I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. A couple days prior to my intake, I met with Austin Brown for an admissions screening. Bonded immediately and had a lot of similar experiences. I knew this was a good place for me. Then, I walked back in on October 27th, my first day of sobriety, for intake. I was nervous to say the least. Nothing in my life had gone according to plan over the past couple years, and I had really hit rock bottom the last 10 months. Reece conducted my initial intake and I got along with him great right off the bat. This meeting, immediately prior to my first IOP session at 6pm, showed me this was a serious place for recovery. I was all-in. Then came down to IOP evening sessions, 3 days a week for 3 hours. 12 week program and if you do well, you may have the opportunity to be invited back for an additional 8 week SOP program. The first thing I realized in IOP was I am not alone. There were other guys in similar positions as me and I could relate to them instantly. If not for my peers in IOP, led by our group counselors Jose and Collin, I don’t know if I would have stayed. Friendships were sparked in that room that will likely carry a lifetime. It’s all about who you surround yourself with during recovery. You need good people. Good counselors and good peers. You will get that at Lighthouse and you’ll get all the support you need along the way, in a beautiful facility. It is hard to know where to take your loved one when they are in crisis mode and at their most vulnerable. I am leaving this to encourage anyone needing to get their loved one help in the midst of an addiction. Lighthouse Recovery has provided a team of experienced professionals to lead our son out of addiction and into recovery. Their progress-based approach has given him the individualized care he has needed. During this entire process the Lighthouse team has always met our son where he was at, we have never felt like he was part of a system. His clinical team have done an outstanding job of identifying his mental health needs and getting him the treatment he needed. I know there are names I don’t know, but Brooke and Sam have been excellent all of these months. Sam really earned our son’s trust. The sober living program has been the daily guidance and structure to allow our son to heal and learn how to live sober. Bryce, Frankie, and all of the house managers have been fully committed to our son’s success. Bryce, as his case manager, has been a bridge for our family between the care team and our son. His communication is excellent. He has kept us up-to-date at all times and responds momentarily when we reach out. We have never felt cutoff from this process in any way. He will now be our son’s sobriety coach and we could not imagine the next phase of our son’s recovery without Bryce. We have experienced how the clinical and sober living teams work together for the mission of helping our son step into a full and productive life, healthy and sober. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done to equip our son and to give him this chance. Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people. There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called: "Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer" It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"! If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth? Not interested in referring anyone to this program! I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area. I went in with the intention of nothing more than just getting alcohol out of my body physically, so I could be strong enough to say no to a drink. That was 3 yrs, 1 mo and 5 days ago. Total sobriety. The people, the family of Valley Hope truly saved my life that day. Not only was I able to get the alcohol out of my system permanently, but I received so much more. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark’s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark’s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori’s passion shined through just as Mark’s and Brenda’s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I’m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. I use to go to denton clinic last year and even years ago and I was honestly struggling very hard to keep up with payments and Im not here to bash... I blame myself for not communicating better. At the time I was forced to leave my denton home and stay with family in the colony and had to drive every day Mon thru Fri to denton. I finally tried looking for some place closer and thank the Lord He led me here. I called and they asked about insurance which I gave all my info about. I seriously had doubts that it would be of any help. Years ago methadone wasnt covered easily by insurance... But they made my day when they told me yep they take my insurance which is through marketplace. AND I would not have to pay anything out of pocket!! I was singing and dancing. Been here ever since. Even when I messed up and missed open enrollment, they still worked with me without insurance... i was so worried but everyone reassured me that they would find a way to help me here and they did. Everyone is SO NICE also. Love it here.

