This place has been a safe space and staple in my life since around 13 years of age. In my honest opinon they focus more on Family unity and comunication, but I have had a lot of help with PTSD and self-esteem as well as assertivness and anger issues. Things seemed to run more smoothly when I was a child perhaps that is perception or changing of the times? Either way, that is something I would like to return and will myself work on. The atmosphere is very zen compared to before their remodel, the staff is still very friendly to me and/or professional, when problems have accured I have to be the ONE that is reminding them there is a problem, which is fair. I have went a few years inbetween treatments and always been honest with them and they have never done me dirty.

What a blessing it was to come across Operation 6:12! I came through the program in 2017 and graduated. I’ve been to multiple rehabs before and one big difference was the fact that this one brings God into the healing process. After graduation you still have the opportunity to give back and speak life into the guys that are in the program. If it wasn’t for Operation 6:12 teaching me what a close relationship with God is all about I’d still be wrapped in the chains of addiction.

Nowhere did I see a sign saying Hilton Regency. Its not a resort its a treatment facility. I destroyed my life with Alcahol and lost everything... New Destiny restored my hope. I was dead inside and not far from it physically. The counseling and therapy helped me tremendously... but mostly it was the staff. A awesome person I met Melissa Johnston she currently works there she was a client there when I was!! I will never forget the food I got to eat it was amazing!!! The staff was so caring and engaged!! Wilson Hall and the entire staff are absolute angels on earth! If anyone has negative things to say about the staff or facilities their probably fighting themselves over getting sober and allowing the process to work. I am so not perfect or the "pillar of the community" but as the House Coordinator (for both extended stays) I saw miracles happen on a daily!! Mr Montgomery treated me like I was his son and family. They care about my fellow veterans struggling and are always there to answer a question or give you clarity on a thought or emotion. I love the staff and facility and own them more than any about of money can replace that! Need more of these facilities. Chuck D

Everyone on the third floor is incredible !!!!! From therapy to legal advice they go above and beyond to help - I had a very difficult time in my life and was left with NOTHING - received therapy and the advocates attempted court with me since I had nobody and I simply needed someone in my corner. The second floor on the other hand isn’t really kind and acts more like you are bother when you have questions. They were very unpleasant to talk to ( reception/ intake second floor )

I'm positive this place saved my life. They have the best staff in the world. You can't find a more caring staff any place. They go above and beyond what is required of them. I learned so much here in just the short 45 days I was here. I have over a year of sobriety, that's something I hadn't achieved in over 20 years. Highly recommend this place!!

For the first time in all my life I was put through intense trauma in all apsects imaginable. I became so unattached, not allowing anyone close to me near or be in contact. After 2 solid years being wrongfully manipulated,set up, following all rules being promised protection told to rely on our police and the system and evey single one failed me caused me more mental and physical harm and influenced drastic changes to my character. Known in my home town as a huge influence with my practice Wooster hospital, College of Wooster, Saint Mary Immaculate Church and School all organizations The harm that was done ethically inappropriate to manipulation and influence of anyone important that affects safety, shelter, organizations not including Goodwill they are still in good standing that your truth your history wont matter. Wayne co almost killed me by allowing me to be harmed so severally for 2 years that finally hes prison uncovering the amount of trauma from cops, supervisors of establishments that when my legal team uncovered a ridiculous amount of calls into the poloce stations about ke screaming for help and the times i valled for help hours later they would come to tske a teport and basically put me down and accuse me of things i never have done. The treatment i received cauzed many to loose there jobs and showwd through video footage how I was at a shelter and a worker allowed my predator to force himself on me in the mens room just to name few what I have went through along with being set up so many times making me have a record I am thankful all will be removed by Feb 2027 Ruth from Wooster Ohio Anazoa never gave up on me no matter where I was or what i was going through. Her capabilities to navigate, be firm yet anle to handle how harsh and frantic I wasnt able to speak or react kind or even normal. I would have taken my life if it wasnt for her belief in me and how she was able to connect and get my attention to grow, heal, acknowledge and learn. I have never felt so helpless or worn out from Wayne Co trying to break me along with life at the hands of an ex that i wasnt aware of his past how extensive it was and his influence through drugs, stealing, known from his peers even influencing Wooster poloce and courts. Thank you Ruth and Anazoa for now everything os coming to light for me freedom and my mental and physical health. I suggest everyone to go to Anazao Wayne co can ot make you go to One Eighty

Ramar has helped me tremendously. It’s a great place to go to if you truly want to seek sobriety. If you want to actually get better you will definitely get something out of it. I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

Though my wait in the ER was long I still appreciate the care I was given. Floor 4 was outstanding. Everyone was extremely busy. I could hear people yelling and being rude to them. Yet every time they came to my room they were smiling and very helpful. I experienced pain i wouldn't wish on anyone. They took really good care of me. They also helped me find an apartment and provide transportation to and from their facility. The have mental health services, counseling and support which I have personally witnessed help many individuals to achieve and maintain sobriety. They also provide transportation to AA and CA meetings. They have shown me that they believe and are committed to recovery and restoration of a lifestyle which can reconnect families and help to restore children to their parents. They are culturally and spiritually oriented and accept multi cultural client.
