From intake to leaving I was incredibly impressed. Every single staff member was warm, kind and helpful, even those serving food and doing housekeeping. I was impressed with the food and drink selection. Barb's groups were the best. The huge windows in the common area are a very nice touch. I enjoyed my room - when you consider the necessary safety measures in place, I think you'd rate it five stars. I will never forget my experience here as nurses and doctors helped me navigate PPD.

Inpatient, there needs to be more groups and activities to fill in idol time. I found that I had anxiety more when we were just sitting around. Great nurses. And Barb is the best. The food is horrendous. For hospital food you would think it would be healthier and of better quality. Outpatient, I wouldn't change a thing. Great program and counselors. Especially Elizabeth. Also, when going to the ER for mental health issues, the area where they hold us is not good. Left alone for 4 hours, except when medical staff visited. Gave me worse anxiety. Thank God they let someone to come in and sit with me after a period of time. Thank you

Negatives: OK the rooms weren't exactly up to Ritz standards and the food was hospital grade. There were one or two staff members that seemed less than happy to be there and even a little short with the patients. No place is going to get a five star rating. You are going to find faults no matter where you go.
I was in inpatient between January 9th and 14th for anxiety and depression as well as "SI". This was my first time in a facility, so I was extremely apprehensive. I had seen the horror stories about mismanaged mental hospitals and was on high alert going in. It ended as soon as I was carted in. The staff was, for the most part, very helpful and caring. They did regular vital checks, bed checks, 4 counseling classes a day (optional), had regular 1on 1 check ins with psychiatrists and therapists, etc... This place was an overall game changer. I went in at the end of my rope. I had hit the wall in every way. This place and the people in it helped me process my feelings, got me on necessary medication, and helped me find outside mental health assistance for my continued recovery.
To the staff and my peers. Thank you for your kindness and compassion in helping me climb out of the darkness.
I went back because they were so kind when I got blood work. So I tried the ER experience. I told desk about my pain and immediately I got X-rays and Dr. Ray was so full of info for me and

On our most recent visit the ER treated my daughter with amazing care. They were quick and helped us onto the next phase for my daughter’s medical care. We were informed the entire time. Never left in the dark about what was going on.

Mercy Health is a small hospital and for years never heard much positive. Well I have had 2 weeks of amazing care for my mom who has been there. She is doing rehab in the swing bed unit. Each and every person that has taken care of her, has went out of their way to make moms stay there better. Even when she was a bit difficult to work with. Stubborn you may say. This hospital has not been given the credit they deserve. I just wanted to share my experience and to say thank you to each and every staff member who has helped mom! I need to also add how clean this place is!!!!
Been going for a few months now, LOVE my therapist, felt a bond right off.
Psychiatrist, Angel, I was iffy with but I felt in our 1 visit, I could bond with her.
Next she’s gone and in comes Mercedes. Right off the bat, I felt judged, unhinged and just overall bad mojo in general. I gave her one more try, it didn’t change.. I then just cancelled all appointments and told my therapist.
I’ve learned last week she is no longer there, others are filling in. May give it another try as I just don’t have 100% faith in my PCP with mental health medications.

When I started treatment here I wasnt sure if I was valid in being depressed which honestly sounds crazy saying it now. I love my therapist Dana and my in school one Janae becasue they listen to me and also help me fix things when I mess up lol. Scheduling could be better though because at the moment Im barely having 1 session a month.

When I was looking to leave treatment I knew I still needed structure in my life so I contacted the House of Hope for their Recovery Residence Program. They have been amazing after I moved in they helped me find a new job, when I found out that it would be remote they set me up for success in the house. Their structure has help keep me sober.

I've been here at The Recovery Village in Groveport since September 16th. Its been the best experience of Recovery I've ever experienced, the staff is great, food is great and the rooms are awesome. Mel Timberlake and Rochelle Sparks are Awesome! I really enjoy joking around with Ann and Hislord from the nursing staff. Anyways all around great place for Recovery!!! Mrs April and Mrs Susan have changed my life I was on benzodiazepines for years and was just ready to get off them I started coming here two years ago and my life is forever changed I’m forever thankful for these guys are very professional and caring!!!!

Easy to get in same day! My first day I was dosed and I always feel comfortable here. They really have helped me . They will help you, but they won't waste their time if you're not willing to help yourself. If you are serious about your recovery they give you all the help and time in the world.

This place has the friendliest staff ever!! They welcome just about anyone. The ppl at the front desk, the nurses and doctors are always a pleasure to interact with, they remain professional and respect the clients. Also Sean Smith is the best counselor I've had personally in my 8+ years of being involed with places of this nature! He does the most.A great place to go if you want to get better!!! Don't think about it.. all you have to do is show up.. then the hard part is over

A family member went to Talbot Hall recently. He had been to several other rehabilitation centers, but said this was by far the best facility he has been in. He learned a great deal that he has put to very good use since he came home 6 weeks ago. I’m very grateful for the people that helped him and have made a huge difference in his life.

I went to residential this fall. The staff is just incredible. There is someone there for you 24/7. Only 15 beds so you really can work on your recovery with the smaller groups. They will help you with your aftercare program and after you leave will always be there for you if you need them.

