This place isnt rated 5 stars because of luxury amenities or fantastic housing or even because they will literally take anyone when they have a bed available, it s rated 5 stars by me because they truly care about you and your family and your life as well as your sobriety. It s the only 9month program that I know of and it takes 9 months for a child to be born, so it makes sense that jt takes 9 months for a new child of God to be reborn. If nothing else has worked for you, give it a shot- what do you have to lose? Saved my life and many others.

Well I know now first hand that this place has the reputation precedes itself. There is no room at all for doubt , the counselors and the staff in general are all super kind souls and knowledgeable about everything addiction an addicts related. I was recently released from incarceration and I was without a prescription for not only my methadone, but for my anti depressants. All of the staff was so beyond kind and nurturing when i was feeling my worst. Every staff member i ve interacted with has introduced themselves and told me if i ever need anything to get on my feet, or need help before my next appointment to always call and they ll make time for me. They are so much more than addiction treatment. The doctor gave me a temporary prescription for my antidepressants while i find a doctor so i wouldn t be without (that helped me not be suicidal for the next month) and they also helped me to get my insurance set up. These people care. Even the patients i ve met here have been so kind. And if you re a woman or lgbtqia+ you ll love Faith the receptionist. Her style and she checked on me to make sure i felt safe when an older man was chatting with me :) (I was fine, he was awesome actually!) Above all, judgment doesn t seem to exist here. They ve helped me get on my feet and make me feel like i have a 2nd home in a matter of 3 appointments. Couldn t recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

Bright View in Akron are caring people. Visits are fast and efficient. The one in Canton also have a caring staff but the visits are too long for most appointments.I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement on any job.

I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

This is one of the best VA facilities I have been too! NP Melvin and her staff are GREAT, the Ultra Sound tech is so nice and she does a GREAT JOB and for GI I see NP Dolney and she is also GREAT! These are the professionals I see and am very happy with them. I goto Canton VA for other treatments (MH/PT), but the Akron VA and the services/professionals I see are great. They treat you like a person, listen to your concerns/issues and treat accordingly. I m not always pleasant to deal with but they always treat you with respect!

I have been going here for 8years and never had an issue and if I ever did the staff where there to help me. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me.

Me personally called over a hundred a few times & got though just to be hung up on 3 different times so I called the other # the lady who I did get her name didn't want to give me a supervisor # at first until I wouldn't get off the line I told her there may be something wrong with the line.If I can get though, than it goes to busy SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH THE LINE.I said there may be other people out there that really needs this service as bad as me¬ being able to get though So finally I got A a name to email someone about my concerns..So we'll see

I wish that I used the help me grow program when my older two were babies. Julie was amazing and she was right at the end of our time together I felt like she was more than just my help me grow lady I felt like she was my friend and she was definitely my confidant.They also bring supplies to you...including boxed of diapers!! Unlike other reviews, I ve never had any problems with them getting back to me. My counselor just left and I couldn t get into a new one for a couple months so that was a bummer. I went to a different psychiatrist at first and he was ok but then I felt like he wasn t listening to me since my meds consistently weren t working. But then I switched to another psych/dr and she is wonderful. She s works with me, listens to me, and helped me understand my problem more. She also has managed to find the right medicines for me and that has never happened. I actually feel like myself again, so thank you.

Great clinic. Busy, yet you aren't treated like a number. After weeks of trying to get in somewhere, I got an appointment here. I live 40 minutes away, so when I found out it was a dosing clinic, I was upset, because at the time, I didn't have a vehicle and wasnt sure how I'd make it work. I was looking for a doctor to give me a script. However, the clinic setting was exactly what I needed. The accountability drove me to succeed. I didn't want to let my care team down. Without that daily dosing, weekly counseling, frequent uds testing, intro to mat groups, and guidelines for take homes, I don't know that I would have been successful. It's been a decade since I started here, and after all these years, this clinic is still my safe place. Nurses, physicians and counselors have come and gone, but the mission and care received never change. If you are respectful and honest, you will be heard. They understand relapse is a part of recovery for some, and they won't turn their backs on you because of it. My counselors, nurses, NP and doctors are judge free, encouraging, empathetic, and they listen. They don't rush you to get to the next patient. Same goes for the rest of the staff, such as those in reception, intake, and financial. I've had false positives that were quickly confirmed negative. I've received psychiatric care. Staff members have advocated for me through tough times. I'm grateful to the clinic for where I am today. If you need support and accountability, this is a great place to check out. Follow their rules and you'll go far!
