Love the workers here they are all amazing. This placed saved my life I would not be alive today. This place taught me how to deal with severe depression anxiety and panick attacks without medication. This place also taught me how to stay sober and find myself again that I had list during years of drug use and traumatized life!! I love the workers here they are caring and my counselor I know I can go talk to anytime. I have nothing but respect for the staff at the Wytheville office. I've been coming to this office for a little over a yr now and can truly say they have been a major part of my positive recovery. The ladies at front desk are the best. They have gone out of there way to address any and all issues I throw at them, thank yall for that. Like the other post said, it's not your standard cash and grab rehab station. And I've had my experience with a few of them. I really look forward to going to the office. There is so much more I could say about this team, but that's between us. Go on and make the step to reclaim your life, and you will then know what I mean.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I've always gotten good care, concern, and prompt responses from this clinic. It isn't a major center, like Salem, so if you know that before coming, you'll understand that they are not going to have every service and specialty represented here. Wytheville is lucky to have this clinic. It saves a lot of veterans many miles from not having to drive to Salem for routine and primary care visits.

Mrs Porter, sorry if I got the spelling wrong, she is my counselor. She is wonderful! She has been a true blessing in my life. When no one else had a clue she gave me a common thread to hold on to. I have her full attention when we speak and most importantly she isn't preoccupied with, other matters. I'm grateful and I'm sure many others can agree she is in the right field. I never rate anything but she deserves the recognition and I hope so it may encourage someone to seek the same guidance that I have. From homelessness to my new beginning as a student in college she was there with a heartfelt advice, positive reinforcement and genuinely caring. 5¹⁰ STARS!!! THE WHLOE TEAM THERE IS AWESOME AND IT WORKS IF YOU WANT IT TO THEY HAVE ALL THE RESOURCES!

I have been on both sides of this situation, I’m a recovering addict and I’m a health care worker. I’ve been in recovery for over 15 years and the ladies here (Katie, Angel, Gina, and Linda, and the cute little sweet therapist) 😉are absolutely fantastic. I moved here from Blacksburg about a year ago and dreading the thought of changing doctors AGAIN but the ladies here made me feel at home, safe and welcomed. I know that when I walk through those doors I don’t feel judged (and people judge) or like I’m not being heard. I honestly feel like I’ve known them forever! I definitely recommend this office, give these girls a damn raise… They should be driving BMWs 😂

This place has its flaws, but doesn’t every place? I have been here as a child and as a teenager. I also did run from this place due to my own problems. I really did like it here tho , they were honestly a good facility and had great staff members. Jacob Harvey does his best to support the kids and make them feel protected the best he could. I remember being in a bad relationship and him helping me through it. My therapist was Ms. Morgan and she was amazing. She was always walking me through everything i was struggling with and making me feel better. My favorite staff were: Brittany Crabtree, Savannah Browning, K. Roark, Mr. Harvey, Ms Lowe, and Ms. Hawkins. I liked the other staff to but these stood out. I do recommend this facility if you are in crisis or need help.

I went here when I was younger, the staff were nice (that I remember). The main thing I remember was being a little girl (about 7 years old) and being put in a dorm with older girls. The youngest in the dorm I was in being 14. The staff were nice and had lots of activities for people to do. The therapist I had there was kind, but the one thing that did scare me was when someone would go out of control and staff had to hold them down. There often was a lot of yelling before the chaos would die down, but for those wondering they do take care of them safely. I do wish there were more activities to do outside, since that when I remember would be that little outing outside the front and I think there was another space to be outside? (It’s been so long I barely remember). But I must say this place helped me bunches and I’m glad I went here. It can be scary at first but they will take great care of you.
