The program works if you work it. Just like with any other program out there, you have to put the effort in. No one can do it for you. Depending on your insurance you may be able to get a taxi ride to the clinic each day. No matter where you live. Do not let negative reviews sway you from making the decision to get clean. You can do this. These people can help. Everything they do is for the purpose of getting you clean. I know many people who have gained remission from addiction with the help of metro, including myself. When its a life or death decision, choose life.

Antrim, NH | The Antrim House is located in Antrim, New Hampshire. They’re affiliated with the Sobriety Centers of New Hampshire. This makes it easier to appropriately engage in all aspects of treatment. They have 21 be | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Antrim House was hands down the best treatment center I have been to and I know that I was not the only client that felt that way. All of the staff at Antrim made me feel heard and catered to our needs always. The BHA’s, Clinicians, Providers, Nursing Staff all went above and beyond to help me out throughout my stay there. Had some amazing talks with Brittany, Sherrie, Bailey, Chris D, Daniella, Wanda, Trevor, Lisa, Trish, Ashley, Joe and more that I will never forget. The food there cooked by Leah was top notch and the best food I’ve ever had at a treatment center. I love the fact that Krystle the alumni coordinator is so involved in her job and so passionate about what she does. It is really cool to me that she is so productive and proactive about keeping everyone in contact on the alumni app for events so we can all keep in touch and continue on together as a community in our recovery journey so that we have each other to lift one another up each step of the way. I won’t forget the amazing staff that held groups that I absorbed so much from, I will always feel forever grateful and forever blessed to have found Antrim House in my searches for a treatment center. I feel it was by the grace of God that it all worked out the way it did. Thank you to all the staff, I have nothing but amazing things to say about you all, and words can’t express how much you all mean to me. Len, Chris D, Brittany, Chris G, Trevor, Wanda, Lisa, Tonya, Keith, Martha, Brielle, Christian, Ben, Joe, Bailey, Doreen, Jessica(Provider), Chauntelle, Krystle, Daniella, Trish, Peter, John, Jessica, Sue, Michelle, Hannah, Kim, Mindy, Sherrie, Ashley. I would recommend Antrim house to anybody who is having a hard time in life and trying to turn their life around. Best recovery residential treatment center there is in the state in my mind. All of the staff there have been there before and have walked in these shoes. They all speak from experience and they care about where we are all at in our journey and want to be with us every step of the way. I will never forget my stay there at Antrim because it has helped save my life. If I kept going on the path I was going down I don’t know if I would be here leaving this review because I would most likely be dead. I can’t tell you how to get sober because everyone is different and needs different things, but I can tell you that Antrim House will give you all the tools you need to stay sober and be successful after you leave to stay on the right path. Antrim House and their staff will fight for you daily and they believe in you. The way they care and the staff there speaks volumes about Sobriety Centers as a whole and I am so grateful that I was able to go through this program. I will forever recommend this program to anyone that ever comes to me with a problem in need of help. Antrim will be the go to. Thank you for everything you guys have done for me! Words can’t express how grateful I am for you all!

The people here have absolutely horrid grammar. The only good thing about this place was the deck swap card in uno and the weetabix... unfortunately, King Jessica/Julian would limit my eating habits.
In all seriousness, when I first got to Brattleboro I was extremely nervous from the reviews I saw online being majorly negative (which then became an ongoing joke between me, my peers, and the staff - hence the beginning). That being said, for me, I found my stay there to be helpful and a good life experience to know that there's always someone who'll be there, even if you don't know them. I had lots of fun and made friends I'm still in contact with today. The staff is wonderful and only wants to help you, but I know this could be very different for other people going in there. So if you're like me, reading reviews as you drive over, just know that the living there can be hard and sometimes the kitchen will forget you ordered a grilled cheese, but you're there to get help and the staff is there to give you help so if you're cooperative, going to groups, and working on improvement - you're undeniably going to get better. Yes, some of the reviews are right and it can be a little scary to watch people be restrained, but you need to focus on yourself there.

