I love my therapist. He s approachable and fair. The psychiatry is a bit different as it s done by zoom but I have never felt mistreated or ignored. This is a facility that works with all insurances and all in all I personally feel they do a GREAT job

The reason I am giving as many stars as I am is because the office staff is amazing, the therapists (chelsea and virginia are AMAZING) know what they're doing and they're great with my kiddos. The old NP, Barb, was also GREAT with my daughter and was in the process of finding her the correct medicine that will work for her before we, without notice, were pulled from her schedule and put with someone else that goes by the name of Dr. Beth, or Elizabeth Finley. She was outrageously rude to my 13 year old, who has been suffering with mental health issues, and the last thing she needed was the advice of this 'dr', or lack thereof. Go to the therapists, you wont be disappointed. But stay far, far away from the new Dr. they have working there. She's terrible. Go literally anywhere else for medication.

It was a life transforming experience for me. I learned so much. At the age of 62, I have been "On the Couch" a time or two. The atmosphere was down to earth. My experiences were "Real" experiences in Group Sessions and with my counselors... especially Alex and Christina.If you want to have a good chance of getting well? Try Pyramid...good folks...if you want to get help...There are some patient's as within other facilities, that are abiding with court orders...etc...ONLY. I get it. Some patients aren't ready to give it all up. And as reason would have it...gamble with their lives and those of others? We are all adults right? So fine...that's their choice....But if you really want to get better? Get with Pyramid. At the very least, will get you pointed in the right direction. Then it's all up to you...and that's easier said then done. Trust me...you will have to work to maintain your health. No program will save you without a good personal effort.As a life long Trauma Respiratory Therapist...I have seen my fair share of traffic accidents...many leading to death.It's just not about you. My time at pyramid gave me great insight into my reasons for my addiction. all of my councilors and support team were great and were quick to help when I had an issue.i've received the tools I need to rebuild my life and stay sober and productive. I would strongly recommend to persons struggling with what I have to seek help from this facility. I am looking forward to taking all I learned and applying it to a better life..

Catholic Social Services is a great place to go to for Counceling and Food Pantrie Help in Hazleton PA.18201. I've been getting Service from them for many years.

New Orefield facility is far, but there is a bus 5 out of 6 days and Sunday is closed so they supply a take home on Saturday as long as you have a lockbox.The new facility is a HUGE step up! It's very clean, big and beautiful! All new staff seem amazing and the few older staff who stuck around were always amazing. This is the place you want to be if you're ready to get your life back. Don't forget 1 second think it's going to be easy though...

I love the counselor Jill she's very positive and I learned a lot from her great place

I’ve had more than my share of bad experiences with therapy, but the counselor here actually listend and helped my kids. Plus they were really flexible when I needed to change appointment times which happens a lot with me because of my work schedule. They also had telehealth appointments which made scheduling easier. Overall I’d recommend them

Only been here a couple times so far, but place seems decent. Staff are all friendly, and I like that they have cloud cloth's over the lights to make lighting more bearable. It is also close to home, which is nice.

The other reviews are from third person and there only hearing what there hearing first off I workd past 6 everyday no problem I made my meetings and was ok. Sending people back to jail well listen there coming from jail and it's a reward to get to halfway home early and the staff ain't there to baby anyone there to save ur life if u go back to Jail u deserve it. I was on contact my first day there meeting with girls. But when I figured out I was there to get my life on track find a job support MYSELF BUY MY OWN home and car girls Came second it works if u work it. I seen more not make than do it for 90 days but that's how the lifeWe built for OURSELVES WORKS. I STILL stop by and donate bus fees and say hi the bill the best counsel there is

I've been with Holcomb since May 23 2023. I have all services (ICM therapy and medication management) very good with matching me with the staff that's been helping me get my life on track. Scheduling is never an issue for any service. I feel heard and understood. The only thing I wish they had was a trauma therapy so I could have my daughter receive amazing care like I do.Shout-out to Alyssa, my ICM, Dan, my therapist and Charlene my Dr!

I have been working with the company and the same ICM, Alyssa, for over a year for sure maybe almost 2. I don t have any complaints. If I need her in a crisis I send a text or call the after hours number for help. During our time together we work on the necessary things to help me better function in every day life with friends family, social situations . And so many other ways where I may need the help. I am very greatful for the service that Holcomb Behavioral Health has been able to provide me with. I can t expect them to do everything for me either so I do make lists of things for us to go over just so I don t forget. Over all I m super appreciative!

This agency is top of the line! The experiences with staff there (counselors, receptionists, psychiatrists, and even management) has been excellent. I am thoroughly pleased with their Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS). And although the first two counselors were not good matches for my individual therapy, We finally made a connection with the next one!They do have a stringent attendance policy but with good reasons....without consistency there is not good progress.Very professional staff. Also very experienced and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for clients that are willing to put in the effort.:)