I absolutely love this place from the front staff all the way to the back staff. Everybody is so amazing and so kind. The office manager helped me find a location where I could get my dose since I missed it on Saturday and I was so grateful for him to reach out because I finally got my dose I needed Because THEY CARE! When I walked into Lighthouse on October 22, 2025, I had no idea what to expect. A couple days prior to my intake, I met with Austin Brown for an admissions screening. Bonded immediately and had a lot of similar experiences. I knew this was a good place for me. Then, I walked back in on October 27th, my first day of sobriety, for intake. I was nervous to say the least. Nothing in my life had gone according to plan over the past couple years, and I had really hit rock bottom the last 10 months. Reece conducted my initial intake and I got along with him great right off the bat. This meeting, immediately prior to my first IOP session at 6pm, showed me this was a serious place for recovery. I was all-in. Then came down to IOP evening sessions, 3 days a week for 3 hours. 12 week program and if you do well, you may have the opportunity to be invited back for an additional 8 week SOP program. The first thing I realized in IOP was I am not alone. There were other guys in similar positions as me and I could relate to them instantly. If not for my peers in IOP, led by our group counselors Jose and Collin, I don’t know if I would have stayed. Friendships were sparked in that room that will likely carry a lifetime. It’s all about who you surround yourself with during recovery. You need good people. Good counselors and good peers. You will get that at Lighthouse and you’ll get all the support you need along the way, in a beautiful facility.

Our son has been in Lighthouse’s sober living program for the past ten months. It is hard to know where to take your loved one when they are in crisis mode and at their most vulnerable. I am leaving this to encourage anyone needing to get their loved one help in the midst of an addiction. Lighthouse Recovery has provided a team of experienced professionals to lead our son out of addiction and into recovery. Their progress-based approach has given him the individualized care he has needed. During this entire process the Lighthouse team has always met our son where he was at, we have never felt like he was part of a system. His clinical team have done an outstanding job of identifying his mental health needs and getting him the treatment he needed. I know there are names I don’t know, but Brooke and Sam have been excellent all of these months. Sam really earned our son’s trust. The sober living program has been the daily guidance and structure to allow our son to heal and learn how to live sober. Bryce, Frankie, and all of the house managers have been fully committed to our son’s success. Bryce, as his case manager, has been a bridge for our family between the care team and our son. His communication is excellent. He has kept us up-to-date at all times and responds momentarily when we reach out. We have never felt cutoff from this process in any way. He will now be our son’s sobriety coach and we could not imagine the next phase of our son’s recovery without Bryce. We have experienced how the clinical and sober living teams work together for the mission of helping our son step into a full and productive life, healthy and sober. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done to equip our son and to give him this chance. They have stood in between our son and his addiction in a way our family could not have and they provided a safe haven for him to begin sobriety, Lighthouse Recovery has our highest recommendation and confidence.

They would not approve my Zepbound shot for 3 weeks so I gained 40 pounds in 41 days. I went from 200 pounds when I went in to 240 pounds when I was finally able to check after I left. They have a habit of taking forever and dragging their feet when it comes to approving anything medically necessary outside of their prescribed regimen. But, that's really my main complaint with the facility. Otherwise, the staff and community is very nice.

I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people.

If a rooster say all chickens are liars is the rooster telling the truth? There is an article by, David S. who is an alumnus of the Sontx Residential Program. Wrote and published an article called: "Acceptance Is (Not The Final) Answer" It's sad that their are individuals who place personality before principals. This article proves it. The individual takes a corner stone in recovery, "Acceptance" and makes a mockery of it by taking the negative points that an individual can take away from it and saying that's all we believe in recovery. Obviously, David has not fully subscribed to recovery yet. All that he accuses those in recovery of believing about acceptance is wrong and only shows his ignorance. I don't choose to subscribe to the thought that all in recovery are as ignorant as David S. However David said "Acceptance is not the answer to all my problems today"! If David who's in recovery say all in recovery are liars, Is he telling the Truth? Not interested in referring anyone to this program!

The structure of the program not only thought me what I needed to know about myself as an addict, but enforced greatly the severity of working my Steps as well as working with a sponsor. I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

Lighthouse didn’t just get me back on my feet, but they laid the necessary tools to live a happy, sober, and independent life in front of me and showed me in depth how to use each and every one of them. Navigating this past year with my child in recovery was incredibly challenging, especially with him being 12 hours away from home. From the very beginning, the team at Lighthouse Recovery made me feel supported and informed every step of the way. I could tell that they truly cared for my child, not just as a client, but as a person. Bryce, my son’s case manager, was always timely and compassionate in his communication, answering my questions and keeping me updated. Frankie, the operations manager, took the time to help me understand addiction and what my child was going through. Brooke, the Chief Clinical Officer, also offered guidance and support. I had to trust complete strangers with my child, and I can honestly say that Lighthouse became an extension of our family. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and I am deeply grateful for everything they did to support both my child and our family.

