I want to thank the alumni director Tiffany for helping me not only while I was in residential. Most of all for the advice and encouragement to go to PHP. She made me feel like I could come to her at anytime for questioning and always made herself available. The staff was amazing but Tiffany the Alumni Coordinator. The facility setting surpasses anything I could have desired…the mountain views, the sounds of nature, and comforts to assist in healing. Big shout out to: Katie (best food EVER), the therapists Jackie, Karen, Kevin, Shawn, and Tom…the fabulous five! Pearls of wisdom…fresh and relevant. My stay here was great. Don't get me wrong I had days I wanted to go home. But the staff was so nice and the girls were so nice that they talked me out of it. The groups were very awesome and really make me think about everything. My therapist, Candace, was wonderful. She really helped me understand a lot and helped me open up. They have really helped me with my mental health! Thank you everyone 💓! The tech's are awesome! Specially Rose. She could look at me and tell if I was having a bad day. And Tracy was awesome. They both would always have me laughing in the end. I miss them so much. And everyone was great at the clinical. Specifically Desiree. She is so sweet. Hoping to come back for iop program when my new insurance kicks in. You won't regret going there. I promise!

This is an amazing place!! These people saved my life. I’ve been to a few places before and never have I received treatment like I did at Sanctuary!! My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. Tracy my favorite tech still checks on me to this day. The facility is brand new, clean, and very nice. If you truly want to get better, this is the place to go. I’ve been home for months and I’m still doing great thanks to Sanctuary.

Dr. Alan Jordan the dentist at the Talbott location is top notch. I could not find a listing for him on Google to leave him a personal review, so I will leave it here. I was told by Simple Dental that my teeth could not be filled. I was refered to someone in Newport for expensive restorative surgery. That was around 10 years ago. Here I am after all that time with my teeth worse than they were. I got in to see Dr Jordan and he said that filling my teeth was not a problem. He has filled 2 of my teeth without any issues. What a lifesaver! I hate that I listened to Simple Dental and let my teeth go for that long, thinking they were beyond filling. I always thought it was odd, but figured they knew what they were doing. Thanks to Dr Jordan I am pain free again and have my teeth filled. He and the entire staff are wonderful! I recommend them highly! They are also much less expensive than the other place and thats 10 years later. Save yourself some grief, money and pain. See Dr Jordan. He is a real dentist, just like I remember as a child.

I have been going here I think 4 years now. Consistent. I love Diana!! She has helped me grow emotionally and mentally. She is such a great therapist. Her knowledge and patience has helped me step back and examine how I do things. I’ve hit rock bottom a few times and she has helped me learn and grow from those falls. I’m a stronger person because of her listening and teaching skills. You have to want to get better and put in the work. The therapists are not magic. They can’t heal you. If you don’t put in the work- you can’t get better. So make sure you are determined to conquer your disease. You can do it. If I can crawl out of the deep pits- you can too. You have to hold on to their words and use the skills they teach you. Be willing to grow. She listens and cares deeply about her guests. I am part of a group therapy also and it’s incredible. Our instructor Angie is amazing. What a beautiful teacher.

I went through Journeypure Norris in October 2018. I was pregnant and lost. I felt alone. Staff at Journeypure made me feel safe and supported. They helped me with my family too. They explained addiction in a way that my mother could understand and comprehend. They offered her resources for support. I learned a lot while I was there. Almost every staff member there was in recovery themselves so it gave me hope that I could one day work in treatment helping others. I made it. I get to help others with their recovery journey now! I celebrate 5 years of sobriety this year. I didn't stay clean after I left Journeypure. I had a few more hard lessons ahead of me, but a seed was planted and I gained a lot of insight while I was a patient there. If you're reading this and considering treatment, take action. Give yourself a chance at a brand new life. You won't regret it! Life is beautiful on the other side. Friendships are solid, perspectives are clear, and you can make a huge impact on others. I hope to see you soon! We need you!
