Amazing facility, stellar staff, classes that are actually helpful and routine based rehab. I can't express fully how much this place helped me. If you care to help yourself, this place will get you where you need to be. If you're struggling with addiction, this is a good place to start. The nurses are all kind and straightforward, professional, and just easy to be around, which goes a long way when you're trying to overcome addiction. Every person who worked here during my stay went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay and that you were comfortable, fed, and not suffering. The doctor was also very compassionate, doing all he could to ensure comfort while not feeding your addiction. My only problem was me as I left early, which was a very stupid thing to do. I should have stayed... All in all, this is a great place to start.

I love this place. My dad had to come here for his DUII treatment. My dads health and cognition have been declining and they were so good at working with us to make sure he got treatment and finished even with all his limitations! Thank you to the front desk lady for always answering the phone promptly for the color of the day, and Adam for being so empathetic towards my dad! Highly recommend.

The nurse and the primary care physician were very friendly and thorough. I received appropriate referrals for followup care and was seen in an appropriate amount of time. Telehealth interactions have been great. It is very convenient to be able to text/email my care team from the VA app. I was responded to in less than a day. I recently also had an audiology appt and the Dr. was great. I am very happy with my care at the Robert Maxwell clinic in Bend.

Hello my name is Nazairea! I have been with bestcare for many years now. This review is for Billy Cartwright, and my drug counselor Jamie. They are by far the most professional, attentive, and accommodating. Addiction is not easy but they truly do help you see the light at the end of the tunnel while avoiding so many of the negative emotions and setbacks you're bound to experience. They have made me feel so comfortable with them, and given me most of if not all the skills and coping mechanisms I use today. To finally be on the path of independence and success is more than I was hoping for starting with them! But knowing they are always there as well is a huge comfort. If I could recommend anyone it is hands down bestcare 10/10 I love all the staff members here!

I can not recommend Serenity Lane enough… thankfully, they have given me the guidance, tools, education, and community, that I needed; to finally break out of my destructive impulses, physiological dependency, and spiritual void, that caused me to turn everything good in my life upside down. If you are not willing or able to go to the inpatient treatment center down in coburg, I encourage you to dip your foot in to serenity lane Bend outpatient treatment. If you’re reading this, then there is some part of you that knows you need help breaking addict behavior, and there is absolutely no shame in that! Once you discover what’s going on under the hood… it will make sense, and being in a group with people with the same issues, under the guidance of well trained … and caring professionals… makes for a more real you, and a better life. Serenity Lane is one of the best treatment centers this side of the Mississippi, and you’ve got an outpost near you… or via zoom. Best of luck

I have seen Chris Cooper at Therapeutics Associates since 2010. Chris has guided me through rotator cuff surgery, two hip replacements, back issues. As a golfer and hiker, he is very mindful of the activities I want to get back to. And he educates me throughout my recovery. I have also worked with Bren Schmidt at Therapeutic Associates for some back issues. He has been extremely helpful providing exercises to strengthen my core and glutes. Chris and Bren are excellent therapists, but also very attentive and pleasant. The entire team at Therapeutic Associates is knowledgeable, professional and wonderfully pleasant. I highly recommend them and Therapeutic Associates. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I can't recommend the prehabilitation program at Therapeutic Associates highly enough. Starting pelvic floor physical therapy before my prostatectomy made a remarkable difference in my recovery. Within just a few weeks after surgery, I had regained full continence and was amazed at how quickly I was healing and returning to my normal activities. The knowledge, preparation, and encouragement provided by the entire team gave me confidence going into surgery and, in my opinion, played a significant role in my outcome. If you're facing a prostatectomy, don't overlook pre-operative pelvic floor physical therapy. It was one of the best investments I made in my recovery, and I'm incredibly grateful to the outstanding team at Therapeutic Associates.

I've attended BestCare in Madras for several years now since coming over with Dr. Montee, the prescribing doctor from the program through Mosaic. The people are very kind and considerate, you don't feel judged which is great because coming into treatment can be stressful enough for some. It's one of the best places to start if your serious about getting and living sober! It takes hard work on our end of course but having the right support makes all the difference.

