Best Brightview period. Best addiction treatment facility period. In the course of my recovery, I have been to over 4 addiction treatment programs. Brightview was by far the best. This location has the most professional staff around. In 6 years, I had not even one complaint! My boyfriend went with me to every single appointment at this location and was not harassed once for supporting me. I owe my life to these people! I would not have the amazing life I have today, without them. In the 6 and a half years I have been with them, I have not relapsed once and am almost completely weened off of Suboxone. I felt completely safe here and everyone who worked here is trustworthy. That is paramount for a successful recovery. If you don't even feel comfortable going in to the place that is supposed to be helping you, there is NO chance of successful recovery. Update: I am now fully off of Suboxone. Even at a low dose it was not easy. I could not have ever done it, without the support I received here.

Everyone has been so nice and friendly to my family. They have gone out of there way to be accommodating to any thing that is in there probably of the serves they offer or can fine to offer. And that's amazing foresight for health care works to give damn. There trained not to! Not the doc that is on the computer. Well,he's like any other doctor cold 😷 🥶 as a fish so there my impression ,love the receptionist. The nurses are just sweethearts and the nurse practitioners are just the greatest and they really listen. Just great people all around.
It is what it is, a methadone clinic. If you want to get sober it will work for you. If you don't want to get sober and want to play with methadone, we'll you'll get what's coming to you. All places have good and bad people but this program will work if you work it.

It's a good place to go and pretty easy going as long as you do what ir supposed to do. I like the counselors. I've had 2 different ones and both are really good.
Been here for a little over 2 year's, awesome place to get support and to get sober. Danette in the back is such a kind person! The doctors here also are some of the best. Very patient and kind workers here.

Staff is professional and takes time to know the patient and always makes sure you are always doing your best. They work with you and never show judgement. I would recommend anyone to spero health if they really want to improve their lives from addiction. They do their best as a whole and each member separately!!!!
Everyone involved with my father's care at Adena has been fantastic, especially the nurses on 2NE. Nurse Brittany was a much needed ray of sunshine during some very cloudy days. The world needs more people like her and the care team on 2NE! ❤️🙏🏻

The Adena Behavioral Unit is the best! If you or someone you know is having a mental health crisis, this is the place to come. The caregivers, nurses, and staff are wonderful. The food is good, you will not go hungry. Everyone there is supportive and wants to see you get better! No worries about being mistreated. I actually felt cared for, not judged, and steered in the right direction. You will not regret coming here for mental health help. <3

If you or your loved one is having a mental health crisis, come here for help. If you are black or POC (I am a black woman) you will feel safe and comfortable here. The Adena Behavioral Health Unit is amazing! The nurses are fantastic, the way the program is structured is to get you help, and get you home. No worries about frightening experiences here. This is the best mental health treatment I've ever gotten. Dr. King is amazing, she helped me a lot. By time I left, I felt more secure with programs, information, and medication that is helping me get my mental health stable and begin my healing process with the RIGHT therapy. As someone who's struggled since my youth, I can say, I am very grateful. Please please...if you're struggling or know someone who is, this is the place to start.

Extremely happy with this place. I will say that I used to use the Circleville clinic (which I don't recommend) but I have now been using the Chillicothe clinic for about a year. The Chillicothe clinic is the polar opposite of the circleville clinic. Nate is a fantastic counselor. The entire staff is great though. You can even get your medications from their in house pharmacy. There is also a crisis center on location 24/7. I cannot recommend this place more than I already do. I will advocate for this place. If you're looking or on the fence, trust me - this IS the right place to be.

I am Extremely pleased with my Counselor, Nate. He’s a breath of fresh air as he listens and asks questions so we can both grow together in my treatment plan and be successful together. Nate has experienced life therefore he is genuinely supportive. I encourage you to consider Nate if you’re needing support, guidance and encouragement.

