The staff was all very nice, extremely helpful with the TMS process and Ins/Billing. They gave me several different payment options after the 1st of the year when my deductible started over. The TMS procedure itself was not painful and helped lower my medication dosages. I feel like it has helped me. I look forward to see the full results after my treatments are complete.

I was very impressed with the professional staff; clean, therapeutic facility; and the overall programming and planning at the Center. My daughter appreciated it. Upon discharge, she talks favorably of the place and of her learning a lot about herself. I shout thank you 100 times for the appreciated, healthy results.

A loved one I know just spent almost 9 weeks there recently. The program is not easy as eating disorders affect everyone differently and can be very challenging to address. My loved one wanted to quit multiple times, but with the around the clock support of the staff, techs, dieticians, therapists, and doctors, she was able to stay, improve her overall health, and be discharged as completing the program. We visited every weekend and participated in every weekly support session provided via zoom. Again, the process and experience is not easy. Tough love is sometimes necessary. It was evident the actions taken by the staff was always intended to help my loved one deal with the disorder and regain control once again. We understand the battle is by no means over, but we feel the experience and service provided by the center has better equipped us and my loved one to continue to make progress. We are extremely grateful for all the staff at the center for discovery and would highly recommend the program, but I must reiterate that the process is not easy on the family or the patients. I understand are situations all different. My loved one is extremely grateful she completed the program as are we. Thanks again.

Literally the most welcoming ,caring and genuine people I ve ever meet. From the nicest lady ever at the front desk to both of the most amazing nurses I ve ever spoke with even had a Vet to Vet chat with one of them. I respected that sooo much. The woman nurse didn t judge so I felt I could be completely honest with her and I did and it felt great. She listened, and I could really really see that. I also respected that dearly. The counselor outstanding, I talked for an hour straight. He sat and listened every word and was truly engaged into my treatment plan. Great guy!! Last but not least got to see my old counselor from my old methadone clinic CARS A clinic that caused more PTSD than my military service. I couldn t believe it my heart skipped a beat in a good way when I saw her I was so happy she moved on from that hell hole! lol and The smile on your face said it all had me come her office and sit down spoke to me like a human being like she always had done before. These people truly care, and now for the final step meeting the Doctor who was the coolest guy ever! That s the most nerve racking part especially for me when I ve been going to Methadone maintenance clinics since 2017 and I just know that right dose there s a sweet spot that works for me perfectly for me without any side effects, cravings etc. he s was beyond outstanding most kindness doctor I ve ever met. If you re looking for help when your at a complete loss or want to prevent yourself From going to far down that path of your addiction and you don t know where to go give these people a call don t give up. Trust me they will save your life and get you back on track. And the best part of this place is getting you back on track getting back on track fast not these hard insane rules. I went into Taylor Recovery with my life shattered. I needed help, not only for the demons I faced, but the situation those demons had landed me in. I was provided information by my medical insurance company (a department within it to assist with the type of issue I was in). The individual I spoke with expressed their trust with Taylor Recovery Sober Living to provide the help I needed. I called the TRSL. Kimberly Isaac (Ms. Kim) answered the phone..... thank God. I went into detail with my situation. She told me then and there I was welcome.I was at TRSL for almost a year. I now have a new home, well new to me. This become possible by the opportunity they provided me.I was introduced to the staff (Megan, who did my intake and did catch me on a white lie, Jacob, Ms. Marjorie, and others who came along later.... Tish). Additionally, by the grace of God I was introduced to my counsellor, Ms. Gail (...aka..Ms. G), also Steve. I needed the support and the wisdom from both of these individuals, the staff, Ms. Kim, and Teresa.I made it perfectly clear two things would be necessary for me to discharge treatment. First, I wound need to know I could live independently (secure by myself, okay with my own skin), and that I would be a homeowner when I discharged.Had I not came in contact with TRSL, and these individuals, I would either be 6' under, or property of the State of Texas. Everyone there supported, accommodated (I work 3rd shift), counselled me, especially when life became even tougher while I was there.Thank you all at Tayor Recovery Sober Living, you have provided the tools for a man to get back on his feet, to have the strength to face a new book in life, and to go forward with confidence.I highly recommend Taylor Recovery, and those who make Taylor Recovery to anyone who needs help with recovery, and sober living. Please, be dedicated to your own life and grow.

