From intake to leaving I was incredibly impressed. Every single staff member was warm, kind and helpful, even those serving food and doing housekeeping. I was impressed with the food and drink selection. Barb's groups were the best. The huge windows in the common area are a very nice touch. I enjoyed my room - when you consider the necessary safety measures in place, I think you'd rate it five stars. I will never forget my experience here as nurses and doctors helped me navigate PPD.

Inpatient, there needs to be more groups and activities to fill in idol time. I found that I had anxiety more when we were just sitting around. Great nurses. And Barb is the best. The food is horrendous. For hospital food you would think it would be healthier and of better quality. Outpatient, I wouldn't change a thing. Great program and counselors. Especially Elizabeth. Also, when going to the ER for mental health issues, the area where they hold us is not good. Left alone for 4 hours, except when medical staff visited. Gave me worse anxiety. Thank God they let someone to come in and sit with me after a period of time. Thank you

Negatives: OK the rooms weren't exactly up to Ritz standards and the food was hospital grade. There were one or two staff members that seemed less than happy to be there and even a little short with the patients. No place is going to get a five star rating. You are going to find faults no matter where you go.
I was in inpatient between January 9th and 14th for anxiety and depression as well as "SI". This was my first time in a facility, so I was extremely apprehensive. I had seen the horror stories about mismanaged mental hospitals and was on high alert going in. It ended as soon as I was carted in. The staff was, for the most part, very helpful and caring. They did regular vital checks, bed checks, 4 counseling classes a day (optional), had regular 1on 1 check ins with psychiatrists and therapists, etc... This place was an overall game changer. I went in at the end of my rope. I had hit the wall in every way. This place and the people in it helped me process my feelings, got me on necessary medication, and helped me find outside mental health assistance for my continued recovery.

I've been here at The Recovery Village in Groveport since September 16th. Its been the best experience of Recovery I've ever experienced, the staff is great, food is great and the rooms are awesome. If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. In my opinion and experience, Eastway is the place to go get help. Thank you Eastway for your help and this "journey" I'm on with y'all.

Great place and great staff Mrs D Ryan and Mel are the best RA's but they are all amazing 🥰 and the counselors Ryan and Tiara are amazing as well! The Groups are great full of information, tools, and coping skills you need to move forward in your recovery and they always make it fun and interesting so it's not just boring and school atmosphere-ish and the 2 discharge nurses do their thing to make sure you understand and choose where you go after and everyone genuinely cares about you and your recovery been to many and this one by far has got my attention and actually made me feel like there is a brighter future and it's not as lame as we think it's going to be in active addiction!! not a single place isn't going to not have hick ups and issues but they were great at solving issues that arise and fix anything they can Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work

If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. In my opinion and experience, Eastway is the place to go get help. Thank you Eastway for your help and this "journey" I'm on with y'all.

I have been at eastway for years excellent! Staff too work with great doctors.and I'm just not saying that just too be saying that it's true I've always been able too get my meds which is one of
the important reason too go to eastway other than the nurse staff and Doctors.If you need help I highly recommend eastway.ps I'm doing very well on my meds and help from my case manager. Remember everything doesn't go your way . But the Doctors know thier job. You just have too do your part also.

Crossroads Recovery Services in Grove City with Ms.Rebecca and Von is HIGHLY recommended. From the first phone call I made to make sure they recieved my deposit to the last day everyone was helpful and kind. These are people that want to make a difference. They were very direct with their teachings.
I 100% recommend if you're thinking about doing this to go through them. They have left a GOOD mark in my life and will be a reminder to do better.

EDIT: From 1 star two years ago to 4 stars. They are doing much better now. They are certainly better at answering the phones now that they hired people, and they have more psychs and psych nurses available again, so you really just need to find your match. I have a great team and now that my psych is more willing to schedule his own appointments at times, it also takes some pressure off of the main phone line. Since my favorite psych nurse left the practice, it took a few different people to match with for me to feel comfortable. Highly recommended doctor Sansait by the way. He is very thorough, friendly and genuine. He doesn’t rush you off the phone, and always asks the necessary questions. So glad this place is getting back on track!
Why is no one answering the phone anymore??? I’ve been with them since 2014 and NEVER seen it like this. It goes straight to a voicemail and sometimes the voicemail is FULL and you cannot even leave a message. I’ve tried multiple lines that they’ve called from. And now that the best psych is gone, they hired more. All the new ones seem to just call you whenever they want now, either 40 minutes before your scheduled appointment or they are super late, anywhere from 15 minutes 2 hours late!! A lot of us need stability and consistency when it comes to mental health! I like the providers that are willing to take time to schedule your next appointment rather than dump you back into the phone line of the scheduling office who never answers. Not everyone is willing to do that though, mainly the psychs. Hopefully something changes…. I think having the phones answered in a place crucial to helping in the mental health needs of others is important. Or at least clear the voicemails and call back!!!

Dr. Khadere is great and I'd rate 5/5. He is very compassionate and works with you on what your goals are. I highly recommend him as a psychiatrist. He also got back to me very promptly after I left an emergency voicemail with him, he found time to fit me in.
I took one star off their rating because for the last few months no one answers the phone. You have to leave a message and then someone calls you back. Not a fan of this for any office and hope they correct this because it worsens the client's experience overall.

I have been to several other psych doctors and I have never encountered anything like the quality and professionalism they have here. They actually care about their patients and don't over medicate people. The staff are always friendly and always have your best interest at heart.
