Amazing facility, stellar staff, classes that are actually helpful and routine based rehab. I can't express fully how much this place helped me. If you care to help yourself, this place will get you where you need to be. Counselors Carolyne and Regina are pros, and truly care about their clients. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is serious about their recovery.

If you're struggling with addiction, this is a good place to start. The nurses are all kind and straightforward, professional, and just easy to be around, which goes a long way when you're trying to overcome addiction. Every person who worked here during my stay went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay and that you were comfortable, fed, and not suffering. The doctor was also very compassionate, doing all he could to ensure comfort while not feeding your addiction. My only problem was me as I left early, which was a very stupid thing to do. I should have stayed... All in all, this is a great place to start.

I love this place. My dad had to come here for his DUII treatment. My dads health and cognition have been declining and they were so good at working with us to make sure he got treatment and finished even with all his limitations! Thank you to the front desk lady for always answering the phone promptly for the color of the day, and Adam for being so empathetic towards my dad! Highly recommend.

The nurse and the primary care physician were very friendly and thorough. I received appropriate referrals for followup care and was seen in an appropriate amount of time. Telehealth interactions have been great. It is very convenient to be able to text/email my care team from the VA app. I was responded to in less than a day. Hello my name is Nazairea! I have been with bestcare for many years now. This review is for Billy Cartwright, and my drug counselor Jamie. They are by far the most professional, attentive, and accommodating. Addiction is not easy but they truly do help you see the light at the end of the tunnel while avoiding so many of the negative emotions and setbacks you're bound to experience. They have made me feel so comfortable with them, and given me most of if not all the skills and coping mechanisms I use today. To finally be on the path of independence and success is more than I was hoping for starting with them! But knowing they are always there as well is a huge comfort. If I could recommend anyone it is hands down bestcare 10/10 I love all the staff members here!

I can't recommend the prehabilitation program at Therapeutic Associates highly enough. Starting pelvic floor physical therapy before my prostatectomy made a remarkable difference in my recovery. Within just a few weeks after surgery, I had regained full continence and was amazed at how quickly I was healing and returning to my normal activities. The knowledge, preparation, and encouragement provided by the entire team gave me confidence going into surgery and, in my opinion, played a significant role in my outcome. If you're facing a prostatectomy, don't overlook pre-operative pelvic floor physical therapy. It was one of the best investments I made in my recovery, and I'm incredibly grateful to the outstanding team at Therapeutic Associates.

I can not recommend Serenity Lane enough… thankfully, they have given me the guidance, tools, education, and community, that I needed; to finally break out of my destructive impulses, physiological dependency, and spiritual void, that caused me to turn everything good in my life upside down. If you are not willing or able to go to the inpatient treatment center down in coburg, I encourage you to dip your foot in to serenity lane Bend outpatient treatment. If you’re reading this, then there is some part of you that knows you need help breaking addict behavior, and there is absolutely no shame in that! Once you discover what’s going on under the hood… it will make sense, and being in a group with people with the same issues, under the guidance of well trained … and caring professionals… makes for a more real you, and a better life. Serenity Lane is one of the best treatment centers this side of the Mississippi, and you’ve got an outpost near you… or via zoom. Best of luck

Hello my name is Nazairea! I have been with bestcare for many years now. This review is for Billy Cartwright, and my drug counselor Jamie. They are by far the most professional, attentive, and accommodating. Addiction is not easy but they truly do help you see the light at the end of the tunnel while avoiding so many of the negative emotions and setbacks you're bound to experience. They have made me feel so comfortable with them, and given me most of if not all the skills and coping mechanisms I use today. To finally be on the path of independence and success is more than I was hoping for starting with them! But knowing they are always there as well is a huge comfort. If I could recommend anyone it is hands down bestcare 10/10 I love all the staff members here!

I've attended BestCare in Madras for several years now since coming over with Dr. Montee, the prescribing doctor from the program through Mosaic. The people are very kind and considerate, you don't feel judged which is great because coming into treatment can be stressful enough for some. It's one of the best places to start if your serious about getting and living sober! It takes hard work on our end of course but having the right support makes all the difference.

Entered WFC on July 25th 2021 and I had the best experiences even during covid they kept the place running and my treatment plan was on spot I learned a lot about myself and I'm proud to say I graduated at 61 days and continuing in IOP. If you have a loved one that is wanting treatment and wanting the care that I received from doctor's appointments to medication to manage drugs and alcohol to Great classes and wonderful counselors and wonderful staff all around and awesome food then I would recommend WFC

I am beyond satisfied with what came of my journey throughout my time in this facility. Nearly the entire crew of staff consisted of people that actually care and take pride in being the people put in place to help these women, and have a genuine desire to help patients navigate through their individual recovery journey however they can. The best part, hands down, was getting to be witness to so many moms and children be reunited! It was so beautiful and inspiring to see, and this is an event happening on the regular at this place. The kind of experience I had here and what the classes/people teaching the classes gave me are what help me every day achieve a life I thought was out of my capability to achieve not long ago. They provided me with what turned out to be a highly effective foundation to succeed in living life sober, healthy, and truly happy. I am so beyond grateful and I just can't say enough good about this place. Thank you thank you THANK YOU WILLAMETTE FAMILY. For teaching me the skills needed to live my life in such a fulfilling way, a way that allows me the gift of raising my beautiful daughter and being the mom to her I was convinced I didn't have the capacity or intelligence to become. I spent 48 days here and would recommend it to anyone as long as they do not get Anthony as their counselor. He is uncaring, has no empathy, and seems to derive pleasure on singling a person out within the group to pick on. He was horrible to me. He is also new at his job but I don't feel this can be used as an excuse for his apathetic behavior. I am troubled that I shared personal information with him because he took what I told him in confidence and used it against me. He gives you inaccurate information about very important things. So if you go to this treatment center, beware of Anthony! I can't say a bad thing about anyone else. The hub staff is great, and they've got some really good instructors there too. I love the staff and the program but my group with Anthony at the helm was not only not helpful but hurtful. Everything and Everyone else deserves an A plus.

Recently completed 30 days here. They were able to provide me with services and help in problematic areas I couldn't seem to establish outside. The Teen Challenge campus in Willamette Valley changed my life. I graduated the one year program on March 8th of 2026. It was at this campus that I was given a safe place to dive deeper into God's Word and my own heart and to figure out why I struggled with the things I did. After struggling with addiction for 12 years, I needed somewhere I could go to get away and to focus solely on my self and ultimately God. A place where God could open up the places of my heart that I has hidden for so long and tried to cover up but that needed gently dealt with. In the heart of the Willamette Valley, right in the middle of a sheep field God met me and delivered me from 12 years of life controlling issues. Drug addiction, technology addiction, gambling, money, women I tried for years to distrsct myself up with anything I thought would make me feel better. But here at Shedd God showed me, He is the only one who can heal me. And He deeply loves me. In Him I have a Healer, I have a Friend, I have a Saviour, and I have a loving Father, who cares for me with a love far beyond my comprehension, and so do you. The Willamette Valley men's campus is full of caring staff from the director at the top, down to the interns on the ground level who all deeply care for and love every person that walks through the door and it is felt when you arrive. I am so grateful God brought me to Teen Challenge because if I had not come here I would still be out there on the streets, I wpuld not have a relationship with my son, my family or any of my friends. But today I have a hope that is not dependant upon my circumstances but a hope that is rooted in a Creator who loved me enough to die for my sins. And He has empowered me to live a life of freedom.
