This is my 17th treatment and honestly I was a sceptic. But so far I love it! The team has shown nothing but love here. My intial phone call with Tiffany was welcoming and positive. Alicia is always smiles welcoming me whenever I come into the office. Abi, my medication provider is always a warm conversation when it comes to my treatment, you can see she cares for her patients. Brianna and Minh are always a vibe to have! Good conversations to have with them during my TMS treatment.

Great place understanding staff n helpful counselors.loshandra rocks n Jarret is awesome !! Even the techs were so helpful n friendly i went in on 7-23-23 everything was good towards the end i got a couch how lucky was i to get couch AUTUMN ha she talked about my pants not being fancy enough for community saying i wasnt serious that I don’t want to b sober ( hint I was in rehab willingly) n basically ignored me wouldn’t help me get help with anything literally SHE DID NOTHING for me n the day I graduated im all proud n happy she walks up to me says “ im not gunna b ur couch, u don’t want this ur no hope bye “ I told the lady in charge she said “ she has to it’s to late , o well just go ask another couch “ other couches had already left or said they were full so while Santa Maria was great couch AUTUMN shouldn’t b a couch if that’s how she thinks while Santa Maria was setting me up for greatness the one person that’s supposed to b ur support on the outside tryed to set me up for failure n Santa Maria as a whole don’t need her mentality in a place like that ur supposed to couch help not tear us down

Center for discovery saved my life. The bad reviews scared me at first and I was nervous to go. Once I got there I found a place where I felt understood and seen. The first time I went I did not take it seriously. I’m happy I got the chance for them to help me again. One thing people don’t understand is treatment is not magic, you have to put in the work too. They helped aid me in my recovery process and now I feel better than ever. It is what you make of it. The staff is absolutely incredible and easy to talk to and bond with. I met patients there that I now consider my friends. It’s helpful to be around people that understand. Chrystal is an amazing staff member who is respectful and caring. All the nurses are very thoughtful and they made every day a little easier. I found that saying goodbye was hard but every person there helped shape me into who I am right now. I now can look forward to my future and am excited to live and feel like myself again. Center for discovery was fun and helpful I am always grateful. I highly recommend getting treatment here.

When our daughter was admitted to the Center For Discovery, Cypress Tx., her body and mind were not in a good place. Of course, at first she was resistant, but after a few weeks we started noticing big changes. Dr. Rana, her psychiatrist, made some changes to her meds. Miss Ashleigh her therapist worked constantly with her and kept in constant contact with us. Nurse Shoba would greet us when we visited our daughter, after talking to her you could see she had a servants heart, her concern and care for the children was evident. Our daughter said Nurse Shoba just made her feel peaceful and cared for. Naomi, the dietician, was honest and kind. After a few weeks our daughter looked healthier, her eyes were brighter, and she was more confident in herself. Nurse Indie would email through updates to us weekly and was always available for questions and concerns. After about a month we noticed her thoughts and habits were changing for the better. We can't say enough about the whole staff. Watching our daughter's physical and mental health change over her 2 month stay was amazing and heartwarming. Anyone with a loved one needing treatment should consider The Center For Discovery, Cypress. Yes, the first few weeks may be hard, yes, they will eat to build up their physical strength. But once they buy in to the process you and your loved one will be happy with the result.

Wonderfully and positively fulfilling place! Bill is awesome! The groups are enlightening and truly helpful. PRC in its entirety is incredible. Before coming here I went to the 30 day program at PRC Dallas (Euless) and it went by so fast! Thank you PRC for saving my life! What an incredible, amazing, wonderful, beautiful, awesome place and community this place is! I was searching for a PHP/IOP/Sober living facility for weeks to help me continue on my path of recovery and as soon as I made my first phone call and spoke to Jacob I knew it my heart I had finally found the perfect spot for me. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful and supportive, the group sessions along with my peers helped me fully understand this disease and without them I’m not sure if I would’ve made it. My appreciation and gratitude for this program are through the roof and I would HIGHLY suggest anyone who needs help with addiction and mental health and staying sober to contact this place. They are #1 in my book and again I cannot give them enough thanks and praise for everything they’ve done for me!