I've been to a bunch of rehab centers over the years some were decent, and others left a lot to be desired. When I first walked into Positive Recovery, I was expecting the same old, repetitive lessons I'd heard a million times before. Boy, was I in for a surprise! At the Cinco Ranch location, Glenn completely redefined my experience. His approach is genuinely refreshing he creates a safe, welcoming space that makes you actually look forward to coming back.I remember my first Monday group session; it was impressive to see a mix of people, including some who've been attending for months. One person even mentioned they drive over 40 miles just to be part of the group! Glenn s unique style is not only engaging and fun, but it also provides practical, real-life insights that go far beyond just staying sober. His sessions taught me valuable lessons about life, renewing my passion and hope for the future. If you're looking for a recovery program that feels more like a supportive community rather than a repetitive class, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Thanks, Glenn, for breathing new life into my recovery journey!

I enrolled as a patient at New Dimensions with no prior experience with iop. I called all around Houston and I gave this center a chance because they were the first ones to pick up the phone with a sense of compassion in their voices. I am an adult in my late 20s with alcohol and substance abuse history and I have ptsd from past traumas in my life as well as severe manic depression. My life had gotten to a place of complete unmanageability. I was scared that my diseases would eventually cause my inevitable death and I did not know any of the tools I needed to be a healthy functioning adult. All of that slowly and subtly started to change and improve because of the professional guidance I received from ALL of my therapists and counselors there. I learned how to replace bad habits with healthy ones and I choose my well being over the things that I can't change on a daily basis, one day at a time. I will always feel a sense of gratitude to this facility.

| Prevention and Recovery Center (PaRC) is a substance abuse treatment facility in Houston, Texas. They offer outpatient programming, which provides flexibility for those wanting to continue working or attending school while getting care. The location is convenient, near the George Bush and William P. Hobby airports and the University of Houston for | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I want to first say that my time at the PaRC was a wonderful experience and was probably the best 30 days of my life. Most of the personnel working there were exceptional humans and 85% are actually in recovery so they know exactly what you are going through. The support, the mental wellbeing staff, counselors and care coordination team are, for the most part phenomenal. I wanted to give a big shout out to Ernie, Anthony, Tuliesha, Cecelia, Amad, Resha, Derrick, Darrel, Gabriel, Gabriella, Ryan, Veronica, David, Lilly, Ms Linda, Xavier, Tara and Mary as well as John A, Tonya and Joel from the Alumni team for their exceptional support throughout my stay and help developing a rock solid exit plan. All this being said, I want to make people aware that this facility has no problem filling their building well past the capacity for the number of staff they have. There were quite often too few nurses to handle the number of people that had to get medications both in the morning and at night. Zero processes were in place and it became a zoo. I can only speak for my counselor, but by the time I left she was too busy as she completely missed setting up my family one on one. She just stated "I just ran out of time". In addition, my care coordinator was a nice guy but completely and utterly dropped the ball on my sober living and a few other big ticket items I needed to depart and I was nearly left without a place to stay (homeless) if I had not taken action. I attempted to stay involved but I was just told to "trust me" and nothing happened until the day before I left and then they were all in mandatory training. (thank you Cecelia and Resha for helping me bail this situation out). The thing that really affected my stay the most and what you the reader need to be made aware of was that there were several events of drug use in the facility, specifically THC vape pens. The facility needs to do a much better job of monitoring for illicit drugs. They state they have a drug dog on placards around the facility, but there was never one present during my stay and I suspect this was from the days when they belonged to Memorial Herman. The worst part, on one occasion, a resident was caught using the drugs, was not remorseful, was not taking the program seriously at all (did not attend groups, slept all day, wandered around smoking vape inside, etc) and was just allowed to stay. When this was escalated, the only answer given was we did not know the whole story, but what more to the story is there than they used drugs and got caught ( I was present during this entire escapade) The rules for the facility that are received on day 1 state clearly that possession, distribution or use of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited and are grounds for "IMMEDIATE DISCHARGE". I spoke up about this during our community group and was pulled to the side and found out it was because this person did not have a place to go. I stated that they do have a place to go, they can either be kicked out like every other person would be for doing the same thing or moved to a higher level facility (Level 4).In reflection, I enjoyed this facility immensely but there is not a formalized feedback methodology that actually promises results, overcrowding is a very present issue (this is a for profit deal remember), staffing among care coordinators, counselors and nurses are not appropriate to the number of patients and the rules are seemingly very flexible (i suspect unless you have great insurance lol). Thank you. Lastly before I leave, there is one BHT that either needs an attitude adjustment or just shouldn't be working there anymore. Her name starts with a Sh. You all know who she is if you have been there. She needs to be addressed.

