This BHN facility has its ups and downs to it. From May 2018, to current day! I have experienced so much over the years. From being a Co-Ed Detox up until 2022. My last time being in this building in 2021, I'm now a resident of Connections. My caseworker Alex is very reasonable and understanding. The program director Jen is a wonderfully kind and cooperative person. This is a locked facility, where you have to be let on or off the unit. The different paths in recovery are accepted. There is from a structured guidance program here. 3 beds in each room, 3 meals provided daily, and staff (Recovery Specialists & Clinical Counselors) that will provide help/assistance/resources. I've been here in this new program for a week now and have adjusted very well. My future here will be very conducive to my recovery, I also believe that I can and will be very successful.
The downsides here are only, grievance forms aren't responded to timely. Your not allowed to bring food or beverages on to unit. Very

This isn’t a bad long term rehabilitation program if you are looking for a program that is Bible based rather than Bill Wilson’s “big book”, but it’s by no means perfect despite all the 5 star ratings. Granite Recovery might be better for long term sobriety. It has a higher success rate. In all honesty, I did graduate but I probably should have been hospitalized for exhaustion afterward. You have to work really hard here- both physically and emotionally. Keep an open mind but don’t expect a happy ever after- it isn’t for everybody.

I Called New Season & they got me in the very next morning for a intake & my first dosage. Ladd the program director was who I dealt with & he is always very caring , easy to talk to & understands & genuinely cares about how you’re doing. Ladd has helped me with the whole process from getting into New Season to setting up the check in app on my phone they use & also giving me a very big help setting up insurance… The nurses and my counselor Greg have been great also! This place may seem terrible in the midst of depression or other sorts of episodes. It certainly did for me. However they really HELPED me. Which is way more than I can say for any other place I've been, and I saw this clear as day once my mood stabilized. I've made so much progress, and I can thank HCRS for most of it. My life is better than ever since I started going 4 years ago. These are the people that CARE.

Absolutely changed my life for the better. I went in arrogant and with my head on backwards. They supported me through every step of the process and when you leave you really do “get your power back”, the choice to make the right decisions. If I ever had to go to rehab again I would choose this place again immediately. My BF and I are currently having the worst possible experience with BMC Brighton. He was admitted yesterday morning for a mental health crisis and moved to the ICU so he could be sedated. I called the ICU and asked if I could come see him because I was worried and had filed a missing person's report on him because he had gone missing while actively psychotic. They told me to come right down and see him but when I got there they first told me he wasn't there at all, then refused to allow me to see him even though the ICU had told me to come. The security guards also refused to get me an ASL interpreter at the front desk.

Sat in the emergency room for hours waiting for simple blood and urine test. There was, "issues with slow response" testing. Do not come to this ER if you don't pack at least 2 meals and bring a phone charger. It must happen often because the staff seemed resigned.
Also, I personally watched the cleaning of the bed next to me after the person left and there was blood splatter on the bed frame - seeing the last person did not even have a blood draw that means it was from at least the person before. As I pointed it out to the cleaner she wiped all the blood up, but then used the same rage to wipe down the chairs - gross.
The doctor was very nice as was the nurse but no one what's to spend half a day in the ER due to SLOW testing. Pull it together people!

I have to say this clinic is the best clinic I've been on and I've been on a few for the last 15 years . everyone is treated with respect a Westfield HCRC, they go above and beyond for you . Kristin is the lead supervisor there and she always makes sure she returns my calls and every problem I've ever had she always takes care of it . I feel like I have ppl that have my back at Westfield HCRC and I'm so very thankful for them and my recovery !!! SO A BIG THANKS TO KRISTIN AND ALL THE STAFF AT WESTFIELD HCRC . I wouldn't be where I am today without all of your help!!!

I've been to a few methadone clinics due to moving. And this one is by far the best one yet. They are fair and they are consistent. They don't let you get away with more or less than anyplace else, they are just easier to get take homes and to work with.