This place have gave me so much to hope for due to the staff Ms.jasmine, Mr>derrick, Ms.talisha, my counclor Ms.rachel and many more of the staff. The love each of these people have for the patients and care its unexplainable. coming from using hard drugs and not having a sense of care for myself and to walk thru these doors and the arms are open to love you till you can love yourself is amazing, me going back out and relapsing and scared to come back but when I thought about the staff and how much love the gave me I was ready to walk back in the doors and now I feel so much stronger because how much they have put so much love in me again. I'm forever grateful for this place and I always tell others who suffer from addiction that this is where I found myself again, and many found the same from their experience also. LOVE YALL SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. They focus on you as an individual, and actually remember your name. I'm not seen as a patient here, but as a person. I feel as though finding this place was a true blessing. Symetria is the most amazing clinic I have ever been to. Through ever problem I have they are there to help, big or small. Amanda the receptionist is amazing although she wasn't here when I started she is now and she is amazing the counselors and doctors are amazing from Rachel to Regina and Robin all amazing. The dosing nurses are absolute heroes for all that they do. And Mark absolutely saved me when I came back to Conroe From Austin. They truly care which is more than I can say for a lot of places. I could write a book of good things about this place but it still wouldn't do it justice. I've been wanting to write a review for a long time now I finally had the time.

This program is just different. Ive been in programs before and they were very surface level, but if youre willing to put in the work, these therapists and counselors are determined to help you in the healing process and deeply. Im really glad I took this step for myself to become a more well person and I hope others choose this step for themselves too with this program because it is worth it. You are worth it. And they will advocate for you all the way.

New Dimensions has helped me to start to change negative thought patterns that I have struggle with for years. Their staff is fantastic and caring. They cultivate an environment of respect and acceptance amongst the group therapy sessions. They provide training on tools to deal with stress, trauma, anxiety and many other things. I enrolled as a patient at New Dimensions with no prior experience with iop. I called all around Houston and I gave this center a chance because they were the first ones to pick up the phone with a sense of compassion in their voices. I am an adult in my late 20s with alcohol and substance abuse history and I have ptsd from past traumas in my life as well as severe manic depression. My life had gotten to a place of complete unmanageability. I was scared that my diseases would eventually cause my inevitable death and I did not know any of the tools I needed to be a healthy functioning adult. All of that slowly and subtly started to change and improve because of the professional guidance I received from ALL of my therapists and counselors there. I learned how to replace bad habits with healthy ones and I choose my well being over the things that I can't change on a daily basis, one day at a time. I will always feel a sense of gratitude to this facility.
taylor recovery is the best! I came in and despite acting sort of out of control for a while, i was treated kindly and patiently by the staff and was able to detox and recover incredibly peacefully!
The facility is clean and the food is delicious (thanks chef john and mark!) the beds are comfortable and the rooms have tvs. we there are a variety of great counselors who are patient and yet persistent in leading you to a better self.

I came into Skyward treatment alone, lost, and completely broken. Not only was the entry process easy, but the ENTIRE staff went above and beyond to help me get there. I was warmly greeted by the techs the night I came in, terrified and so very nervous, they made me feel right at home. I had the privilege of meeting the manager Stephanie the next day and she warmly greeted me with a huge hug and open arms. I knew I was in the right place and would be safe. This place not only saved my life, but it CHANGED me as a person. The one-on-one counseling, along with their therapeutic way of treatment (CBT) was EXACTLY what I needed to begin my sober journey. My time there was not very easy on my mind and body, but the entire team came together on multiple occasions to make sure all my needs were met and I was given the best care possible for the 60 days that I was there. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone struggling with the dual diagnosis of mental health and substance abuse. Dawn, the NP is amazing. Thank you Jacob, Stephanie, Kat, Eric, all of the nursing staff, counselors, and also every tech! You all are AMAZING. The work this place puts in, in order to help people get clean and healthy again is beyond admirable. If you're looking for change, and a new start at life, Skyward is the place to go. I promise you, you will NOT regret it.

Positive Recovery is a game changer. I've been on my own recovery road for years by myself but l've never been able to connect all the pieces to stay sober. PRC provided me with tools I could use on a day to day basis that help me through life's situations as they come. Glenn, one of the counselors at the Cinco Ranch location, is very insightful and actually in recovery himself. He could relate to what I've been through and what I go through daily. He taught me about what my brain is going through and actually backs it up with scientific studies and evidence. I am excited about my future today. Like I said PRC is a game changer.

So thankful for my Santa Maria Family. My sister was her about 3 times in 2 years. Every time we tried to get her admit, we didn’t follow protocol and the staff always assisted us and she was always approved! The staff looked out for my sister and niece, it takes a village and thank god for each and every staff member here! From the counselors to the security. Instill updated them on my sister because I know they care for her.
I never got to visit inside so no comment but i witnessed my sister get her own place, look healthier by the day and get employment. She a break and time to recover.
Will always be grateful for their services.

