As a recovery professional, I’m very intentional about where I refer my clients. I recently referred a client with substance use disorder , significant trauma and co-occurring mental health concerns to Santé Center for Healing, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care she received.
What stood out most was that her treatment never felt like a cookie-cutter program. The team took the time to understand her unique needs and developed an individualized treatment plan that addressed the whole person. They also did an exceptional job involving her family throughout the treatment process, providing education, support, and meaningful opportunities for healing together.
The professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence of the entire team gave me great confidence throughout her stay. I would not hesitate to refer future clients to Santé Center for Healing and highly recommend them to individuals, families, and fellow professionals seeking exceptional care.

Santé Center for Healing saved my life.
I spent 91 days there, and I can honestly say they were the best 91 days I have spent in the last 10 years. I have not felt this clear, this alive, or this connected to myself since I was 21 years old — and now I am middle-aged.
Santé taught me who I was. Not just who I thought I was, not just who my addiction told me I was, but who I actually am underneath the fear, shame, secrets, and survival patterns. I learned how to be honest. I learned how to be humble. I learned how to be seen. I learned how to let other people help me.
For the first time in a very, very long time, I made real friendships. I healed relationships with men. I found a new respect for women. I learned how to be part of a community again. I learned that recovery is not something I can do alone — and that trusting others is not weakness. It is wisdom.
Before Santé, my addiction had ground my life down into a tiny pinpoint of vision. Everything felt small, secretive, isolated, and hopeless. Now my life feels bigger — visibly, emotionally, spiritually, and experientially bigger. I am still recovering, but I no longer feel like I have been left flapping in the wind. I feel genuinely prepared. I have a foundation for what I believe will be a lifelong recovery.
I know what success looks like because I experienced it there. I know what progress looks like because I made it there. I know what humility looks like because I had to practice it there. I no longer have to live with secrets. I am learning how to live as an open book.
The routine at Santé was stabilizing. The facilities were clean. The food was good — be prepared to gain a couple pounds, LOL. The activities, sports, basketball, volleyball, and especially the ropes course were powerful parts of my healing. The ropes course was heroic for me. It taught me how to trust, how to work with a team, and how to do things I thought were impossible on my own — only to discover they were possible with support.
Those lessons were not just taught once. They were repeated over and over again until they became part of me.
The clinical staff is world-class. The people there genuinely care. My primary therapist and case manager, Lisa, was outstanding — truly international-class. She was wise, direct, compassionate, and deeply skilled. Quite simply, she was amazing.
Jumping for my coin was one of the most courageous things I have ever done. That moment represented more than completion. It represented a new life.
I am so deeply grateful for Santé Center for Healing. If you want help, and you are truly ready to receive it, Santé is the place to go. It is where you go to find the foundation for a new life.
Thank you, Santé.

I have only positive thoughts about Chapter House. My son has been there the last 10 months until his recent transfer. Last year was the most difficult time for him (and us). Doug and Marty were fantastic. They get to know their clients and are really dialed into each of their challenges. My son has been in many treatment facilities the last 6 years and I can tell you he made the most progress at Chapter House, he is the most stable that he has been in years. Chapter House is more than a Sober Living facility, they have much more safeguards and work more closely with the clients, more so than other facilities he has been to. I plan to stay in contact with Doug (Director Oper.) who really developed a great relationship with my son (and myself), he has a great heart and is so committed to his people.

Dallas, TX | New Season Treatment Center - Dallas is an opioid addiction treatment center that services Dallas, Texas, and the surrounding areas. Physicians work with patients to develop a custom plan that suits their recovery needs. Clients can expect to be treated with respect and dignity at all times. Individuals can call the facility to schedule an appointm | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track.
I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year.
BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest...
I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.

