The reason I am giving as many stars as I am is because the office staff is amazing, the therapists (chelsea and virginia are AMAZING) know what they're doing and they're great with my kiddos. The old NP, Barb, was also GREAT with my daughter and was in the process of finding her the correct medicine that will work for her before we, without notice, were pulled from her schedule and put with someone else that goes by the name of Dr. Beth, or Elizabeth Finley. She was outrageously rude to my 13 year old, who has been suffering with mental health issues, and the last thing she needed was the advice of this 'dr', or lack thereof. Go to the therapists, you wont be disappointed. But stay far, far away from the new Dr. they have working there. She's terrible. Go literally anywhere else for medication.

Embark had highly trained people who were so supportive to our whole family during our child's stay. Dr. Jennifer Dailey (the Allentown VA Chiropractor) is absolutely THE BEST! I have seen over a dozen chiropractors since my service injury in 2012 and she is undoubtedly the one that has helped me regain quality of life, and reduce most of my pain. Dr. Dailey dug deep into my injuries with proper technique, she thinks outside the box to find solutions, she never cuts a corner when providing my adjustment, and she has supported me with at home tips and tricks to continue my healing. I used to have pain just walking and simply existing in my daily life, but because of her and her team, I am now able to become more active, have significantly less pain, and sleep uninterrupted throughout the night. If you are a veteran in pain, do yourself a favor and ask for her. If you are an employee or supervisor at the VA, go shake her hand because she deserves it.10/10

WDR was my first and hopefully last rehab. I didn t really know what to expect but I can say this place and everyone who works there are top notch. From the kitchen staff to housekeeping. The nurse and techs cared more about my recovery than I did. They really try to work with you. My case worker Donna was the bomb and even though she was in charge of my case that didn t stop any of the workers from helping me when I needed it. The techs have a story of their own and they really get it. No one was judge mental and they treated everyone like a human being. There isn t one person who worked there that I wish I didn t meet. I honestly wish I could have bought them all home with me. Even the community was awesome. Clients helping clients. I give WDR a 10+ on the rating skill. The director even steps in and got his hands dirty. It s team work at its best. I honestly fought the program the whole time for my own reasons. A week later I m still sober Thanks WDR for believing in me even when I didn t believe in myself you guys made a good impact on me and my family Loves y all more. Good luck to anyone who joins this program you will not be disappointed

It was a life transforming experience for me. I learned so much. At the age of 62, I have been "On the Couch" a time or two. The atmosphere was down to earth. My experiences were "Real" experiences in Group Sessions and with my counselors... especially Alex and Christina. If you want to have a good chance of getting well? Try Pyramid...good folks...if you want to get help...There are some patient's as within other facilities, that are abiding with court orders...etc...ONLY. I get it. Some patients aren't ready to give it all up. And as reason would have it...gamble with their lives and those of others? We are all adults right? So fine...that's their choice....But if you really want to get better? Get with Pyramid. At the very least, will get you pointed in the right direction. Then it's all up to you...and that's easier said then done. Trust me...you will have to work to maintain your health. No program will save you without a good personal effort. As a life long Trauma Respiratory Therapist...I have seen my fair share of traffic accidents...many leading to death. It's just not about you. It's also about the safety of others...Gordon ColemanBS/RRT

This was my first experience with St. Luke s, and I was very impressed. After a bout with the norivirus and a fall at her nursing home in Schuylkill County, My 92-year-old mother was in bad shape with the virus, rhabdo, and pneumonia. This was her 3rd hospital in 24-hours as she needed a trauma center due to possible brain bleed. She arrived the eve of Jan. 9, and the ER doctors and nurses were AMAZING! Mom needed a TON of care, and they provided it with compassion AND explained everything to me in detail, which was very comforting. Eventually, she got a room upstairs, where we experienced the same level of professional care. I am convinced that the professionalism shown to mom over her five days there saved her life and her QUALITY of life. She is doing well! I am very grateful!

This agency is top of the line! The experiences with staff there (counselors, receptionists, psychiatrists, and even management) has been excellent. I am thoroughly pleased with their Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS). And although the first two counselors were not good matches for my individual therapy, We finally made a connection with the next one! They do have a stringent attendance policy but with good reasons....without consistency there is not good progress.Very professional staff.