I want to share our experience at this facility because there are many negative reviews out there, and that can make parents afraid to send their children. But we actually had a good experience. I’d encourage you not to hesitate to make that decision if you need to. Just remember that most people take the time to write something negative, and very few share positive experiences. Trust your own judgment and don’t let negative comments put your child’s physical and mental health at risk.

The staff at Woodland Springs is truly remarkable. When I have a patient in crisis, Dawn, the Sr. Business Development Representative is one call away, to assist with getting my patients the help they need at Woodland Springs. They are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. The treatments my patients receive there has been transformative; They feel supported every step of the way. The team works tirelessly to help my patients stabilize their mental health, offering a variety of therapeutic options and consistently checking in on their progress.

This place was truly a life saver!! They stopped what they were doing twice within 3 weeks to come rescue me from myself over an hour and a half away. The staff is amazing and really care about your state of well-being. They don't care if you like them, they care if you live and that's the most comforting thing about this place. Oh and the snacks they offer left a stamp on my heart forever... Seriously though. This place was amazing and a saving grace!!

My dad has struggled with drug addiction for 25+ years. He recently had a massive heart attack due to drug use and his situation was becoming dire. We knew if he didn't get help he wasn't going to make it much longer. He finally agreed to get treatment and my sister found this place. He went from not wanting to go to rehab to not wanting to leave this place. He absolutely loved it and loves everyone there. He considers them family. He completed his treatment and the staff is still there to offer him support and help him succeed. Andy has been amazing at helping him find out patient programs. They truly care here. They deserve more than 5 stars.

This was the best decision I could have made for my mental wellness. Everyone has life issues and experiences. Sometimes you don’t know you need professional help until you’re in the middle of it. Well I was. I am blessed to have a support system who was on board for my self care.
I researched various IOPs/PHPs that my psychiatrist suggested. The Heights Treatment sounded like the best fit for me. Based on reviews and researching the area, solidified my choice to start treatment there. So I did.
From the intake for IOP5, to individual therapy sessions, to group sessions including equine therapy, to individual sessions with Dr. R, was well thought out to get this group of professionals to help people. The one who held it together with scheduling to communicating to even listening for a couple of minutes in passing, was truly a blessing. Their client care services, Adam, is kind and professional. They all make you feel welcome.
Bre - my therapist, help tremendously. Various group sessions, helped me realize so much. They gave me the tools to help me reach my goals. They helped me choose to do the work. Be it daily checking in, verbalizing my emotion at the time, concerns, etc, these are the things for me, that were so beneficial in my mental wellness.

Heights Treatment was a Godsend and it saved my life. I love how unique each therapist is. They have a wide variety of therapies including equine therapy, emdr, trauma processing, as well as individual and group therapy. I’ve Known Of Montrose Counseling/Community Center since Summer of 1995. During That Time MCC was located on Richmond Avenue in a beautiful but smaller building than they’re in now. My first Therapist was Lee Willis a phenomenal therapist for anyone living with gender dysphoria. Since then I’ve had sporadic experiences at MCC from 1995 till 2008. However, when I move back to Houston in 2008 I started going To MCC consistently especially after 2009. I’ve had some wonderful case managers and therapist from Mandy Lloyd in 2009 till Daniel Perez now. I can honestly say there’re people who work at MCC who authentically care about the LGBTQ+ community of Houston very much, and those same people are willing to provide exceptional services for anyone regardless of their sexual orientation, gender, religion, or race to me that’s commendable.
I lost my Therapist/ Friend Mike Ator in November Of last year 11-04-24 was the day I was told he had passed away, and that news shook me to my core it was devastating heartbreaking news. I miss him greatly and that’s the kind of people that work at MCC phenomenal people who truly care and reaffirm to their clients they matter. In closing, I wholeheartedly recommend MCC to anyone who seeking services like Mental Wellness, Community groups to network, groups that meet to discuss life’s challenges, and helping people who are apart of the LGBTQ+ community by reaffirming the fact YOU MATTER 🤗 I Sincerely And Unequivocally give MCC Five Stars For being a lighthouse In Dark Times Thank You ☺️ GOD Bless 🙏🏾 !!!!!!

