Arrowwood has been a great experience. The people here make all the difference. Jamie is EXCELLENT at what he does as an alumni coordinator. He does amazing peer support work. Keegan, Jess, Ms. T, and Ajai are phenomenal group facilitators. Uschell, Joel, Suge, Quan, Claud, Crystal, and Tracy are amazing BHT's. Everyone is so supportive. I have watched Grafton change the lives of children and families. Are they perfect? Definitely not. Is there any facility that is better? To be quite honest, not that I have seen and not with the scope of offerings that Grafton has. Although the campus is locked down to prevent elopement, there are large outdoor areas and the students get to go outside when they are walking from building-to-building. The scenery and the location make the views absolutely gorgeous. Inside the greenhouse, grows beautiful produce you can purchase for your own gardens, and the kids love spending time there. The children go to amusement parks, zoos, aquariums, movies, out to eat, and more. The children get to enjoy activities such as music therapy, time at the Clubhouse, and playing on their basketball team. The staff is very communicative with families and offer the families support opportunities. Grafton is a HUGE advocate of children improving their relationships with their families during their stay there, and will do what it takes to help contribute to that. The kiddos have school on campus. The classes are small and have sensory areas where children can take time for themselves as needed. There are all different kinds of celebrations on campus from holidays, to birthdays, to seasonal events. I have met very few people that I felt like didn't care for these young people. If you need a secure long-term facility for your child, I would definitely consider Grafton before anywhere else. Thank you, Grafton, for what you have done for our family and others. I highly recommend this holistic and well-rounded program.

I guest dosed here for 3 day's straight because me and my bf had to go to WV from NC for his aunt's funeral unfortunately. We had absolutely no problem's at all, they were all polite each day and honestly, the dosing nurse's were nicer AND faster then the one's at our clinic we go to everyday here in NC!

ARS is a life saver. I left to go to another clinic due to pricing, but came back to ARS. My counselor actually cares and I am very grateful to have her. The nurses are professional and friendly. They went through a lot of personnell changes, but the newer staff seems to fit right in especially the nurses. I don't know where I would be without this program. I ve been attending this place for 4-5 months and I can say it s a wonderful place. They accommodate u well, and the staff is awesome. I absolutely love the nurses they are so nice. I recommend this place if you re wanting to change your life for the better. Give it a shot, you ll be happy u did. It s $15 a day without insurance if anyone is wondering.

Honestly the reviews scared me a little bit before coming as I am a new patient but I was very pleased with my visit today. Dr. Wheat made me feel very heard and listened attentively and gave me a plan moving forward and ordered labs to figure out what s going on. The nurse Brittany was super sweet as well, gave me a flu shot and a strawberry shortcake bandaid and then the ladies down at the lab were very sweet with me as well and helped me out.

I had my daughter here around the middle of December. Dr. Benor and staff delivered her. I just want to say thank you for giving me the best experience. Everyone was kind and helpful and answered all of my questions with ease. Although it was quick and I had no troubles, so it was a very quick recovery, I couldn't be any happier. From Labor and Delivery, to Mother and Baby, and even the Peds unit, that we got moved to (because there was more babies being born than they had rooms for upstairs) every single one of you are amazing. My baby girl is growing great and we at home have loved every minute with her. I enjoyed talking to each of you and though this was my second baby, you all taught me things I didn't learn or know from the first time around. You're much appreciated!

The system is overwhelmed and underfunded when it comes to mental health but Northwestern has been a life saver, quite literally, for my child. Her caseworker Annie is absolutely amazing and supportive and her psychiatrist is compassionate and extremely helpful. We were truly lost before we found this support system. The staff is organized and efficient. Registration was easy and visits are always a pleasant experience. We rarely wait and my child s safety is a priority. I truly can not complain at all. We have been using this service for nearly a year and the positive changes are impossible to express with words. Thank you so much, Northwestern.

I recently visited Spero and it was a great overall experience. The employees were all very detailed and helpful with the answering of my many questions. The most important to me was the level of kindness they all showed. It is not an easy thing for me to actually seek help with my addiction issues, but they made it comfortable. They send reminder texts about upcoming appointments and are available if I need to communicate with them.

Had an amazing experience at Edgehill. It took me forever to get into the swing of following the routine. I finally started to get the most out of the program once I took the time to get rid of the anxiety of being somewhere far from home. I appreciate the time they took with me and not just feeling I was a lost cause. The serenity prayer was the thing that stuck with me the most. Shae is an awesome guy who keeps it straight up with you. No sugarcoating what he dealt with and how he became who he is. Joe was the kind of guy you look up to and would never expect to meet there. If you meet Blue in the kitchen youre in for a great meal. The different programs each day was a cool change up from going to so many AA meetings. I learned to open up and share my experience and stories after listening to everyone else. I'm grateful for all the staff there and all the people who made it possible for me to be there. If you have to go to a rehab this is a great place to be.

Went to the Inova walk in after tumbling down some stairs. It was brilliant having the x-rays done on site. Staff at the facility were so kind and gave plenty of time for me.to ask questions. Do note they ask you to wait outside their internal door until they take your temp and they ask you the typical.covid screening questions. Mask wearing across the board too.