The staff were amazing, it was difficult with the forced isolation and strict rules but after a while I realized it was necessary. Forced quiet when I couldn’t quiet myself. Caring and compassionate I needed them and proud to say I’m an Ally (LGBTQIA+)
One suggestion PLEASE ! Have everyone sign a release of info to their PCP right off on the day of discharge. Get the process started because it is a long and broken system to navigate and this will shorten it. It’s the patient who suffers from the 30 days plus process and the communication and paperwork that it takes for the two to talk to each other. It’s just one less thing we have to remember or concentrate on while trying to get back into the world again.

I just got out, I was sicker than I thought. Im going to honestly say I have mixed feelings it really is hit or miss at this hospital. Respectfully I can say they are very short staffed, and extremely overwhelmed. I was in for 2 days found an abcess and pin hole in my intestines they treated me to the best of their ability they were honest but towards the end the vibe was off. And yes they definitely want to make sure you aren't there pill seeking. Not everyone is a junkie and yes i did feel that i was screened for some reason.People like me dont look sick because of high pain tolerances I live in pain. However you have to give credit were it has been earned the unit nursing staff on 1 floor was and is excellent they listen they care.kaylee,shana,serenety,brenda,michelle,levy,CT. Haven't been there in over a year. I hope it hasn't lost its "run down summer camp" vibe I read in the other review that it's new (renovated) because a lot of charm is in the larger room with books.
Casual with Excellent Experienced Highly empathetic dedicated counselors. They've seen it all. The composition of "Patients" is quite varied. You can have a Professor making buddies with a plumber. Okay then!!! Where should I start..Me Personally I will say that I like the staff there I mean some days are good and some days are not Good 👍, I learned that you Just have to be Patient, because it's not gonna get any faster getting your dose, because eventually you will get it and then you move on with your Day, I mean that I really like the nurses, whoever is working that day, I've had some 😞 difficult days and I will have a conversation with the nurses and they always have something positive to say and make me feel better ☺️, My Counselor she's the best because she understands me, and I'm not One to really put my self out there but she's very patient with me 🥺, and I love ❤️ that, The Security guard is also Great 👍, he treats you with respect, and does his Job well and I respect that..with that being said, I really like this program because you get treated with respect and responsibility for your action,
Takin it One day at a time, like I'm doing,, I'm grateful to be here because I can still remember those rough days..but I'm 😊 good now thanks to everyone that helped me in HCRC..it works if you let it work, I'm tryin my best ❤️, sometimes it just takes a while longer for me, but I ain't mad at you, my time will come...Ty 4 helping me too remember what it was. Like to 💕 love myself..I learned that whatever you focus on grows...AMEN..If you focus on the negative, it's gonna continue being negative and it's gonna show, with that being said, There's so many things to be grateful for, your Character determines your faith... People who do not take the program seriously will have bad reviews. Family/friends writing reviews on others behalfs don't know the real reasons why other were discharged. And could have happened for a number of reasons.
I truly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend the program to others.

Fantastic little park, no idea why it's currently walk-in only. Been a few times though and it's been empty when I've went after work.

My mom was at another nursing care facility in Keene and they were just awful. How would they like to be treated like that? Shame on them. My mom felt very strongly that she wanted to stay in Keene so we found Genesis. It is night and day. At Genesis, they respect her and treat her with dignity. They have been very easy to work with and for the most part the staff have been very friendly and responsive.

Just moved to Keene, but so far I have found the staff at CMC very friendly and competent. It is a busy place for sure, but there’s a great vibe in the lab and things move very quickly. I’m of the mind that the American medical system is broken. That is the fault of politicians, certain segments of the U.S. population, and greedy Pharma. I try not to take out my frustrations on my fellow citizens just trying to do a good job. Let’s all be mindful and generous of spirit and make our opinions known at the ballot box!

People tend to only leave bad reviews! My experience at Cheshire has been exceptional, even mind-blowing at times. The diligence, care, processes, clear and consistent communication, and speed of moving from one department/diagnosis to the next has been top notch. I feel truly taken care of when I walk through those doors, and a I literally put my life in their hands.
