I've attended BestCare in Madras for several years now since coming over with Dr. Montee, the prescribing doctor from the program through Mosaic. The people are very kind and considerate, you don't feel judged which is great because coming into treatment can be stressful enough for some. It's one of the best places to start if your serious about getting and living sober! It takes hard work on our end of course but having the right support makes all the difference.

Amazing facility, stellar staff, classes that are actually helpful and routine based rehab. I can't express fully how much this place helped me. If you care to help yourself, this place will get you where you need to be. If you're struggling with addiction, this is a good place to start. The nurses are all kind and straightforward, professional, and just easy to be around, which goes a long way when you're trying to overcome addiction. Every person who worked here during my stay went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay and that you were comfortable, fed, and not suffering. The doctor was also very compassionate, doing all he could to ensure comfort while not feeding your addiction. My only problem was me as I left early, which was a very stupid thing to do. I should have stayed... All in all, this is a great place to start.

When I decided to check myself into treatment I had never been in trouble with the law but I had a drug problem that took my life from me and I had lost everything. So I checked myself into treatment at Best Care and they helped me get clean and stay clean. My counsler there was amazing. She believed in me and gave me the hope I needed to stay clean. They have a wonderful team there as well. My Recovery mentor helped me every step of the way and stayed by my side while I learned to have control over my life and my recovery. The nurse and the primary care physician were very friendly and thorough. I received appropriate referrals for followup care and was seen in an appropriate amount of time. Telehealth interactions have been great. It is very convenient to be able to text/email my care team from the VA app. I was responded to in less than a day. I love this place. My dad had to come here for his DUII treatment. My dads health and cognition have been declining and they were so good at working with us to make sure he got treatment and finished even with all his limitations! Thank you to the front desk lady for always answering the phone promptly for the color of the day, and Adam for being so empathetic towards my dad! Highly recommend.

Hello my name is Nazairea! I have been with bestcare for many years now. This review is for Billy Cartwright, and my drug counselor Jamie. They are by far the most professional, attentive, and accommodating. Addiction is not easy but they truly do help you see the light at the end of the tunnel while avoiding so many of the negative emotions and setbacks you're bound to experience. They have made me feel so comfortable with them, and given me most of if not all the skills and coping mechanisms I use today. To finally be on the path of independence and success is more than I was hoping for starting with them! But knowing they are always there as well is a huge comfort. If I could recommend anyone it is hands down bestcare 10/10 I love all the staff members here!

I can't recommend the prehabilitation program at Therapeutic Associates highly enough. Starting pelvic floor physical therapy before my prostatectomy made a remarkable difference in my recovery. Within just a few weeks after surgery, I had regained full continence and was amazed at how quickly I was healing and returning to my normal activities. The knowledge, preparation, and encouragement provided by the entire team gave me confidence going into surgery and, in my opinion, played a significant role in my outcome. If you're facing a prostatectomy, don't overlook pre-operative pelvic floor physical therapy. It was one of the best investments I made in my recovery, and I'm incredibly grateful to the outstanding team at Therapeutic Associates.

I can not recommend Serenity Lane enough… thankfully, they have given me the guidance, tools, education, and community, that I needed; to finally break out of my destructive impulses, physiological dependency, and spiritual void, that caused me to turn everything good in my life upside down. If you are not willing or able to go to the inpatient treatment center down in coburg, I encourage you to dip your foot in to serenity lane Bend outpatient treatment. If you’re reading this, then there is some part of you that knows you need help breaking addict behavior, and there is absolutely no shame in that! Once you discover what’s going on under the hood… it will make sense, and being in a group with people with the same issues, under the guidance of well trained … and caring professionals… makes for a more real you, and a better life. Hello my name is Nazairea! I have been with bestcare for many years now. This review is for Billy Cartwright, and my drug counselor Jamie. They are by far the most professional, attentive, and accommodating. Addiction is not easy but they truly do help you see the light at the end of the tunnel while avoiding so many of the negative emotions and setbacks you're bound to experience. They have made me feel so comfortable with them, and given me most of if not all the skills and coping mechanisms I use today. To finally be on the path of independence and success is more than I was hoping for starting with them! But knowing they are always there as well is a huge comfort. If I could recommend anyone it is hands down bestcare 10/10 I love all the staff members here!

Tree House Recovery PDX saved my life. I hit a new rock bottom during the holidays. I was reluctant to going to a typical, 30-day, institutional rehab center like I did over the summer because that didn't work. But then I saw that Tree House was a three month program with a focus in physical exercise, writing, and learning to work as a team. My expectations weren't met -- they were exceeded. I recently graduated on April 3rd and am a better man now than I was before I started using and drinking. I've learned how to be empathetic, hold myself and others accountable, find gratitude in my daily life, lean on my teammates during times of struggle, and how to celebrate little and big wins in my life with healthy pride. The staff is amazing too. Rob, Nevin, Doug, Bryan and Kevin are all great men who are now role models in my life. They challenged me, listened to me, and gave me advice and suggestions I have taken to help me soar. If you're struggling, you don't have to do it alone. I would highly recommend this program for any man who is having trouble with addiction and needs to turn his life around. Thank you, Tree House.

I came to Oregon Trail Recovery Services not as someone unfamiliar with addiction treatment, but as someone who has spent more than 15 years working in the behavioral health and substance use treatment field as a counselor, clinical supervisor, administrator, and advocate. When I arrived, I was also a man who had experienced the devastating consequences of addiction firsthand. I had lost pieces of my life that mattered most, including precious time with my children. I entered treatment humbled, broken, and determined to rebuild my life one day at a time. Oregon Trail Recovery has exceeded every expectation I had. The greatest strength of this program is not simply its curriculum or structure—it's the people. Every single day, I have been met with kindness, compassion, encouragement, and accountability. The staff have an incredible ability to challenge me while never making me feel judged. They have celebrated my victories, helped me through difficult moments, listened when I needed someone to hear me, and reminded me that recovery is possible even on the days when I questioned myself. What stands out to me most is that I have never felt like just another client. I have felt seen as a person. The staff genuinely care about each individual's success, and that care is reflected in the countless small moments that often go unnoticed—checking in after a difficult group, offering words of encouragement, celebrating milestones, laughing together, and creating an atmosphere where healing feels possible. As someone who has supervised treatment programs myself, I pay close attention to culture, professionalism, and clinical quality. Oregon Trail has created something special. Their staff consistently demonstrate integrity, empathy, patience, and clinical competence. They don't simply teach recovery—they model it through the way they treat people. Throughout my time here, I have participated in intensive treatment, recovery planning, peer support, 12-step work, parenting education, relapse prevention, and ongoing clinical services. More importantly, I have begun rebuilding my confidence, my character, and my hope. The tools I am learning here will continue to shape my recovery long after I leave this program. This experience has also reignited my passion for the behavioral health profession. Rather than allowing my relapse to define me, Oregon Trail Recovery has helped remind me why I dedicated my life to serving others in the first place. It has given me renewed purpose and strengthened my commitment to continue my own recovery while working toward restoring my professional credentials. Recovery is about so much more than abstinence. Counselor nodded out on me 😆 I like to believe he was on methadone or Suboxone but he literally asked me how long he was out when he came to. All while talking about super personal information... I've been there three times... Not since the 90s old location .. thank you Lord above.. Another time the guy had the exact same line "don't you want to go to the ocean and throw your girlfriend in it type of shit 😂" same guy ten years apart it was beyond memorable. But this place plants seeds that lead to a life of substance free Bliss!! The acupuncture in the AM and evening AA/NA Meetings meant everything to me.
