From intake to leaving I was incredibly impressed. Every single staff member was warm, kind and helpful, even those serving food and doing housekeeping. I was impressed with the food and drink selection. Barb's groups were the best. The huge windows in the common area are a very nice touch. I enjoyed my room - when you consider the necessary safety measures in place, I think you'd rate it five stars. I will never forget my experience here as nurses and doctors helped me navigate PPD.

Inpatient, there needs to be more groups and activities to fill in idol time. I found that I had anxiety more when we were just sitting around. Great nurses. And Barb is the best. The food is horrendous. For hospital food you would think it would be healthier and of better quality. Outpatient, I wouldn't change a thing. Great program and counselors. Especially Elizabeth. Also, when going to the ER for mental health issues, the area where they hold us is not good. Left alone for 4 hours, except when medical staff visited. Gave me worse anxiety. Thank God they let someone to come in and sit with me after a period of time. Thank you

Been going for a few months now, LOVE my therapist, felt a bond right off. Psychiatrist, Angel, I was iffy with but I felt in our 1 visit, I could bond with her. Next she’s gone and in comes Mercedes. Right off the bat, I felt judged, unhinged and just overall bad mojo in general. I gave her one more try, it didn’t change.. I then just cancelled all appointments and told my therapist. I’ve learned last week she is no longer there, others are filling in. May give it another try as I just don’t have 100% faith in my PCP with mental health medications.

When I started treatment here I wasnt sure if I was valid in being depressed which honestly sounds crazy saying it now. I love my therapist Dana and my in school one Janae becasue they listen to me and also help me fix things when I mess up lol. Scheduling could be better though because at the moment Im barely having 1 session a month.

I absolutely love the staff here! They are an amazing group of people who don't make you feel judged or less than because of an addiction. I actually look forward to seeing them . They are encouraging, caring, and make you feel like they actually care about what they do, its not just a paycheck. So glad I made the decision to come here ♥️ I was there for the snow storm. The doctors were extremely slow. I waited 3 hours, but I am grateful they opened up. I in how it made everyone appreciate the nurses a little more. They hold that ship down! It was obvious when they didn't come in that day........ Lol

Compdrug saved my life.... I was deep into my addiction to fentanyl when I started coming here and a few months before I had overdosed twice having to be dozed with narcan both times. I truly believe that if it wasn't for a compdrug I wouldn't be here today. Yes at first I did struggle to get clean because the methadone just wasn't enough. But I didn't give up and I kept coming every single day and within a few months the methadone started being enough and I didn't need fentanyl anymore. Throughout the years I have experienced nothing but kind, caring, compassionate service from the staff here. I truly do feel like the staff here cares about my sobriety. I have never regretted the decision to walk through those front doors at compdrug and today my life is absolutely amazing. I still feel like every single day continues to get better and better. Good luck to everyone who wants to get clean. We do recover!

Absolutely love the staff at Brightview! I felt extremely frustrated and lost by the time I got there. Life has improved significantly! When I do have an over the top frustrating day like yesterday, I felt comfort knowing I could just go down and sit in that mediation room if I needed to until I felt safe inside. Their detox and residential program is amazing. Heather and January are the two best BHT providers I have ever met. A.D. and Corey are the go to ppl if I need anything and the entire staff care about recovery and are empathetic as ppl come. And Marla and Deana are the best Therapists in the business they are saving lives. It’s not easy but it is so worth it and the best decision I have ever made. Very good place to get your life back on track.... My mother is doing much better after 25 years!! She gave this place a shot and they have been excellent. They will always be some people who don't have respect or manners acting crazy but that doesn't mean everyone is like this. I think this is my kids account but oh well. this is the best place for recovery. The front staff are so nice and they don't judge. They watch my son if he comes with me while I see the doc. but oh MAN Dr B is amazing. She has this office that is relaxing and cool, and she sees me. She really understands what my life has been like. I never had adoctor like her before. I wish she was my family doctor. She just makes it seem better when I tell her what is going on and how stressed out I am. Go to Clean Slate!

I want to take a moment to give well-deserved recognition to two truly exceptional Resident Assistants: Brittany B. and Alicia. Brittany, the Resident Assistance Supervisor, is simply outstanding. Her interpersonal skills with the clients are remarkable. She consistently puts the needs of the clients first, often disregarding her own comfort or schedule to help someone through a tough situation. Her compassion for this work runs deep, and she goes above and beyond on a daily basis. Brittany is a complete asset to Woodhaven P.H.P., and the program is incredibly fortunate to have her. I truly wish there were more people like her in this field. Alicia is equally phenomenal in her own way. She is incredibly thorough and professional in everything she does. From the moment a new resident arrives from the detox unit, Alicia makes them feel genuinely welcome with her warm smile and caring attitude. She takes the time to properly orient them to their new home and helps them settle in with patience and kindness. There is not a single day that goes by where I don’t see Alicia smiling — her positive energy is truly uplifting and consistent. Both Brittany and Alicia played a significant role in my recovery journey. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference in my life. I honestly don’t know how they manage to do their jobs so well day after day, especially with the challenges that come with this work. They seem perfectly suited for the positions they hold — it’s almost as if they were assigned by God Himself for this important work. If you're serious about your recovery this place is amazing!! Staff genuinely cares and they will go above and beyond to help you achieve sobriety. They accept all types of insurance including Medicaid. All meals are provided and fresh plus they have a store you can order from that delivers 2× a week! They offer detox and then they will help you get set up with sober living or you can stay and level up to their PHP program! I can't say enough good things about this place they helped save my life
