I has a great experience with them. This is a small facility and pretty much in the middle of nowhere so you have to understand that it may be tough to get through on the phone. Once I was able to talk to someone it was a great transaction. They answered all of my questions and was extremely friendly about everything. I appreciate their help since I was not from that area. As a person who has been in numerous different MAT(medicated assisted treatment) programs I can honestly say this clinic is a lot better then some of course there’s room for improvement(my opinion) but overall it’s a good place and I’m beyond grateful that my wife n myself are patients there

Love the workers here they are all amazing. This placed saved my life I would not be alive today. This place taught me how to deal with severe depression anxiety and panick attacks without medication. This place also taught me how to stay sober and find myself again that I had list during years of drug use and traumatized life!! I love the workers here they are caring and my counselor I know I can go talk to anytime. I thank all staff for helping me abd saving life avd helping me find myself again and repair relationships with family.

Please read the whole review, I know it’s long, but there’s important stuff that really might help you out if you’re thinking about becoming a patient. Always keep in mind however, that you get out of it what you put into it. The counselors there are wonderful, especially Amber. She has advocated for me, she helped me get Medicaid so my medicine is free now which is amazing. She always tells me how proud she is of me and reminds me how much progress I’ve made when I’m starting to feel like I’m screwing up, sometimes you just need to hear that. I know that I can always depend on her. My first counselor was Dan he was wonderful, but I just thought that I would benefit more from having a female counselor. I also know that Ray is wonderful, but any of the counselors would be more than happy to help you if you can’t find yours. The only problems I have with this place are how difficult it is to get them on the phone sometimes, also one of the nurses is kind of rude, I understand that it is a difficult job however. The rest of the nurses are very kind especially April! Also Treva The nursing coordinator is an absolute nightmare. She was rude to me from the second I walked into that building. She for some reason has a personal issue with me and makes it known. That is so unprofessional you’re supposed to keep your opinions outside the door. That kind of stuff will send people back out and then they die. Other than that it’s great! The front desk lady is wonderful, the Director is absolutely wonderful, I enjoy the group Therapy, and if you’re doing the right thing and passing your drug test, you will phase up very quickly there. I’m already to two weeks, whereas at another clinic it probably would’ve taken me A year or even longer to get to that point. There was a time that I never thought I would even get a single take home and I’m already to two weeks! So thank you new river comprehensive treatment center. If it weren’t for you I would probably be dead, not only that but my mental health has improved drastically since I started there. One more person I would like to mention is Diana who does the Medicaid and financial stuff (I think)she is also extremely helpful and kind if you ever need help with anything.

Encompass is a great rehab place to go. Very clean, control pain, and the people are out of this world.

The staff are VERY friendly. The accommodations were adequate. The food is pretty good. It's clean and well organized. It's a nice place to visit, but you wouldn't want to live there.

Can't wait to go back,maybe I'll stay a little longer this time

A great place that will hold you accountable. A lot of people see that as a negative, I see it as a positive as at most places your like a cow run through a line...they aren't like that. They know your name.

I have received good care here ever since my first appointment over two years ago. I have had no issues even during my walk in appointments. My appointments have been punctual with little delays.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I've always gotten good care, concern, and prompt responses from this clinic. It isn't a major center, like Salem, so if you know that before coming, you'll understand that they are not going to have every service and specialty represented here. Wytheville is lucky to have this clinic. It saves a lot of veterans many miles from not having to drive to Salem for routine and primary care visits.

The “ flash” indicates it’s a hospital. It is not. It is an ambulatory care clinic. Nice folks there.

I'm almost 4 years clean & I'm 11 weeks away from finishing my taper to zero.. it really is all up to the individual but if u want it bad enough.. this place can help get you there! Daymark in Boone was an amazing help today. They got us in quickly when we called and talked to them as we were trying to get in anywhere. Debbie and the entire front office we welcoming and absolutely amazing taking time to check on us even after the provider had seen us. It is difficult having you child so far from home at school and needing to talk to someone and these ladies were amazing and so helpful. I am extremely impressed with Daymark in Boone and the staff and provider my child met. Highly recommend just from my interaction with the staff.

Absolutely love this place !coming from Florida where you had to get to the clinic at the very least @1:00a.m.just to make sure you had a place close to the front! Mark has been a huge HUGE part in shaping my new way of thinking!!!we have a 100 percent trust and faith in each others words ,which For me is massive I’m just grateful to be at stepping stones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been coming here for 4 years and this is the best clinic I've been to. Remember, the people that are complaining are typically the ones doing the wrong thing. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with caring staff! ♥️♥️ Kelsey was the best counselor I could've asked for but my new counselor is fantastic as well (we just need to get better acquainted)

These people are like family. They nurses seem to truly care about the patients and can answer almost any questions regarding both Methadone and Subutex. Counselors are great! Other agencies would be lucky to have some of Stepping Stone's employees.

Daymark has some of the kindest, most caring, patient, and genuine people on their staff! From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the front desk make you feel at home. They have a way about them, the way they welcome you and show they are sincere. The waiting area is so calm and peaceful. Every therapist, nurse practitioner, ect. I’ve seen have provided sincere care, and listen to absolutely everything you have to say. Highly recommended!

Doctors and nurses are very attentive, food was pretty good, I was checked on two times a day and if I needed anything they came over real quick. I would like to thank you for all you have done for me and many other people like me.

I can not speak highly enough about The Sullivan House! The staff was amazing! Answered any and all questions with a smile! The first couple of days Tammy called us just to ease my wife's mind! The program itself seems to be incredible! Our son came home after completing it a different child! I'm talking a 180 degree turn around! We can't thank them enough for all they did for our son and family! Grateful for them! They will always hold a special place in our heart! THANK YOU GUYS! EVERYONE!

My brother was sent off here. They were sweet and very welcoming to families in family days. Celebrated holidays, and still took them to school, trips, dentist and doctors office. He straighten his act up.