I admitted here November 2025 . I am now almost a year into recovery . It saved my life . I know that’s a cliche saying , but it’s true . I was at rock bottom . I was Addicted to weed and underweight . By being here for 2 months , I was able to get more comfortable with food . Even sometimes enjoy it . Though be warned that takes time . The first few weeks , especially the first one is ROUGH. Especially if you’re withdrawing from a substance . I did my fair share of sobbing at meal times . It happens , to almost everyone here . It was so validating to be around people struggling with similar things . We all had a special bond even if it was just during treatment , we helped each-other get through it . The recovery coaches (people looking after you most of the time ) were amazing . There was one exception but I think he’s gone now . I hope this is still happening , but when I was there on Sunday’s we would have time set aside as “ soul moments “. We’d all sit in a circle with twinkle lights in the middle and the therapist would encourage us to write in our journal about little (or big) moments through the week that touched our soul and helped us keep going . (Example : looking outside at the rain , laughing with people during dinner , a outing , another patient sharing a drawing they did , etc) I know it sounds hippy dippy but it felt special and I always looked forward to it . Meal times can be hard , but everyone around you is understanding and supporting. I spent most of my free time sleeping with ear buds in but it’s what I needed . They have a huge couch and cozy areas to rest . I did stay during Christmas which was a bit sad and isolating but that’s okay, I was spending it there so I could be present and happy during my future Christmases . You do lose quite a bit of things that we’re used to having , like going outside whenever we want to , dancing or doing exercise , having our phones , showering at night , little things that make you feel like a v child without . But , I had to remind myself I didn’t take good care of myself outside of here and needed to hand that care to the treatment center . It’s hard at first , but you get used to it . And , there is a light at the bed of the tunnel ! I am 9 months sober , I’m at a healthy weight , and starting to like , perhaps even love the new body I have . I have a clear head and capable body and can finally do things I’ve been wanting to do but didn’t have the capacity when I was stoned and starving . Going here is the best thing I could’ve done for myself . It can be for you too . Please give it a try , at least for a month . Oh! And I recommend bringing a eye mask so you can nap in the living room , and a MP3 player to listen to music . The MP3 player, fidgets, and a few hobbies are essential to getting through treatment . Everyone had them to listen to music since you can’t have your phone and music is comforting . You’ve got this . Please try .

Going to RainRock was one of the hardest yet best things I’ve ever done. Staff is amazing and cares so much, they try hard to make this feel like a home. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone who is struggling with ED behaviors.

Center for living has helped me so much with my anxiety and depression! I have heard they aren't the best. I went in and I was helped right away and they continue to help me. The only thing they could work on is the scheduling. Scheduling gets mixed up often. Other then that they are great.

Coming into Treehouse PDX I was missing the mental tools needed to treat my trauma that led to my drinking. I didn’t know how to cope and realized that I wasn’t like normal people who drink. I drank to fill a hole. However with being in the PHP program, I got a lot of the help I was looking for. With great leadership and counseling they helped me get back to a place where I can heal. Where I can now use these tools and build a life that I can call healthy and be inspired by. The house itself is a lot nicer than what I think people may expect. The Facility itself for me is great! (I don’t go to the gym so I don’t have much to compare to, so it feels top notch to ME). We work out for about 4 hours every weekday. Running, Yoga (aka “Joga”), MMA padwork, pickleball and more. The counseling is amazing. The team definitely makes you feel like you’re getting 1 on 1 care, even considering the amount of clients they have. This is my first and I believe last treatment center I will be attending. But I think this is the BEST. I’ve heard from other people in the sober community who have had more experience than I do and they never fail to tell me about what a privilege I have in being in Treehouse. Thank you to Treehouse Staff, My Brothers and Team! I’m happy to say I’ve made lifelong connections while on this lifelong journey of healing.

My time at treehouse recovery changed my whole trajectory in life. It’s rare that anyone give themselves a chance to hit stop and spend 3 months dedicated to only growth and healing from the past. I will always look at treehouse as the pivotal point when I decided to do what I needed for myself. I can’t stress enough how amazing this program is. I have seen so many men come in different stages of spiritual decomposition and leave glowing and empowered with new purpose and strength. 100/10.