I absolutely love this clinic. They are so nice. This clinic has done everything possible to make the closing of my old clinic 4 yrs ago, so it was seemless and easy. I have stayed because I am completely comfortable. The counselors are so wonderful and nice. The cost is typical. They are even accepting Medicaid and Medicare. I am so happy I was able to transfer. I have been to this facility multiple times while in the midst of going through mental/life challenges and trauma and I really appreciate the effort put into my care by a majority of the staff. Although everything wasn’t perfect(there are some troublesome techs with authority/ communication issues on the night shift in particular) the overall experience was very enjoyable and enlightening as I made memorable connections with a majority of the staff whom try their hardest to care for patients in serious need of guidance and healing. Would highly recommend!

I just got released from a 9-day stay at this hospital. My first two days were the scariest, but once I got over that and had an open mind and better attitude, this place hands down saved my life. The nurses, techs and therapists are all amazing and truly want the best for you. While the first two days are rough for everyone, it does get better. And I made some good friends of all ages and walks of life. Mental health stability is possible and this place can work for you too if you just keep an open mind. I was so depressed I didn’t even want to wake up the next day. Now that I’ve had a reset, I couldn’t be happier about my future.

I have waited to write this review until I had some time of sobriety under my belt. February 7, 2023 I entered myself into Valley Hope of Grapevine. I did not know until I entered into the program how very sick I was. I just knew that I wanted to put the bottle down and I couldn’t for even a day. I went in with the intention of nothing more than just getting alcohol out of my body physically, so I could be strong enough to say no to a drink. That was 3 yrs, 1 mo and 5 days ago. Total sobriety. The people, the family of Valley Hope truly saved my life that day. Not only was I able to get the alcohol out of my system permanently, but I received so much more. I am a walking miracle thanks to this treatment center and the top notch care I receive from counselors and nurses and doctors. And. I walked out of there having a network of sober friends that I will be in touch with for a lifetime. I want to give a very special shout out to Christopher and Joseph from IOP for all their professional help and love and care given during that very difficult time. I am healthier and happier than I have been in 25 years.

My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark’s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark’s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori’s passion shined through just as Mark’s and Brenda’s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I’m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

I had an amazing experience with NP Ubabuco. I recently moved from Florida and attended an IOP program under the care of a psychiatrist. I didn’t agree with prior diagnoses and we discussed why I felt that way and NP Unabuco was able to give his input on what possibly led to those diagnoses. For the first time in my mental health journey I felt heard. I am excited to continue and feel that I am in the best place for care. Staff were extremely helpful as well. 10/10 ✨

To be completely honest, I thought I would absolutely loathe these online sessions. And while I did at first considering I was forced to go through with it, I'm glad I did; and I would do ANYTHING for my girls. Matt and Sydney taught me things about myself I didn't know in my [at that time] 32 years of life. Matt was great and reminded me of Seth Rogen. He was very funny and straightforward and I like that. Also, he was a great teacher and has a good way of getting you to understand things. Sydney was the best counselor I could have asked for, and I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me. She was more than just a counselor to me and even went out of her way to help my girls and I. I am forever grateful for her, Matt, and this program. I've never been to a rehab before this one so I may be biased, but if you're looking for a place to grow and get help, this is it. Thank y'all!

I attended LMR back around 2010-2012. I look back today and am so grateful for the support I received as I struggled with Cocaine addiction. I had been arrested just 8 months after losing my father to pneumonia and was having a very difficult time just living day to day. Thank you for everything you do and continue to do. Starting this review by saying this is one the best places I've been to. I have never felt loved and cared for by any other place except this one. Manal and maddie are incredible people and have helped me so much they will help you. Ali gage and Elizabeth are amazing directors and therapists too. Although I hated this place in the beginning , I learned its not as bad as I thought. Its so much better compared to erc or children's , if you need help with an eating disorder definitely come here.