Dallas, TX | Lighthouse Recovery is a drug treatment center in Dallas, Texas where you can get outpatient addiction treatment. They also have a sober residence. Their typical clients are young adult males but they also treat women. Popular for its legendary cowboy culture, Dallas, Texas is also home to Lighthouse Recovery. Established in 2016, this Joint Comm | Treatments Programs Payment Options | When I walked into Lighthouse on October 22, 2025, I had no idea what to expect. A couple days prior to my intake, I met with Austin Brown for an admissions screening. Bonded immediately and had a lot of similar experiences. I knew this was a good place for me.
Then, I walked back in on October 27th, my first day of sobriety, for intake. I was nervous to say the least. Nothing in my life had gone according to plan over the past couple years, and I had really hit rock bottom the last 10 months.
Reece conducted my initial intake and I got along with him great right off the bat. This meeting, immediately prior to my first IOP session at 6pm, showed me this was a serious place for recovery.
I was all-in.
Then came down to IOP evening sessions, 3 days a week for 3 hours. 12 week program and if you do well, you may have the opportunity to be invited back for an additional 8 week SOP program.
The first thing I realized in IOP was I am not alone. There were other guys in similar positions as me and I could relate to them instantly. If not for my peers in IOP, led by our group counselors Jose and Collin, I don’t know if I would have stayed. Friendships were sparked in that room that will likely carry a lifetime.
It’s all about who you surround yourself with during recovery. You need good people. Good counselors and good peers.
You will get that at Lighthouse and you’ll get all the support you need along the way, in a beautiful facility.

Our son has been in Lighthouse’s sober living program for the past ten months. It is hard to know where to take your loved one when they are in crisis mode and at their most vulnerable. I am leaving this to encourage anyone needing to get their loved one help in the midst of an addiction.
Lighthouse Recovery has provided a team of experienced professionals to lead our son out of addiction and into recovery. Their progress-based approach has given him the individualized care he has needed. During this entire process the Lighthouse team has always met our son where he was at, we have never felt like he was part of a system.
His clinical team have done an outstanding job of identifying his mental health needs and getting him the treatment he needed. I know there are names I don’t know, but Brooke and Sam have been excellent all of these months. Sam really earned our son’s trust.
The sober living program has been the daily guidance and structure to allow our son to heal and learn how to live sober. Bryce, Frankie, and all of the house managers have been fully committed to our son’s success.
Bryce, as his case manager, has been a bridge for our family between the care team and our son. His communication is excellent. He has kept us up-to-date at all times and responds momentarily when we reach out. We have never felt cutoff from this process in any way. He will now be our son’s sobriety coach and we could not imagine the next phase of our son’s recovery without Bryce.
We have experienced how the clinical and sober living teams work together for the mission of helping our son step into a full and productive life, healthy and sober. We will be forever grateful for everything they have done to equip our son and to give him this chance. They have stood in between our son and his addiction in a way our family could not have and they provided a safe haven for him to begin sobriety,
Lighthouse Recovery has our highest recommendation and confidence.

I just got released from a 9-day stay at this hospital. My first two days were the scariest, but once I got over that and had an open mind and better attitude, this place hands down saved my life. I have waited to write this review until I had some time of sobriety under my belt. February 7, 2023 I entered myself into Valley Hope of Grapevine. I did not know until I entered into the program how very sick I was. I just knew that I wanted to put the bottle down and I couldn’t for even a day. I went in with the intention of nothing more than just getting alcohol out of my body physically, so I could be strong enough to say no to a drink.
That was 3 yrs, 1 mo and 5 days ago. Total sobriety.
The people, the family of Valley Hope truly saved my life that day. Not only was I able to get the alcohol out of my system permanently, but I received so much more. I am a walking miracle thanks to this treatment center and the top notch care I receive from counselors and nurses and doctors. And. I walked out of there having a network of sober friends that I will be in touch with for a lifetime.
I want to give a very special shout out to Christopher and Joseph from IOP for all their professional help and love and care given during that very difficult time.
I am healthier and happier than I have been in 25 years.

