When I found myself entering this treatment center, I had absolutely nothing going for me. A year later, I got my son home, my fiance and I both got clean TOGETHER, we both have full time jobs, 2 cars, a beautiful home and our families back. For this first time in 14 years we are both sober, healthy, happy, and succeeding in life. Without the counselors and all the help here, I woukdnt have made it but love my life today more then anything Andi owe thisplace so much for that. I see two different women from this center, both are very friendly and courteous of my time! I have only been in this program for about a month now, but they have both helped me to see things from a different perspective and understand my own behaviors as well as the behaviors of other people in my life. If I needed to reschedule, they are always easy going about it, and work around my schedule. On time & prompt. Definitely Recomend Heather Williams and Su-Quin!

I've been to multiple places for treatment and this place is BY FAR the best I've been to in 10 years. The appointment process does take a bit longer than most places but you can tell the people who work here genuinely care about you. They listen AND accommodate to your wants and needs. I'd definitely recommend Brightview to any one who is struggling and want help.

The very first recovery center I've been to. Based on my experience it will be the last! (in a great way) I love this place, the meetings and my counselor. They have medical for those who need medicine to help with their addictions. They really do care. If you are ready to take that step to being free from which ever substance you are addicted to then this is a really really great place. I would give more stars if I could. Edit: I'm still there and it's still wonderful!

They treat u like human beings... From the driver George to the techs and counselors in both detox and inpatient....the best rehab I have been too! I absolutely recommend it to anyone who still suffers! They can and will help u! I can't thank them enough for my second chance at life! They also let u take and have a lot of things most rehabs won't. They use brand name laundry detergent and supply dryer sheets but it really is the small things like that, that matter the most when it going thru a life change 10/10 recomend

Great Clinic. I started at the New Castle Location when it was The Discovery House and then transferred to the Cranberry location when I moved, and then ended here at the Farrell location when I moved again back to Ohio. They accepted Ohio medicaid and I really didn't want to change clinics, so I stayed with Discovery House/Comprehensive Treatment Center. Each location was fantastic. By far my favorite clinics. Counselors and staff were 100% amazing and super caring, considerate and most importantly understanding and non judgemental. I really recommend this place.

I was in a terrable car accident jan. 29. I was taken to trumble regional hospital. I was there for four days. The staff was so amazing. They truly made my stay enjoyable. I fractured my neck and back in the accident. I technically shouldn't of been able to get up and walk out of the hospital. Everyone was so supportive and I felt loved. I felt as if I was with family. The level of care was top tier. The food wasn't the best. I would suggest more fresh fruits and veggies. I still ate it though because I am grateful someone came to work and prepared food for me to eat. I'm understanding you have new ownership. And it's very apparent from everyone I was in contact with that this hospital will rise up and become one of the better hospital in our area. I'm so grateful to be alive and even more grateful for all the love and support this hospital as shown me. Keep rising. This is an example of how health care should be. Thank you all. I love each and everyone you.

The ladies that answer the phone are always kind and listen, I have called a lot in the last couple of months to leave a message for the doctor or what not and they are always kind about it. I have had to cancel and reschedule and haven't had any issues. The doctor always listens to what I have to say and helps advocate for my child.

Dr mike maggio does a good job with both my son's and their medications. I highly recomend him. He takes his time and asks lots of questions and trys to help my son with out putting him on a lot of meds. My son has asd with sensory disturbance and hightend hearing so its very hard for him to navagate his daily life. There was a issue with one of the meds causing aggressions and from the start dr mike knew what to change and it worked wonders. He checked on my son 3xs a week when we first changed his meds and one time he was busy on a Fri and didnt get a chance to call and took time out of his weekend to check up on us. He stays in contact with the counsler and they work very well together for both my son's.

For many years,decades in fact, I've heard alot about Teen Challenge. I've heard how wonderful and successful they are with people both young and old who are struggling with alcoholism and drug addiction, where traditional treatment centers and 12 step programs failed these people Teen Challenge successfully turned their lives around with this totally and complete Faith Based approach. Clients/Residents are encouraged to completely stay away from all secular activities and music and totally focus on the Jesus, the Bible, Church, Faith, Prayer and everything else associated with dedication to a Christian way of life. I've spoken to several people in the past who have successfully completed the Teen Challenge Program and they all said that their lives were completely turned around leaving alcohol, drugs, homelessness and crime behind them and now today, still devoted to Christianity are living productive and fulfilling lives.

Hello my name is Mark and I'm an alcoholic I have been for 40 years now not that I am proud of that. I had another DUI conviction and decided I needed help for my problem. I went to ccdaec before I had to by court it was the best thing I could have done for myself but ultimately went to jail and I saw a councilor while I was incarcerated which helped. I made the first four steps but then was released and I started my court ordered counciling which included groups and individual counciling. If you knew me you would know I'm not good with change or new people. I've never felt more comfortable with the counselor s I was assigned to. They brought out all of the things I have never talked about before. They made me so comfortable and supported me like I have never known before. I would like to take this time to say thank you for all that you have done for me but unfortunately without you in my life I have relapsed once again but thank you for trying it was a good run when you all were in my life. I ve been going to Dr.Hielman for 15 years now and he s truly amazing! The staff also is always friendly and caring. I wouldn t bother looking anywhere else because it would be a waste of time! Dr.Hileman has helped with my pain management and has helped tackle other issues of mine.

From the secretary to the first appointment with my counselor, these people are very caring and compassionate mental health workers. My counselor even went over a bit on my time since she had the time and it was a lot the first session to get through. I felt understood and listened to and could visualize for the fire time in a while a positive outlook and a plan.
