I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Williams for many years. I've been in good health so normally I see him for an annual wellness visit. I find office staff, medical assistants, and Dr. Williams to be kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. I am a new patient, disabled with multiple autoimune diseases, a bad heart, and enough pharmacy needs to choke a horse. I took a gamble on a new Dr, Emma Moreland, PA-C to be my primary care Dr. Just! Wow! If you're struggling with addiction, this is a good place to start. The nurses are all kind and straightforward, professional, and just easy to be around, which goes a long way when you're trying to overcome addiction. Every person who worked here during my stay went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay and that you were comfortable, fed, and not suffering. The doctor was also very compassionate, doing all he could to ensure comfort while not feeding your addiction. My only problem was me as I left early, which was a very stupid thing to do. I should have stayed... All in all, this is a great place to start.

Best Care saved my life and gave me my life back! When I decided to check myself into treatment I had never been in trouble with the law but I had a drug problem that took my life from me and I had lost everything. So I checked myself into treatment at Best Care and they helped me get clean and stay clean. My counsler there was amazing. She believed in me and gave me the hope I needed to stay clean. They have a wonderful team there as well. My Recovery mentor helped me every step of the way and stayed by my side while I learned to have control over my life and my recovery. I absoluting love Best Care and the team I had while going to treatment there. I recommend them to alot of people because if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be where I am today. Thank you Best Care!

I can not recommend Serenity Lane enough thankfully, they have given me the guidance, tools, education, and community, that I needed; to finally break out of my destructive impulses, physiological dependency, and spiritual void, that caused me to turn everything good in my life upside down. If you are not willing or able to go to the inpatient treatment center down in coburg, I encourage you to dip your foot in to serenity lane Bend outpatient treatment. If you re reading this, then there is some part of you that knows you need help breaking addict behavior, and there is absolutely no shame in that! Once you discover what s going on under the hood it will make sense, and being in a group with people with the same issues, under the guidance of well trained and caring professionals makes for a more real you, and a better life. Serenity Lane is one of the best treatment centers this side of the Mississippi, and you ve got an outpost near you or via zoom. Best of luck

I've attended BestCare in Madras for several years now since coming over with Dr. Montee, the prescribing doctor from the program through Mosaic. The people are very kind and considerate, you don't feel judged which is great because coming into treatment can be stressful enough for some. It's one of the best places to start if your serious about getting and living sober! It takes hard work on our end of course but having the right support makes all the difference.

Dr.Z will go way out of her way to help you get the services and treatment you need. The people here not only listen but want to help.

The only reason I gave this facility 5 stars is because they don't have 12 to click on. I know there are people who do not get the same experience that I have had going to Best Care in Madras. But I have been going there for many years and I must say that being a person who suffers from PTSD I have never been so wonderfully treated. Starting with the staff in the front office. Those ladies are all beautiful and gracious with me every time i have gone in. Which in my case is 4 times a month.My therapist is Peter. He has with great patience has worked with me over three years and with all of the issues I have it has taken me that long to really trust. He and the staff have walked with me through the loss of a grandchild, my oldest sons death, physical issues and some heavy duty traumas that I am just now able to confront and conquer.I have recommended this facility to a total of five people and with myself included in the group all but 2 have had success.I know without this incredible team supporting me and without being over dramatic; a huge credit going to my therapist. I know I would probably not be alive today.I think a good way to approach counseling might be to take on the point of view of comparing it to a restaurant. It may be the finest place in town but the ratio of experience might be the same as my friends and family that have tried Best Care. Even with the best of intentions 3 out of 5 found great success. You don't stop eating just because of a couple of bad meals. You just need to find a different place to eat.My son who went for counseling for the first time; hated it and thought the therapist was an idiot. I heard his complaint and I suggested he try again a couple of times. By the end of the second visit he was convinced that his therapist was very knowledgeable and continued to go until his death.I believe that the Lord sent me there to find my life.Thank You to all the people at Best Care.Tamara

Problem: urinary urgency caused by 3 prostate surgeries. Received a very rapid and significant improvement from the teachings and physical training of Dr. Laura Cooper.Post surgery I thought this was as good as it got and better than many others have - so I put up with the inconveniences. Dr. Cooper s physio methods improved the pelvic floor and changed my quality of life. Thank you.

I have suffered from mastitis multiple times and was never referred to physical therapy. Laura Cooper has been phenomenal in helping with my breast inflammation while also improving my milk supply. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend Chris Cooper and his team at Therapeutic Associates. Great atmosphere and very knowledgeable. PT Chris has been at it a long time and knows his stuff. Felt very fortunate to have worked with him.

Everyone here is so supportive. It was hard for me to stop exercising but I got to do it again with medical allowance - so meaningful to me. I would definitely recommend this program.

I would give the specific aspects of my treatment 4 stars since I cannot rate the overall program fairly, as I was really burnt out from Monte Nido treatment; it being my 3rd time at Rainrock and having 3 prior admissions to EDCP. There were 2 large factors that played into my success post discharge which I can credit the program for. To start out, my admission was ultimately my decision but I felt forced into the program because the referral was made without my permission and the referral to my program of choice was rescinded. I came bearing teeth and was met with nothing but respect and a gentle challenge to stick it through a week. And I did. I credit the gains I made (no pun intended) to a phenomenal therapist. That was one factor in remaining there. The other helpful aspect was being allowed to do community passes a month before I discharged. Under previous leadership during my first 2 stays, passes weren't granted in 2013 to anyone but with family members on level 2, friends on level 3, and solo passes were a level 4 privilege. In 2015 you were allowed to go on passes with friends on level 2 but not solo until level 3. Rarely does insurance cover someone up to that point. I had significant exposure to real life before my departure and felt prepared to return to work 2 days after discharge. I didn't step down to day treatment and it was ultimately unnecessary. I'm grateful that the policy changed (or that it helped to have the regional director as your therapist, backing the decision) and that I received my treatment pre COVID, as passes are not currently allowed. I don't need a scripted response from the corporate office in Florida--I just wanted to relay my gratitude.

I felt very cared for here and felt safe and secure. They know what they are doing.

I love the counselors here. I feel so comfortable about opening up and taking with them. I feel they care about me. The listen to how I feel. What my concerns are. What is bothering me. What scares me. We work together on a plan for me. It's about me and what we as a team think is best for me...

Center for living has helped me so much with my anxiety and depression! I have heard they aren't the best. I went in and I was helped right away and they continue to help me. The only thing they could work on is the scheduling. Scheduling gets mixed up often. Other then that they are great.