My review is based on my initial interactions with the staff at The Meadows Texas. My decision to choose this program for my Mother was made with complete confidence. The team at The Meadows Texas took time to listen, provided comforting words, gave advice, and explained their program in detail. Mark Degataga (Admissions Specialist) was my initial point of contact when I called to get information and I had already spoken to 9 other companies. He made me comfortable to go into detail about my Mothers struggles and was knowledgeable about the services The Meadows offered. Mark’s passion for the program and detailed information made me feel confident that this program was what we needed for my Mother. Mark stayed in communication with me over the course of 8 days. Answered all my questions and checked in not only on my Mothers progress but to see how I was doing as well. Although the ability to tour the facility was not an option due to privacy of patients, Mark gave a detailed description of the property, rooms, therapy, treatments, and activities that were going to be available throughout the program. Mark’s communication from the initial call all the way through admissions was extraordinary! He even called me to see how I was feeling after my Mom was situated and transported. Brenda Henson (Patient Financial Coordinator) was the second person I spoke to at The Meadows. She was professional and addressed all concerns. Not being able to tour the facility was still something I really wanted to do but understood the privacy of patients is important. I felt like at the very minimum I needed to see the grounds. I drove to The Meadows and had the opportunity to meet and speak with the Executive Director Lori Bachman. At this point I had already narrowed my decision down to 2 places. My conversation with Lori and ongoing communication with Mark made me feel at ease. The grounds were beautiful and Lori’s passion shined through just as Mark’s and Brenda’s did. They were genuine and are truly in this to help patients. Rehabilitation Programs are the initial stepping stones to help individuals start their road towards a better future. I know there is a lot of hard work and dedication that will be needed for ongoing success. I’m excited to see how my Mom will benefit from the treatment and services offered by The Meadows staff. I will post an update once services are completed. Thank you again to Mark, Brenda, and Lori for their compassion and assistance when dealing with a difficult time and helping this be a seamless process.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!
I’m writing this review without any idea how to express my gratitude. Sunshine was not the first place I called to help my friend but they are the place that gave me hope that maybe he would finally have a chance. I had been trying for over 2 years to help my friend get to recovery and everytime there was a closed door at some point of the process.. Whether it be $$ or programs or people on the other end of the phone unwillingness to help. I came across Sunshine Care Center with absolute defeat written all over me by the time I called them.. and there it was someone willing to not only to be the only other person on my team but to help me navigate what to do who to call how to help my friend with his addiction. I can’t put into words how much it meant to me to find a center that is truly there to help people that cannot help themselves. Beautiful people that work here with beautiful hearts. Special dedication to David the Founder for being there when no one else would. My endless gratitude sir. Thank you Sunshine Care Center.

If you have free mental health. Pharmacy. Blood draws. Homeless prevention or any type of service like they offer. Why is yalls scores so low... I know why. People are inpatient. They want it now. But it's free. You are going to have to wait like everyone else. You obviously have never been to parkland emergency room. My arm was broke in half and it took them 8 hours to see me. Please be happy with what you have available to you. Metrocare does care.

This program provides intensive and h | Treatments Programs Payment Options | The nurses, therapists, and technicians are great here. I spoke with a doctor one time during my loved one’s stay. They definitely push to medicate, so if you are not comfortable just voice your concerns and request a more thorough diagnosis.
I was able to contact my loved one and they were able to call me anytime. I was able to see my loved one 3x a week but I had to sign up via signup genius in order to do so.
Definitely read their policies thoroughly. We unfortunately came through intake around 3 am and I was very tired and missed a few rules. It makes visits and dropping off clothes easier if you read.
While I recommend this hospital, one piece of advice is for aftercare. Definitely do your research on PHP and IOP programs because they are not all as good as this hospital.

My child was in the Brazos unit here. The front desk staff, nurses, and really all staff I came in contact with were very nice. My daughter says everyone was nice to her, things were kept clean, and the food was good. She came out much better than she went in. I appreciate this facility for their amazing care and would refer them to other families in the future. We live about 40 minutes away but it was worth the drive.

I have liver cancer along with some other medical issues and have been in treatment for over 6 years. I was looking for a new clinic when I found MAT. I met the doctor, super compassionate and very knowledgeable. You can tell this Dr. doesnt treat people in recovery like another number. She sat their and listened to my story and helped me with this transition. I look forward to making this my home clinic and staying sober. Staff is super nice! SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to the front desk lady, forgive me I dont recall her name (im new still) but she deserves a pay raise/award. If I ran a clinic I would be more than confident to leave their Clinic Director/Manager in charge. Shes very straight forward and to the point which I appreciate (also very nice)! Fantastic folks. Everyone in this place is a home run hitter every single day. Dr Robins is very professional and informative. The nurses Bryan and Jason are rock solid and very caring. My counselor Celestia has a charisma that lights up a room and a demeanor that makes her incredibly relatable and easy to talk to. The only thing I can say about my stay at Dallas Presbyterian Hospital is excellent. Every person that cared for me while in the emergency room and the hospital room went above and beyond what I feel were required. I just cannot say enough things about how good everyone treated me. They were friendly and so caring. If I pushed a call button, they were there to do what I needed. I also want to say the food I had was the best hospital food I have ever had in a hospital. I hear they had recently changed their menu after working on it for several months, and I have to say Well Done!!! The choices were great! I honestly cannot say enough about this hospital and the staff there.
