At first I had my doubts and was worried about sending my son here, but i was at a point I didn’t know what else to do and I knew he needed to get help, so we took the chance, and so thankful that we did.
The nurse, Mrs Laura, who done our admission, put me more at ease and made me feel more comfortable with leaving him there.
His therapist, Ms Courtney Patrick, was a blessing. She was always so helpful and caring.
Honestly, ALL the staff have been wonderful, and caring. They always made sure he had everything he needed, took him to plenty of outings, and always had good things to say about him. I truly appreciate each and every staff member there.
I don’t have nothing but wonderful things to say about this facility and the staff members.
My son came out saying he’s changed and does not want to go back to his old ways.

I had never been to a detox or treatment center before, and detoxing from fentanyl felt overwhelming. But West Tennessee Detox was truly the best place I could have chosen.
From day one, the staff was incredibly polite, supportive, and attentive. They constantly checked on me, asking how I was feeling and if I needed anything. When I was too sick to get up, they even brought drinks directly to my bed – their level of care was remarkable.
The center is well-stocked with food, and they have a full-time cook who prepares fresh meals daily. The Smoking Lounge was also a great spot to relax during a tough process.
West Tennessee Detox helped me detox in the best possible way, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a safe, compassionate place to begin recovery.

The difference between this treatment center and the rest has to do with the exceptional people that work there. They're non-judgmental, compassionate, they're not critical of us when we make a bad judgment call. This is they're statement "Triumphing over opioid addiction by integrating treatment, counseling and COMPASSIONATE PATIENT CARE THAT SAVES LIVES". The last sentence is remarkable, true and they mean it. I've been addicted over 40 yrs. I've wasted an entire lifetime. This is the first TX center that didn't make me feel ashamed, judged and no one working there is anything but special, caring, compassionate and kind. I've never got clean out here before.
