As a parent and professional, I found it difficult to prioritize my own mental heath because time, energy, or money. (Or at least those are the excuses I gave myself) Until I learned about Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with Sarah. I know there isn’t a timeline to healing and Sarah makes sure to kindly remind me of that often. But within days of the first session my nervous system noticed the shift. By the third session, the cognitive shift was almost indescribable. Knowing that meaningful change can happen in just a few sessions is what drew me in, but Sarah is what makes it work! Her approach, combined with the light bar, is incredibly effective.

I've been coming here since September 2023 and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone here is very professional and friendly, especially Tasia at the front desk is always a delight as well as my therapist Morgan. They've gotten me in same day during some crisis's I've had which was very appreciated. Additionally, offering flexibility with telehealth if the weather is bad or you can't make it in otherwise. I'd recommend them to anyone and am so grateful for the continuous support!

My husband has been able to heal through the worst childhood possible with the help of Morgan and emdr therapy. The receptionists make you feel so welcome and it's the most comforting and relaxing setting there. Absolutely recommend trying them. He got further here in a year than he did at cedar ridge in a year or mvhc in 5 years. Please give them a chance!!!!

Great flexibility. I mess my appointment times up regularly and they have never given me any greif for it, and always get me in with no trouble. The staff is friendly and super supportive. Both of these are not typical for these clinics, in my experience. Spero is a breath of fresh air. I look forward to talking to everyone.

I ended up having to stay overnight on August 13th. Got to room on the 4th floor and the shift change was happening. The 2 nurses I had for the night were awesome, Ashley and Taylor. They took very good care of me! These are 2 special young ladies. They are what nursing is all about!

I spent nearly 2 weeks in this hospitol in January and another 3 weeks in March. The nurses and doctors took excellent care of me. This was not continuous , it was a total of 5 stays. The only real complaint I had is the fact that I was on a clear or full liquids diet for most of my stay and being a diabetic there were not a lot of choices for me. I kept my door shut always because of noise so I never heard anything. Thank you for much for your excellent care of me. I had a couple of meltdowns and they stayed calm and calmed me down with their caring attitudes

This place has been a safe space and staple in my life since around 13 years of age. In my honest opinon they focus more on Family unity and comunication, but I have had a lot of help with PTSD and self-esteem as well as assertivness and anger issues. Things seemed to run more smoothly when I was a child perhaps that is perception or changing of the times? Either way, that is something I would like to return and will myself work on. The atmosphere is very zen compared to before their remodel, the staff is still very friendly to me and/or professional, when problems have accured I have to be the ONE that is reminding them there is a problem, which is fair. I have went a few years inbetween treatments and always been honest with them and they have never done me dirty.

The nurses. Nursing aids, transporters, the Nurse Practitioner,Jenna, the doctors everyone i encountered was so kind and caring and helpful. That was the sickest I’ve ever been and I appreciate everything they all did to help me. My husband stayed with me as much as possible and the one problem is not having a cafeteria on weekends and no pharmacy. As happy as I was to get discharged on Saturday we had to rush like crazy to get back to Walmart in St Clairsville to get my prescriptions. Thank you to everyone that i encountered

As we knew the unit was short staffed. We will forever be grateful for the care and kindness our nurse Desiree showed us during labor and delivery. She wasn’t just doing her job, she truly cared about us and made us feel like we were in the best hands possible during one of the most emotional and important moments of our lives. From the beginning, she was patient, reassuring, and incredibly supportive. There were moments when I the father was nervous, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to expect, but she always knew how to calm me down and make both Kasey and I feel comfortable. She checked on us constantly, listened to everything we had to say, and went above and beyond to make sure both mom and baby were taken care of, Kasey was craving dark chocolate candy and it’s the littlest things that matter as much as the biggest Desiree came through for us without even asking. Her heart is rare and we want to make sure she and others that worked the night of 09-04-2026 in the labor and delivery unit are recognized for there love and compassion. Having someone so compassionate by our side made such a difference. We will always remember the way she treated us, the education on mom breast feeding and encouragement she gave us, and the care she provided when we needed it most. Thank you for being such an amazing nurse and for being a part of such a special moment in our lives. We truly appreciate you more than words can express.
