I was at my rock bottom, and I called shoreline after detox. They got me from detox to them and it was very easy, all of the people who work there really care. I have been clean for over 7 years now, and I honestly don't think I could have found a better place for me than this. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

I've had a phenomenal experience And I'm not ashamed to say it. The customer service is pass reasonable. I feel like they do all they can especially if and when they could even with others that I've communicated with. Especially as long as you get their on time as they say.Do what you're supposed to and get the h*** out of there. Mrs. Kirsten & Mrs KELSEY are the best !!! . I've got the opportunity to meet and deal with pretty much most of the staff on a 1 on 1 basis . Not ashamed too say it. I'm looking forward too some phenomenal news tomorrow as far as me not supposed to have to complete the course from Mr. Lee...the gentleman that's over the program as a whole. Now tomm. I went to this safe haven back in 2016 and they helped save my life. Today is 2024. I have stayed clean since. This place is truly a blessing. I was at the old facility and my PC family was amazing. I met so many people wonderful souls and have amazing memories with them. Thanks to Kelvin Durant for putting a fire under me and challenging me to stay clean. It worked. Best decision I ever made was to come here, July 25th, 2010. I'll b 14yrs sober in july!! I have never regretted that decision to get clean. Thank uuu all for yallz help, support, and looove!! If anyone's still there from waaay bk when, I'm the one who made all the kandi for everyone there and ppl were calling me "the butterfly lady". I'm constantly telling ppl about this facility. There's only 4 of us, myself included that has been sober since they left there. Unfortunately alot of ppl went bk out in their addictions and are no longer alive and some are bk in prison. But, that's the price u pay when u don't take the program seriously or u don't really wanna get clean!! I'm sooo thankful I wanted this for myself and the Lord Jesus Christ has kept me sober since!! I don't leave reviews... so the one and only review that I will leave will be for the place that gave me a hope when I had none. I went to this facility July 9, 2018. One of the instructors there said that he had never relapsed and when he picked up his chip he wasn't going back to have to pick it up again. This challenged me... I have been sober for 6 years now. This facility taught me surrender. It taught me humility. It gave me a soft cushion to land while learning these lessons about the terrible person I was. It offered me a hand to help me up... most of all... it gave me a plan of how to live and never get back into the condition I had gotten myself into. I carry the Big Book with me everywhere I go in my van with my now 3 children. I am a child of God, I am a wife, and I am a mother. I became a patient of crossroads back in 2018. At first I was problematic, not doing well but I also wasn t doing anything that I was supposed to. Once I actually worked the program I began to excel. I was one of the few lucky ones who had the same counselor my entire time there. But thanks to her I am who I am today. And now I myself am a counselor at a methadone clinic! Methadone saves lives, and it definitely saved mine!

Yes I have been here since 2004 I have seen many changes in that time... About 3 and half years ago I transferred to Myrtle Beach treatment specialist.... I DONT RECOMMEND THAT ! I just transferred back here to Crossroads and they have changed so much for the BETTER. I'm actually 20 mgs lower then I was at Myrtle Beach treatment. IM NO LONGER SICK, AND NOT USING !!! Within a week of being back at crossroads my dose was starting to work again ... Everyday I was sick and dosing at Myrtle Beach treatment. AND I WAS AT 120.???? Here I'm at 100 and the medicine is actually WORKING... SO PLEASE BELIEVE ME , STAY AT C.O.H OR CROSSROADS... The medicine not only doesn't work at the other clinic ,but if you have blue cross you end up paying 120 a month .. Here it's only 30 a month... IM SO GLAD I GAVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE... The director is GREAT. The whole staff is great... I love my counselor here. They have updated their facility too... I give crossroads .

Great place to go. Get through the line pretty quick. They guest dose methadone without issue as long as your counselor contacts them.cost to dose is 13 a day. I know they accept medicaid and blue shield blue cross. Only methadone clinic in the area the next closest one I belive is in north carolina but I'm not sure.great staff

Recovery is a process and you are going to get out of it what you put into it. I guarantee anyone giving less than 4 stars to Coastal didn't come there looking for real help. The front desk and intake coordinator are hands down the heartbeat of the office. These two make you feel like family. The counselors run groups as well as individual sessions and are definitely top tier without a doubt. John, Lindsey, and Oksana will always hold a special place In my heart. The outreach coordinator Frank calls it like he sees it and that gets him some hate but he would give the shirt off his back if it meant keeping you from using. The house managers, transport staff, and medical staff are out of this world. If you WANT the help, it's at Coastal but you're going to have to do the WORK!

I've been with Circle Park for 7 months now. I can't say enough. This place has been with me every step of the way. This place has assisted me in turning my life around. The people that work in this place, engage you ..challenge you to become a better YOU. Their programs are true. When taken seriously can rehabilitate your addiction mindset...I've been there twice. The first time...i didnt take it seriously checked the boxes..minimum participation....slid my way through. My life fell apart and ended up there again . ..court orders aside...an open door.. IS AN OPEN DOOR! I took it seriously and it helped me find peace and a sense of who I was amidst everything I had done and tools to become better. What an outstanding experience at Ralph's, I enjoyed talking to my counselor, she actually seemed to care about her patients unlike some of my past counselors at other facilities, there is a structured program to follow that helps you to stay sober! They discriminate against people with service dog saying do they have to watch out for other consumers to make sure they don't get stressed out but when the person that has the service dog for depression and anxiety needs it because they're getting stressed out to the point where their heart rate gets too high and that oh they don't care about that they have to call corporate office and see if it's okay so if you have a service dog I wouldn't recommend working there

I've been with Circle Park for 7 months now. I can't say enough. This place has been with me every step of the way. The counselors have been right by my side any time I've needed them and for anything I've needed them. They offer counseling services as often as I need. Trying to do this alone has been hard and I've found it impossible. But doing this with support, I've found it much easier. I'm thankful for the resources that Circle Park offers! This place has assisted me in turning my life around. The people that work in this place, engage you ..challenge you to become a better YOU. Their programs are true. When taken seriously can rehabilitate your addiction mindset...I've been there twice. The first time...i didnt take it seriously checked the boxes..minimum participation....slid my way through. My life fell apart and ended up there again . ..court orders aside...an open door.. IS AN OPEN DOOR! I took it seriously and it helped me find peace and a sense of who I was amidst everything I had done and tools to become better. To those two individuals whom have had to deal with me when i attended their program...I thank you immensely.
