

I worked at Prosperity Haven for two years. Working here was a truly transformative experience, both personally and professionally. The leadership at Prosperity Haven was exceptional supportive, open to feedback, and always striving to provide the best care possible. The culture of compassion and respect that permeates the facility is remarkable, and it s evident (in everything they do) that the staff is fully committed to the mission of helping individuals heal and thrive. No one ever said that it would be a picnic, or luxurious. The staff helps you to be as comfortable as you possibly can, while going through such a change. I was recently released from incarceration and I was without a prescription for not only my methadone, but for my anti depressants. All of the staff was so beyond kind and nurturing when i was feeling my worst. Every staff member i ve interacted with has introduced themselves and told me if i ever need anything to get on my feet, or need help before my next appointment to always call and they ll make time for me. They are so much more than addiction treatment. The doctor gave me a temporary prescription for my antidepressants while i find a doctor so i wouldn t be without (that helped me not be suicidal for the next month) and they also helped me to get my insurance set up. These people care. Even the patients i ve met here have been so kind. And if you re a woman or lgbtqia+ you ll love Faith the receptionist. Her style and she checked on me to make sure i felt safe when an older man was chatting with me :) (I was fine, he was awesome actually!) Above all, judgment doesn t seem to exist here. They ve helped me get on my feet and make me feel like i have a 2nd home in a matter of 3 appointments. Couldn t recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

Bright View in Akron are caring people. Visits are fast and efficient. The one in Canton also have a caring staff but the visits are too long for most appointments.I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement on any job.

I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

New Season is incredible, they are kind, compassionate, and treat you with respect. Everyone here is great, relaxed atmosphere , Great staff. If you looking to stop chasing the dragon, and get that off your back. You shouldn't hesitate to stop or call, it's life-changing.

I really love this place I learned great coping skills how not to use any defense mechanisms or any bae judgement towards anything or anyone. I definitely would recommend landmark to anyone or loved one that needs help with Addiction

I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

I don t understand all the negative reviews. I have been going to Willoughby for 5 years, weekly. Yes, there are some providers that I am not a fan of. BUT, they have always helped me find someone who was a better fit. The receptionists are great, the pharmacy is great, and they also take feedback about their groups seriously. There s always going to be a few bad apples. But I credit signature and the providers I ve worked with for saving my life. I really needed the help, and they helped me navigate that.

Staff and Doctors are great and very helpful and knowledgeable as well as their pharmacy.

Appointments on time and very courteous and proofessional

Always top notch service. For any issues that I've had in the past 7 years, this location and PACT Team has taken care of me whether it be in house or referring me to an outside doctors office, no issues to report on my end.

I have been a patient at Charak Center for years.I have always been helped by Sue. She is amazing. She has taken the time to talk to me when I have had rough times and has helped me so much!Her work ethic is amazing!! She has always filled in anywhere when needed!Charak Center Stow should be so proud they have an employee like Sue. She is definitely one in a million.

I do groups at Edna House and absolutely luv it there! I have told the women several times I m moving in just not as a client (yet, right?) these women support one another and are somehow able to put differences aside, plus it always floors me that everytime I walk in that kitchen is spotless!

The Edna House for Women is the best! It is a safe place to heal and to grow while living in a supportive and structured environment. The recent renovations have turned an already very special home into a beautiful place to live while beginning a new life in sobriety. They offer all of this without requiring money or having health insurance to get into the program. This house saves lives!!!

My fianc went through Edna 4 1/2 yrs. ago and she is doing amazing! We just bought a horse together. We periodically drop food and drinks off to the girls. Keep up the great work ladies!

Great staff & hospital as per usual at the Cleveland Clinic! I'm glad they have maps and helpful people throughout the building because it's so big you can get lost!

Most amazing staff Dr Voigt, very caring and compassionate. Emily B., fantastic RN friendly and supportive. Riley RN another fantastic person who all worked hard to make me feel comfortable and better. If needed a great ED experience would definitely recommend Lutheran Hospital

I just want to give the staff a massive thank you for taking care of my grandmother during what was indeed a scare for us. My grandmother has diabetes, AFIB, lupus and arthritis so it is difficult for us to be there for her 100% of the time as we live about 40 miles away. She came down with gram negative bacilli and they treated it with such devotion and care that I can say that five stars is not anywhere near enough to support the great doctors and nurses who work so hard to care for those in need.
