I want to give a huge shout out to Sean who worked with me in helping me identify my triggers and to create a plan for my future. I could write a review a mile long if I started naming all the great staff at the lodge, but I'll keep it to this: from the AM staff to the PM staff, every single person there is invested in supporting you on your journey, and they truly 'get it.' From laughter to serious moments, they facilitated the perfect healing environment for me. KW was also very influential in my healing.

We found AIM as our son was finishing a therapeutic wilderness program. AIM was an excellent transition program and supported all of us along the way. The staff are skilled, compassionate and purposeful. The phases of the program allowed for growth at a participant’s own pace. Our som continues to stay connected to the AIM family and his trusted mentors. We are grateful to have had the care and support of AIM as we all grew together.

AIM House is an incredible program that caters to all walks of life. As a previous participant, I feel that I was cared for in a way that was not overbearing. They provided us with countless resources, activities, and communities to engage with throughout my time there. I really like that you can make a program that works for YOU! They give participants the tools to pursue what they enjoy, make mistakes in a safe environment, and grow into a more mature individual. AIM House does a fantastic job of creating a community that leads to life long friendships. I completed the program a little over 6 years ago and continue to speak with many of the other participants I was in the program with, as well as some of the staff! I can confidently say that I would recommend this program to any young adult going through debilitating hardships in their life. This is, and will always be, a special place to me.

I definitely recommend their recovery services to anyone looking for help with substance use, they have an amazing staff full of people with lived experience. I work for a recovery non-profit and often refer clients. Redpoint's alumni coordinator hosted a comedy night fundraiser to benefit our organization which helped us raise funds and celebrate a fun night full of people in recovery.

Amazing staff, amazing program, I recommend them to anyone who is ready to make a change for a brighter future.

I felt boken. and I complicating suicide.if. it was all kindness and emotional support i would have tried or been put in the hospital.they listen and hear what i was saying with compassion.all of ask me how we help you.they help build my self-esteem and. work with on issues..if someone you know. need help or you need help please call boulder county metal health or call someone who care .know situation will change and these Ladies help me Be safe

Had a very pleasant and productive experience here. Steph, Phil, Liz, Jen, Jennifer, Mike, Travis, Doug, to name a few great members of the staff. My only complaint is the schedule seemed to change everyday.

The entire staff was amazing! The counselors were great at communicating with the patients! Everyday was filled with positive and helpful information! The nurses were awesome at making sure everyone was comfortable, got their meds and were feeling as good as you could thru the program! Even the front desk person was very attentive to the patient's needs. Definitely a wonderful place to start your journey to recovery!

I am 5 years sober thanks to West Pines I can t thank the professionals (in the detox and rehab centers) enough for SAVING MY LIFE! I never thought I would be able to achieve sobriety, but, because of their programs my loved ones and I learned all aspects of alcoholism; why it happens and things to look out for (in my recovery) so as to continue having success for the rest of my life Thank you WP, you all helped to save my life and I am forever grateful

It's hard to describe the level of care and support that Rose House provides. No family ever wants to be in this situation, but Rose House provides a level of knowledge, confidence and assurance that we couldn't find anywhere else. The fact that it is female specific makes its mission that more effective in not only dealing with addiction but the underlying roots of abuse and trauma. We were desperate and they gave us our daughter back. This place is not an adult daycare or resort. They require not only the patients to do the hard work, but the families as well. If you care about your family member you have to put in the work as well, because these folks have a tough road ahead of them and no one goes it alone in life. For these people that need this level of care Rose House is superlative in giving patients and families the tools they need to turn their lives around.

I had a life changing experience during my stay at the Rose House. The staff are kind and firm at the same time. The dynamics between the clients is also a very therapeutic part of it all. The way we cared and called each other out was very crucial to the whole experience. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about a clean and sober lifestyle.

I want to start this review by acknowledging that recovery from mental health issues, trauma and addiction is HARD. There is no one place that will be a good fit for everybody and no place will work until the client wants to change and is ready to do the very difficult work required for healing. We stumbled upon the Rose House when we had almost lost all hope for our 18 year old daughter. She had been in and out of various mental health facilities and rehab facilities but nothing worked. She was an addict but if she checked into a rehab facility the trauma she had experienced caused her to go into a fight or flight response. She acted out verbally and by self harming. Although they would claim to be a dual diagnosis center, they would always call us within a day or so and tell us they didn't have the type of facilities to help her. If we tried to get her residential mental health help we were told there was no such place. She could only be put on a 72 hour hold if she was a danger to herself or others. Our daughter's addiction began when a couple of men lured her into their trafficking scheme. She was 14 and they paid her a lot of attention. In her mind one of them was her boyfriend and she felt flattered that an older man would want her. They started giving her drugs in exchange for sex. Soon she needed the drugs to stop the feeling of guilt and disgust she felt from what was happening to her. When she finally said no to one of them he physically and forcibly raped her. I wish we had understood earlier what was going on. (This man is now serving 97 years in a Colorado prison) We walked into the Rose House and took a tour at her lowest point. She agreed to look at the Rose House but wasn't committing to going. After the tour we sat in Alison's office and I asked her if she thought the Rose House could help my daughter. Alison said if she is willing to come she is exactly who we help. My daughter said no one can help me I'm broken. My daughter checked herself in a few weeks later after being arrested for a DV situation and a high speed chase with the police. She spent a night in jail and realized she did not want to spend another one there. She had a court hearing. Alison met us there to support her and then took her to the Rose House. We couldn't speak to her for 2 weeks during the settling in period. Once we could communicate with her we saw growth every time we spoke or saw her. I asked her what was different this time. Her answer was 1. I'm ready for help and 2. the staff knows what they are doing and I know they care about me. I don't want to paint the wrong picture, recovery is never a straight line and it doesn't always happen in a set period of time. I was glad that the Rose House worked towards goals and that's what drove moving to the next step - not a set number of days on a calendar. They were also there on the tough days. Setting boundaries when needed, treating clients with respect and always showing compassion and consistency. The other thing that is different about the Rose House is that they really believe that the healing of the client's family is important and do a lot of work towards that with the weekly family zoom meeting and the family weekend. We learn that we can not control the decisions of our loved ones but we can set boundaries for ourselves. We can support them in their recovery but we can't do it for them. Our daughter graduated from the program and spent some time in the step down program. She is now 19, just received her 6 months chip for being clean and sober and is holding a fulltime job. She continues going to meetings almost everyday and is working with her own therapist to continue the work that was started in the Rose House. I honestly believe that if we hadn't found the Rose House she would be dead now. Instead I get to hug her everyday and get to see the wonderful woman she is becoming. The Rose House and it's staff have our undying gratitude.

The staff here is amazing—supportive, understanding, and genuinely invested in your success. The program is flexible and works with your schedule, helping you become financially, emotionally, and mentally stable as you prepare for your next steps.

Amazing facility. My daughter is now almost a year sober. She really enjoyed it up there. I highly recommend this place to a struggling teen.
