I was at my rock bottom, and I called shoreline after detox. They got me from detox to them and it was very easy, all of the people who work there really care. I have been clean for over 7 years now, and I honestly don't think I could have found a better place for me than this. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

There were many things I didn't like while I was here like the horrible food and the deplorable living conditions. But I saw many people that were able to work the program despite this. There were also a lot of good people that truly cared about you. So at the end the good wins over the bad.

I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Just for today I’m still here and lived to tell the tale. I recommend it to anyone.

This place saved my life. They have a great director and the staff listen and care. If you have Medicaid you can dose free and even get free rides. No one out there should be suffering hell on earth withdrawals as long as this place is open. But like always, grown adults cry like little children if they mess up and have to face the consequences. Such as getting your take home meds taken away and having to go everyday. If you decided to get high and then have a dirty screen that is on YOU. In this regard it's like a daycare Center for childish adults. If you do the program as you should you can get your life back.

I became a patient of crossroads back in 2018. At first I was problematic, not doing well but I also wasn’t doing anything that I was supposed to. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the same counselor my entire time there. But thanks to her I am who I am today. And now I myself am a counselor at a methadone clinic! Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine!

I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. Thank you Owls Nest Recovery... may you be proud of the difference you make in the world. You are making sober soldiers that carry this message to others. God is moving in this place... keep it up!

When taken seriously can rehabilitate your addiction mindset...I've been there twice. The first time...i didnt take it seriously checked the boxes..minimum participation....slid my way through. My life fell apart and ended up there again . ..court orders aside...an open door.. IS AN OPEN DOOR! I took it seriously and it helped me find peace and a sense of who I was amidst everything I had done and tools to become better. I've been a patient here three times. The nurses and counselors are really nice and down-to-earth. They are friendly and like to cut up. The food is delicious and better than most cafeterias serve. The techs act professional and help is always available. There are groups that are mandatory unless you're ill and bedridden. (This is a detox.) There is a dayroom where you can watch TV and play board games, cards, or socialize. There iis a selections of books on display to choose from if you're a bookworm. A TV is also in your room, which is even more cool. Cell phones are prohibited. There is no smoking. You can request a nicotine patch. Counseling is optional. Visitation is available on a certain day during your stay. Overall, I recommend this facility. BRUCE HALL IS TERRIFIC!

I understand everyone's issue but folks you really need to be more thankful for the medical personnel that did show up to care for us. People aren't perfect let's remember that.

I've been with Circle Park for 7 months now. I can't say enough. This place has been with me every step of the way. The counselors have been right by my side any time I've needed them and for anything I've needed them. They offer counseling services as often as I need. Trying to do this alone has been hard and I've found it impossible. But doing this with support, I've found it much easier. I'm thankful for the resources that Circle Park offers! This place has assisted me in turning my life around. The people that work in this place, engage you ..challenge you to become a better YOU. Their programs are true. When taken seriously can rehabilitate your addiction mindset...I've been there twice. The first time...i didnt take it seriously checked the boxes..minimum participation....slid my way through. My life fell apart and ended up there again . ..court orders aside...an open door.. IS AN OPEN DOOR! I took it seriously and it helped me find peace and a sense of who I was amidst everything I had done and tools to become better. To those two individuals whom have had to deal with me when i attended their program...I thank you immensely.