The Texas House saved my life! I literally went from wanting to blow my brains out, to not seeing how life could get any better. It's a tough program with a lot of rules but that's exactly what i needed. I learned how to follow the rules, be a better dad, and clean up my heart and mind. The Texas House helped me understand it was about my attitudes and behaviors. Once I changed them, I changed my life!!! Mikhail Chizel, BSW is the most professional, non procrastinating person I know that. He is very dedicated to his commitment to help others. They assisted me through the TWIC card process, when I say Ms Kotosha jumped in at one phone call. Ms. Esmeralda started the process and definitely was not afraid to ask questions
I've been a client at Texas Clinic for almost two years. While the majority of my experiences with the staff have been positive and helpful with my best interest as the focus of our attention, the morning of Oct. 17, 2025, unfortunately gave me a glimpse into the face of corruption and deciet that are at the heart of the worlds problem. Jose, is an employee at the clinic though his title or function is unknown, he facilitates the morning ritual of dosing by standing around keeping tabs on the routine, making sure things are conducted in occordance with policy and customs. On the morning I have mentioned, I was charging a power bank after I had dosed,minding my own business not bothering anyone except Jose. Not that I was doing anything to provoke or irritate him intentionally, however he came up to me and asked," how much longer do you have to charge your phone?" I looked at him and replied one more dot. Then I asked Why. He then replied that the big boss had told him to come tell me something. A blatent and deliberate lie, spoken out of fear that he may loose his false sense of control over the situation if he was honest and said that he personally had a problem with me being there doing what I was doing. At which time I confronted him and told him he was lieing, and that unless he could be honest with me not to speak to me at all. He then rushed outside to fetch his trusted security officer and hyped the situation up by stating another lie. He said I was refusing to leave. I laughed and informed the office that I had no problem going, my problem was with the fact that I had caught him lieing to benefit his desire. The officer told me that he represented the business and I had to listen to him. I then objected on the bases that dishonesty in business nullifys my obligations as well as any authority the lier may or may not have. I told Jose, as I was walking away not to speak with me if he couldn't help but lie. His reply was," I don't have to tell you the truth." Now that statement has me questioning everything I thought I felt about the clinic. My reasoning is that if the clinic allows a staff to tell a patient that and do nothing, what does that say for the management? So just know that if you are considering Tx Clinic, remember that Jose, is a control freak that is threatened by anyone that has the mind enough to challenge the narrative he makes up on the fly. I am waiting now to see if they will try to kick me out of the program for this post. If they do, I will surely let you know to keep those considering the program safe from future retaliation if any issues arise after your enrollment. I know of several others that Jose, has singled out and targeted for harassment. So just know that sometimes, often all the time, the people that work at these places often have issues that require the inner will to correct the error of their ways yet because they feel in authority, this change seldom arrives, and they compound the problem by mixing from one patient to another telling lie upon lie. Maybe 3I Atlas can help us all. I have included an image taken from the monitoring system on Mars as it traveled pass the planet. It is a most enlightened image, one no resistance can deny. Clearly the game has changed. Truth is both crucial and demanded from this day onward. Trust there are eyes and ears monitoring everything and just maybe we shall have to answer for simple deciet when spoken to benefit the one telling it. The most amazing staff, people who care and doctors that care. My number one concern was the judgment being only 22…but there was no judgment from anyone, when I walked in they made me feel like family! This clinic genuinely just want to see you survive and give you tools to live a better life. I could not recommend this place more….its all government funded and if you can’t get it covered because you have insurance self pay is only 100$ a week. When other places wanted to charge me almost 600$ a week…these people save lives!

The dosing nurses Taylor, Olivia, Lexi & Ruth are all both professional & personable, kind & caring, nice & helpful too! Nancy the "Boss" who runs everything at the front desk has the nicest and most welcoming smile ever, not to mention the most genuine and thoughtful person, truly! And now my counselor , Mr. Richard, he keeps me in line & focused on my treatment plan, thank goodness because even though I'm scatterbrained he is on point! I can't forget to mention Jose, who really is awesome, just don't mess with him when he's drinking his coffee, lol, just kidding. But I'm serious about the entire crew or should I say family because that's what they've become to me, my Texas Clinic family! Thanks guys for all you do!
Great treatment center that solely cares about helping our loved ones get better. I would refer any one of my family members or friends here that was struggling with any mental health concern.

My teen has been to this place twice over a years time frame and did an IOP and PHP program. We felt both times that their treatment and care for the teens was really great and the information shared in family was always helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for families looking to find mental health care for their teens.
