Arrowwood has been a great experience. The people here make all the difference. Jamie is EXCELLENT at what he does as an alumni coordinator. He does amazing peer support work. Keegan, Jess, Ms. T, and Ajai are phenomenal group facilitators. Uschell, Joel, Suge, Quan, Claud, Crystal, and Tracy are amazing BHT's. Everyone is so supportive. The facility is great, very clean, and lots of things to do here. I would recommend to a friend.

I have nothing but respect for the staff at the Wytheville office. I've been coming to this office for a little over a yr now and can truly say they have been a major part of my positive recovery. The ladies at front desk are the best. They have gone out of there way to address any and all issues I throw at them, thank yall for that. Like the other post said, it's not your standard cash and grab rehab station. And I've had my experience with a few of them. I really look forward to going to the office. I just want to say that for the past 10 years I have been a patient with Revida not just here in Virginia. Also, I was a patient in Tennessee. We have here in Virginia the most respectful, loving, caring employees Rebecca, Miss Teresa their like two mother Hens . They worry about me as a patient if I miss an appointment , They call and check on me. They always ask you if I need anything . They got complementary coffee for the patients. They take care for their patients. There the most loving and caring generous people I have ever met. Love the workers here they are all amazing. This placed saved my life I would not be alive today. This place taught me how to deal with severe depression anxiety and panick attacks without medication. This place also taught me how to stay sober and find myself again that I had list during years of drug use and traumatized life!! Intake employees were very nice and respectful and attentive to my needs as a patient, day to day staff seems to try for the most part to help patients but don't really b understand what we day in and day out, one thing I would highly suggest though would be empa by ttwining

Addicted to opiates pills for years which led to heroin/fentanyl addiction for 8 years. Finally took the step to become a patient here for methadone almost 2 years ago now and haven't had a craving or relapse since then. Everyones path is different and treatment options vary as to what works for other people but this has definitely saved my life changes for the better in more than just one way. Nurses, staff and counselors are very genuine and caring, respectful and professional.

What a great community resource. Staff (administration and clinical) are attentive, compassionate and really embrace community service models. Case management for when you have children with complex medical histories has proven to be an great foundation for care. I recommend for any parent whose child needs general counseling. Mental Heath is just as important as physical healthcare.

I went to Encompass Rehab after broken hip surgery. I received excellent compassionate care w very helpful and practical rehab. The PT and OT team were excellent, knowledgeable and caring. The nurses were on top of things and available when needed. I recommend this center for rehab.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I've always gotten good care, concern, and prompt responses from this clinic. It isn't a major center, like Salem, so if you know that before coming, you'll understand that they are not going to have every service and specialty represented here. Wytheville is lucky to have this clinic. It saves a lot of veterans many miles from not having to drive to Salem for routine and primary care visits.

Daymark in Boone was an amazing help today. They got us in quickly when we called and talked to them as we were trying to get in anywhere. Debbie and the entire front office we welcoming and absolutely amazing taking time to check on us even after the provider had seen us. It is difficult having you child so far from home at school and needing to talk to someone and these ladies were amazing and so helpful. I am extremely impressed with Daymark in Boone and the staff and provider my child met. Highly recommend just from my interaction with the staff.

These people are like family. They nurses seem to truly care about the patients and can answer almost any questions regarding both Methadone and Subutex. Counselors are great! Other agencies would be lucky to have some of Stepping Stone's employees.

Always have and will be there for you!! If you have a problem with anything tell someone it can be worked out. I have known the owner when that individual was a director of a different facility, listen that person is tough but fair, after all if your a true addict like me then you got game. Just try. That's all. I just lost my soulmate soulmate..my superman and went to 2 other places in my heart I knew my peeps were in Boone. Daymark has some of the kindest, most caring, patient, and genuine people on their staff! From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the front desk make you feel at home. They have a way about them, the way they welcome you and show they are sincere. The waiting area is so calm and peaceful. Every therapist, nurse practitioner, ect.