I was a patient at Adena Counseling for over a year and they gave me a list of numbers to call to find a new doctor because they did not have the time to see me on a regular basis. I started counseling here at Scioto a month ago and have been able to get in weekly for therapy immediately! This has taken a huge weight of my shoulders as I need consistent therapy. The staff is amazing and quick to answer questions. By far the best mental health services I have personally received in Ross County!

The staff at Floyd Simantel have always gone out of their way to provide me with excellent service. I have been being treated there for almost 5 years and in that time I have been able to make great strides in creating a life worth living. Learning how to live and deal with my mental illness as well as my former substance use and abuse was not something they could do for me, I had to do the work, I had to show up, I had to be honest with myself. They helped me to learn a better way of life.
Reading the other review posted here, to me, is pathetic. They are not magicians who can cure you with a wave of their hand. Rebuilding a new and better life for yourself takes work, which includes making plans and taking action, is what they have helped me to do, but I was ready and wanted what they had to offer.
And I have always been treated with respect and dignity in the manner with which I have treated them.
My treatment has been totally outpatient so treatment is ongoing.
This is a very good rehab, excellent place to come and start a new life. You gotta want it

This facility saved my daughters life and made us a family once again. I had all but given up hope of my daughter being clean and sober, and then she ended up here. Great program that is so effective! When my family came for visits we were always treated so kindly and made to feel very welcome. I can never thank them enough for what they’ve done for my daughter and what they continue to do on a daily basis for so many people that are in need of their program. 5 starts isn’t enough!!! I’d give them 5 trillion stars!

This place hands down is the best rehab center to go to for help with addiction. They will help with anything you are struggling with. Me and my girl was homeless on drugs with nothing . Now we are on a path to greatness and out of the streets. TCC MADE MY LIFE GREAT AGAIN!!!

I 10/10 recommend Hope Valley Recovery Treatment Center to anyone who truly wants a better life. Not just a break from your drinking and using, but a life you no longer want to run from. They’ve saved/changed mine and hundreds of others, providing a unique experience tailored to all walks of life. I’ve been to other treatment centers throughout my struggles with alcoholism and nothing comes close to what these amazing people have to offer. HVR will forever have a special place in my heart.

Can't recommend this place enough, top notch staff and new men's residential building is super nice. They will take care of you and set you up for your next step to recovery with as good of service as it gets. Learned alot during group there and it has completely changed my mindset. If your thinking about going, do yourself this favor!

The staff is so nice and very polite and they go out of the way to help you try to get whatever you need if you need a social worker if you need a mental health counselor, any doctors appointments they strive to help you get back on your feet. The counselors are amazing. They’re a genuinely care and they genuinely want to help overall I love Brightview. I’ve been going here for a few years. This is one of the top drug and alcohol centers. I think in Scioto County Ohio.
The UTC is such an amazing facility that I have ever been too. The staff there is amazing, not to mention how they go out of their way to help those who in need. I can honestly say that the UTC has actually saved my life and I am extremely grateful for everyone that has taking the time to help me build the skills needed to help me have whatever a normal life is. I would recommend anyone looking to get treatment in addiction this would be the place I would recommend to anyone.....

These guys are absolutely tremendous and provide an incredible service. Cannot say enough good about them. I’ve been working through my things with them for going on three years, more for personal maintenance than peer/crisis support. They’re always there. Always consistent.

Great program... Ran by addicts (mostly)for addicts. They offer a great team that offers mental health also. They offer genetic testing to see what meds are best for the individual. After 30 days you can work and there is a lot of freedoms that other rehabs don't have. Safe environment that drug test almost everyday. High success rates from what I've seen. I've been here 7 weeks and look forward to the next 5 weeks.

HRS is where all my recovery seeds were planted more than 18 years ago. I went to Bassett House willing at 15. The staff at HRS and Bassett were AMAZING! The nurse from Bassett is still in my contacts to this day! Has it been easy? No. Has it been worth ot. Yes! I would highly reccomend! The aftercare will be just as crutial!
