The receptionists make you feel so welcome and it's the most comforting and relaxing setting there. Absolutely recommend trying them. He got further here in a year than he did at cedar ridge in a year or mvhc in 5 years. Please give them a chance!!!!

Brought my partner this morning. They could barely talk, were shaking, and I had the first woman we saw, I tried to help my partner talk was was told "You're a man!! I'm asking the girl, thanks!" Fire her, plain and simple. And they won't even discharge us (update: it's been at least 4 hours for blood work, it doesn't take that long) pretty sure we had someone without a degree today.

I went to the ER after experiencing one week of constant abdominal pain. I was placed into a room with in minutes, saw a doctor and two residents shortly after that, blood work and imaging were ordered and completed within an hour, results, which we're explained to me in language I could understand, took less than an hour. I spent maybe a total of two hours in the ER department, before I was taken to surgery to have my gallbladder removed, THAT SAME NIGHT!!
After the surgery, I was place on an inpatient floor for observation. The staff were all so caring! So nice!!! I can't say enough good things about EVERYBODY I came in contact with! ER, surgical staff, inpatient care... Not one unpleasant person in the lot.
My stay in the hospital from registration in the ER to discharge from hospital was about 11 hours. My pain was managed so well, that I had absolutely NO discomfort during my stay!
After returning home, I will admit I was uncomfortable for the first three days, but my follow up with the surgeon was four days after surgery. He was very concerned about my pain and took the time to give me a numbing injection to dull the nerve pain from the one incision site. After this, I was better than new, it was like I was a whole other person!!!
I would and have recommended this facility to friends and family and strangers! ANYONE! Not only was the care fast and great, everyone I encountered seemed to truely care for not only my comfort, but for ME!

I went to residential this fall. The staff is just incredible. There is someone there for you 24/7. Only 15 beds so you really can work on your recovery with the smaller groups. They will help you with your aftercare program and after you leave will always be there for you if you need them.

The clinic itself is fine in my 8 month experience, however, WARNING: they cut corners by using a very bad (but cheap) laboratory for their drug tests. It is called Clinical Science Laboratory. Not JACHO accredited! And, if you google the results for the lab they use, you will see it just paid out a 1.5 million dollar claim for their incompetence. After six years without a dirty drug test, they claim this incompetent lab has tested me positive when I have not used. This has had ridiculous consequences for me for something I didn't do, and several others have experienced the same fate. I am proving my innocence with a 500$ hair follicle test from a JACHO accredited Laboratory at my own expense, to try to fight this going forward, but the clinic staff believes their incompetent Laboratory over its clients. This treatment saved my life, so if you have no other option, go here. However, if you can, I share honestly to help no one else experience this turmoil. God bless all.

Arrow passage was exactly what I needed being an alcoholic of 35 years. I was admitted into the PHP program which was amazing for my treatment, I was ready to get past the weight of the alcohol destroying everything that I stood for and loved. The counselors, Thomas, Heidi, Bree, Danielle E., Nautica and Joe all made sure that we were actively engaged and understood what our purpose is. I was assigned with my counselor Sam, she is my recovery angel. Sam is all about her clients and challenges them to not only achieve their sobriety but to maintain a lifestyle they can be proud of. She was straight forward, no nonsense, direct but also a compassionate person who listened and guided my treatment with a very clear path. Sam is the ultimate asset for Arrow Passage and compliments her peers very well. I learned honesty is a nonnegotiable virtue and is not waiverable in recovery, so I’ll say this. BrightView really supported my son through a tough time. I liked that they involved me too, not just him. The staff explained things clearly, and they had plans in place for after treatment. I just wish follow-ups were a bit more consistent. Still, I felt God's hand moving in that place.

The Groups are great full of information, tools, and coping skills you need to move forward in your recovery and they always make it fun and interesting so it's not just boring and school atmosphere-ish and the 2 discharge nurses do their thing to make sure you understand and choose where you go after and everyone genuinely cares about you and your recovery been to many and this one by far has got my attention and actually made me feel like there is a brighter future and it's not as lame as we think it's going to be in active addiction!! not a single place isn't going to not have hick ups and issues but they were great at solving issues that arise and fix anything they can Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work
