A Veteran, I was rushed there via ambulance with acute psychiatric symptoms. In six days I was stable and discharged, as well as transported free, close to 100 miles from where I came from, which is the Herschel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. Another fine VA Hospital. However, they lack acute psychiatric care units like the one at the Chillicothe VA. Very kind, caring, and efficient staff. The Mental Health Treatment Team at Chillicothe, sent a consult/referral for residential treatment. I am reporting to the Wade Park Domiciliary, Monday morning at 9am. The VA takes good care of their Veterans.

Staff is professional and takes time to know the patient and always makes sure you are always doing your best. They work with you and never show judgement. It is what it is, a methadone clinic. If you want to get sober it will work for you. If you don't want to get sober and want to play with methadone, we'll you'll get what's coming to you. All places have good and bad people but this program will work if you work it.

Hello I was a patient from 9-23-26 until 9-24-26 and I was housed embedded in 4/West 17 room. And I've got to say first and foremost above and beyond this is the best hospital that I had surgery and after care in and let me tell you it was five star care five star Grace five star respect and even the food was the best that I've had out of any hospital I stayed in. I spent 4 days at ARMC and had the best treatment. Everyone on floor 3B was absolutely fantastic! The nurses and PCAs were all very kind were able to provide me with whatever I needed. This was my first stay at this hospital and it couldn't have been better. The food was also delicious and the variety that they have is amazing. Thank you to everyone on 3B! I can't remember everyone's name but they are very special.

Theses people are amazing! They genuinely care,they teach you about why you use,how to think different. They help you deal with trauma. I can't say enough good things about the whole program. They saved me from a hopeless, suicidal, drug fueled existence and helped me succeed. Always be grateful for them!

Extremely happy with this place. I will say that I used to use the Circleville clinic (which I don't recommend) but I have now been using the Chillicothe clinic for about a year. The Chillicothe clinic is the polar opposite of the circleville clinic. Nate is a fantastic counselor. The entire staff is great though. You can even get your medications from their in house pharmacy. There is also a crisis center on location 24/7. I cannot recommend this place more than I already do. I will advocate for this place. If you're looking or on the fence, trust me - this IS the right place to be.

I was a patient at Adena Counseling for over a year and they gave me a list of numbers to call to find a new doctor because they did not have the time to see me on a regular basis. I started counseling here at Scioto a month ago and have been able to get in weekly for therapy immediately! This has taken a huge weight of my shoulders as I need consistent therapy. The staff is amazing and quick to answer questions. By far the best mental health services I have personally received in Ross County!

This facility saved my daughters life and made us a family once again. I had all but given up hope of my daughter being clean and sober, and then she ended up here. Great program that is so effective! When my family came for visits we were always treated so kindly and made to feel very welcome. I can never thank them enough for what they’ve done for my daughter and what they continue to do on a daily basis for so many people that are in need of their program. 5 starts isn’t enough!!! The staff at Floyd Simantel have always gone out of their way to provide me with excellent service. I have been being treated there for almost 5 years and in that time I have been able to make great strides in creating a life worth living. Learning how to live and deal with my mental illness as well as my former substance use and abuse was not something they could do for me, I had to do the work, I had to show up, I had to be honest with myself. They helped me to learn a better way of life.
Reading the other review posted here, to me, is pathetic. They are not magicians who can cure you with a wave of their hand. Rebuilding a new and better life for yourself takes work, which includes making plans and taking action, is what they have helped me to do, but I was ready and wanted what they had to offer.
And I have always been treated with respect and dignity in the manner with which I have treated them.
My treatment has been totally outpatient so treatment is ongoing.

They are very helpful and there is no judgement, the one on one counseling are great and the group sessions are educational and teachable learning experiences, the nurses are caring, the Drs are considerably gracious and knowledgeable, the ladies at the reception are friendly and caring, I would recommend BriteView to anyone looking forward to getting help and their life back on Track...

The UTC is such an amazing facility that I have ever been too. The staff there is amazing, not to mention how they go out of their way to help those who in need. I can honestly say that the UTC has actually saved my life and I am extremely grateful for everyone that has taking the time to help me build the skills needed to help me have whatever a normal life is. I would recommend anyone looking to get treatment in addiction this would be the place I would recommend to anyone.....

Hope Valley is a breath of fresh air. They really care about you. In my experience I had a death in my family and they helped me through the whole process. I was able to show up for my family sober and have a safe place to go after. Normally that would take you out of treatment but not here. The mens phase 2 building is awesome. Thank you. Jen, Cheyenne, Kasey, Corey, Jeff, Otis, Liz, Kim, Jacob, Kyle, Natalie and the countless other staff. Thank God for this program.

This place has seen me at my lowest point and helped build me up over the last 2 years, I'm so grateful to know them and anytime I'm there they always do whatever they can to make someone feel welcomed, supported and prepared for the next steps regardless of what position you came in from. Theyve helped me with everything; mania, Sui. Ideation, recovery, helping me leave an abusive relationship in homelessness.. I've made supportive friends I still talk from the last 2 years. These guys are absolutely tremendous and provide an incredible service. Cannot say enough good about them. I’ve been working through my things with them for going on three years, more for personal maintenance than peer/crisis support. They’re always there. Always consistent.
I could mention names on the 24 hour crisis line, but they know who they are that do wonders for for me.
