Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and other private insurance plans are accep | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I have consistently had a positive experience at the Northwest Metro VA Clinic. The staff here is very thorough and efficient, making sure that every visit is handled with care and professional attention. While some team members are exceptionally friendly and outgoing and others are a bit more reserved, everyone I have encountered remains focused on providing quality service.
It is a well-organized facility that operates smoothly, which I truly appreciate when navigating my healthcare needs. The clinic is conveniently located at 1760 Grande Blvd SE, and the environment feels clean and respectful of the veterans it serves. I’m grateful for the consistent support I’ve received here and would definitely recommend this location to others looking for reliable care.
Try to arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment to help keep the check-in process moving efficiently, especially during the busier morning hours! They are strict on appointments.

Thank you New Mexico wellness! New Mexico wellness is a great place to get treatment. You are able to discuss the issues that cause you to drink. You get more than lessons on breathing, mindfulness and emotional regulation. You get true care and support. I was discharged early due to my dishonest behavior. However I have been out for 5 days now and have not had a drink. Every other rehab I've been to I either had a drink the same day or the day after I left. I have true hope for my future. They have medically assisted treatment for both alcohol and narcotics. I highly recommend New Mexico wellness. They're not perfect but neither is anybody or any place. I got what I needed to stay sober for the rest of my life I truly do thank New Mexico wellness and all the staff.

I’ve been coming to New Mexico Treatment Center for some time now there’s been a lot of staff that have came an gone it’s sad just when we start to open up to these counselors the next week they’re gone .Theres a few really good counselors up stairs .Theres 1 Dedicated to Her patience the most is Darlene, any time anyone has questions or concerns she’s on it. She goes above & beyond for her patience helps get dog food donated for those who are homeless with animals. They didn’t have security when I first started coming now they do it’s helped, u just have those without any where to go so yes they do hang around . I think they’re should be more programs that are hands on because Being an addict is one thing and for some it’s even harder for some to sit in a room full active users it makes it hard for those who are taking their sobriety serious. Keep up the fight to end addiction.

No matter the department or mental state that I arrive in...I have been treated with care and dignity and respect. As a female veteran ive found VA care to be very hit and miss, but the folks here both male and female staff have always strived to accommodate me (even if I was acting crazy). They have THE best mental health care in the VA IMO. BEACON (WALK-IN emergency mental health) is an absolute blessing and every VA should have something similar.

I have been seen by the optometrist, audiologist, ENT, sleep center, and most recently the MRI section and have been amazed EVERY time with the caring, professional attitudes of ALL of the employees. In fact, the last time I attempted an MRI at a civilian hospital, I was unable to complete it. Albuquerque, NM | The Evolution Group, Inc., located in Albuquerque, New Mexic, has provided counseling services since 1998. Surrounded by the city’s unique blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage, the center offers a welcoming space for people facing mental health challenges including substance use disorders. They take a holistic approach to addiction treat | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I’m new to both The Evolution Group and in-person therapy in general, but so far the experience has been… lovely. The space is like a protective compound of renovated homes with a central peaceful garden and multiple therapy spaces. It feels safe, comfortable, and thoughtful. The staff have made the process simple… like checking into a spa. My therapist, Crystal, is patient, warm, personable, and genuinely listens. I’ve only had 2 sessions, but all of the worry and anxiety of being in a new environment and situation melted away during the first session. We haven’t started the work of therapy just yet, but I’m optimistic about the journey given the amazing start.
Update: Seven months later and I'm still very much impressed. Crystal is a wonderful therapist and a beautiful soul. I'll be honest, the first 4 months felt like a rinse and spin cycle. That's just my experience of the process, but the team there made it easy to be a patient. Something strange... that place feels familiar and safe, like going home (in a good way). Rio Rancho is the 71st most expensive city nationwide for addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $59796. This is comparable to the average cost of $57989 for addiction treatment in New Mexico and comparable to the national average cost for drug rehab of $57,193.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Rio Rancho vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of medical detox, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and medication assisted treatment. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below. There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Rio Rancho. Most rehab treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Rio Rancho that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options. Here's the complete breakdown of how to pay for addiction treatment near Rio Rancho.
Aetna is the most widely-accepted insurance for drug rehabs in Rio Rancho, with 1 treatment centers in the city accepting their insurance. Blue Cross Blue Shield is the 2nd most popular with 1 treatment centers accepting it followed by Molina Healthcare in 3rd accepted by 1 drug rehabs.
Rio Rancho has the 174th highest rate of drug use nationwide among nearly 400 cities surveyed. This number reflects the combined use of cocaine, heroin, meth, and marijuana, displayed individually below. The percent shown for each drug represents the number of residents in Sandoval county that have reported ever using the following drugs, so these numbers should not be interpreted as direct evidence of current drug use in Rio Rancho or Sandoval county as a whole.
In 2023, Rio Rancho had the 226th highest number narcotics violations out of 330 cities nationwide, with a total of 242 reported drug-related incidents that year. This includes cases of public intoxication, drug arrests, narcotics found during house calls and traffic stops, and any other drug-related crime.