I have been to rehabs that charge out of pocket and ones that take Medicaid. Talbott hall is among the best places to get treatment that take Medicaid. This place saved my life when I was at my lowest. Detox was comfortable and the out patient programs have been solid.

The Chalmer P. Wiley clinic has been great at providing me with healthcare. My claims were processed quickly, and I could be seen quickly. I enjoy the staff. I suggest you request a female primary care provider. Male primary providers are disrespectful and dismissive. Choose whoever you like for specialty clinics.
Can we just take a moment and thank these beautiful kind souls for everything they do for us. I love that I came here I wouldn’t change it for the world they all have truer showed me what it’s like to be understood. Also look at this amazing meal they made for us.

The amount of trust secureness in and out of sober living is phenomenal.there are steps to be taken for oneself to have the opportunity of growth and it all begins here, i couldn’t of imagined a better place to help prepare myself. The staff here is amazing they genuinely care about each individual and try their darndest to figure out the root of your addiction or mental health so you can continue to flourish! Through all the diversity there are many stories to be told, in complete confidence and secrecy. I have learned so much about myself in such a short time frame and will continue to do so because Seacrest gave me to opportunity to be myself , my true self . They give you the freedom to allow you to ease your way back into reality. But it will be work. It is obtainable . You learn so much of the insidious disease of addiction and how to work through it! Every Aspect of this facility is magnificent from housing, to counselors , to case managers and directors they all do their job to status quo ! If you apply yourself there is no doubt you’ll go far , and Seacrest was just the tip of the iceberg . I now know Seacrest is my home and continue being my home I feel safe secure loved and worthy when I walk out those doors! If your having doubts don’t , allow yourself to be emerged in the all the possibilities of a happy healthy life.. and that’s all thanks to seacrest

I'm asking about the program actually. At detox how is it exactly? Are the women and guys around one another? As well as the php and housing with the classes. Do you have groups and all that with the opposite sex? It's kind of a distraction for me that's why I am asking lol but while I'm here how is the food and are there TV's in the detox rooms and basically is it comfortable? I have 4 stars to write this comment obvi not bc I know how it is here. So please let me know, hopefully you can comment on this post, not really sure how it works lol thank y'all!

If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. In my opinion and experience, Eastway is the place to go get help. Thank you Eastway for your help and this "journey" I'm on with y'all.

the important reason too go to eastway other than the nurse staff and Doctors.If you need help I highly recommend eastway.ps I'm doing very well on my meds and help from my case manager. Remember everything doesn't go your way . But the Doctors know thier job. You just have too do your part also.

I have been with Compdrug since February 2021 and they have been great! My first 4 months I struggled to get clean until we found the correct milligram of methadone. Since then things have only gotten better in my life. Compdrug is really understanding and compassionate. They also helped me in the beginning with getting me into a sober living house as well as with clothing and shoes for myself and for employment. Compdrug has literally been the cornerstone of my recovery. So if U are serious about getting clean and U are hesitant because it can be scary just try Compdrug. U can go get dosed everyday and work ur way up. And in the event that the methadone is not enough at first DON’T GIVE UP! Keep gettin up everyday and going to get ur dose. Compensate with what u need to but I am telling U that there will be a day when U get ur dose up, a beautiful, magical day when holy crap U won’t need to use again!!! That’s how it was for me anyway. I wish the best to all of U and my heart goes out to the addicts still out there😢🫶
Absolutely love the staff at Brightview! I felt extremely frustrated and lost by the time I got there. Life has improved significantly! When I do have an over the top frustrating day like yesterday, I felt comfort knowing I could just go down and sit in that mediation room if I needed to until I felt safe inside. Best counseling, best doctors , nurses are Amazing really care about me as a patient never have I ever been able to stay sober until I got real became open minded and willing I follow directions take suggestions and July 4 ,2025 I will have 3 years without needle or a pipe I have home I have car I have a life worth living today BRIGHTVIEW HELPED GIVE MY LIFE BACK I would refer to anyone really trying stay sober Thank you Brightview and your Awesome staff !! I have now been doing TX with MH for going on 6 years. I started during covid when everything broke down. A dedicated few people put much hard work into making MAT and MAOTP groups amazing I love maryhaven it gave me my life back

This place is absolutely amazing. Staff members are amazing. Nursing and a Provider 24/7 to help you with your detoxing. You are aloud to smoke up to like 8 times a day. Easiest detox ive ever experienced! This place gave me another chance!!

Great place and great staff Mrs D Ryan and Mel are the best RA's but they are all amazing 🥰 and the counselors Ryan and Tiara are amazing as well! The Groups are great full of information, tools, and coping skills you need to move forward in your recovery and they always make it fun and interesting so it's not just boring and school atmosphere-ish and the 2 discharge nurses do their thing to make sure you understand and choose where you go after and everyone genuinely cares about you and your recovery been to many and this one by far has got my attention and actually made me feel like there is a brighter future and it's not as lame as we think it's going to be in active addiction!! not a single place isn't going to not have hick ups and issues but they were great at solving issues that arise and fix anything they can Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work