I have to say that I did not want to come to a treatment facility, but once I got to Taylor Recovery in Sugar Land, I new I was at the right place! Stephanie And the techs(Aj1,Aj2, Crystal, Jordyn, Kayla,Lauren, Haley) handled my intake with the utmost professionalism! They made me feel safe! The nursing staff(Jessica,Nichelle,Bre, Taya,Khadija ,Sherelle,Terry,Kat,) and all,did an excellent job keeping me healthy! The chefs John and Jose provided excellent food! Housekeeping ( Maria-Latoya) kept things very sanitary! Leo (nature walk/breathing technique exercises) was amazing! The counselors (Kourtney,Glenda,Mrs.jude) kept me honest, and special recognition to Dr. Jayne and the Clinical Manager (Eric) who were extremely instrumental in directing my journey to recovery. You all are in the positions that you are for a reason, and your hard work and dedication doesn't go unnoticed. The Clients as well, I encountered a lot of great people along the way,and I will be forever thankful! I highly recommend this facility for your recovery journey! They care! You got out of it,what you put into it! The choice is yours, because the resources are available. "Paul Centeno is a truly exceptional peer support specialist. While he may not always present with the polished demeanor some expect, his genuine care and unwavering dedication to his clients are what truly set him apart. Paul's own journey through the E2E program makes him uniquely relatable and an inspiring example of hope and recovery. He understands the challenges his clients face because he's lived them.During my time in the E2E program at Precinct 2, Paul played a pivotal role in our success. Our group was selected to meet with high-ranking officials, including the commissioner, mayor, and sheriff, a testament to the positive impact we were making. While Paul wasn't physically present at the meeting, his influence was undeniable. He consistently encouraged us to give our best, offering understanding and support on even the most difficult days. He fostered a strong sense of camaraderie within our group, which was crucial to our collaborative success.I feel incredibly fortunate to have been part of this program, and I acknowledge the contributions of the entire team at Career & Recovery, especially Ms. Hopes, Tony, Javier, and Ivone. Their dedication is evident. Furthermore, the deputies who worked with us were also instrumental in our success. Specifically, Mr. Medina, Mr. Molina, Sgt. Perez, and two other deputies whose names escape me at the moment, were all amazing and supportive. Their combined efforts created a truly impactful environment. However, if I were to choose a peer support specialist again, without hesitation, it would be Paul. His authenticity, empathy, and lived experience make him an invaluable asset to the E2E program. He is living proof that recovery is possible, and his clients are truly blessed to have him in their corner."

I started drinking more than I should, and I needed some help to get realigned. I searched for several outpatient programs, however, after reading the Reviews for this specific location I decided to give them a try. You get what you put in. If you re serious and you want to be a better version of yourself then pour into the groups, pour into the conversations and activities. I wholeheartedly believe that anyone dealing with addiction of any sort will benefit from this program. Ladies you are wonderful, I cannot thank you enough!

My teen has been to this place twice over a years time frame and did an IOP and PHP program. We felt both times that their treatment and care for the teens was really great and the information shared in family was always helpful. My daughter recently completed the IOP program at the Woodlands location of New Dimensions. Although it was a long and rough process sometimes, she and the rest of our family had great support from everyone, but especially from Isabella and Ayana, the teen treatment counselors. Without their personal attention and continued support, my daughter would not be making positive strides in her mental health journey. I would highly recommend NDD The Woodlands. If you have an open mind and REALLY want help, this is the place to go.
