I have received good care here ever since my first appointment over two years ago. I have had no issues even during my walk in appointments. My appointments have been punctual with little delays.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I've always gotten good care, concern, and prompt responses from this clinic. It isn't a major center, like Salem, so if you know that before coming, you'll understand that they are not going to have every service and specialty represented here. Wytheville is lucky to have this clinic. It saves a lot of veterans many miles from not having to drive to Salem for routine and primary care visits.

The flash indicates it s a hospital. It is not. It is an ambulatory care clinic.Nice folks there.

I m so glad I got sent there. They helped out me so much. I owe everything to them. A great place to go to get back up on ur feet.

Some Staff is cool and 3 staff my favorite and I do care about I just don't want them just get hurt at all they are my family forever

I loved this place. My first 2 days I spent upset but I was given a roommate who pushed me to get out of my comfort zone. The group therapy and activities were really helpful and I learned a lot from them in the short stay I was there. All it took them was 4 days to get me on meds that completely changed my outlook on life and helped me start sleeping. The staff was so nice and helpful I felt bad asking them for things I needed but they never let it bother them. They were so great. I made a few great friends in there and my roommate has become my best friend. We were/are fighting similar demons and we have gotten really close. The food was good 90% of the time and we were fed very well. We had a ton of stuff to do to occupy our time. We colored, did word finds, played uno and uno dare and laughed so much, we did so many puzzles and in group we got to play wii bowling and cornhole. There is a tv in the day room and we got to pick what we watched to pass the time. I really can t brag enough about this place. My experience was very good here despite the reviews online which is why I m sharing mine. I wouldn t be alive if it wasn t for the wonderful woman Ashley who stayed on the phone with me til I was safe and my roommate who looked after me the whole time I was there, and the wonderful staff. There really wasn t a single staff member I didn t like or get along with. I m so thankful for this place and if I ever get in a head space like I was before this is where I ll be going. Hopefully that never happens tho. Thank you to all the help I received.

The outpatient people are great. The staff behind the desk are so nice and helpful. Holly Dissibio is wonderful and has helped me so much!!!

All the people who work in this center are wonderful, from the staff of the reception to the nurses who are always willing to help you when you need it. Really it was thanks to the help I received in this place that I was able to recover my life and start again, thanks for opening the doors for me to have a second chance.

This place has very wonderful helpful people that are very professional. They helped me get get my vision fixed, plus since I am currently disabled they are helping me with trying to recieve my SSI benefits. Frankly the councilors here basically saved my life and are helping me build a new great life with a good future. God bless all of them.

Best detox I went to.

I see a lot of negative comments here. I actually REALLY liked this place. Best care I have gotten for detox. (I've been to several) The nurses and Dr. made sure I was comfortable, gave me meds to help with withdrawal and anxiety. During the day there are tons of activities (rec. room, music therapy, acupuncture, outside time, talk therapy, group time ect.) All staff was extremely nice to me! You have access to the phone pretty much all day into the night. They explained my care plan and the meds they switched/added and the reasons why. I have been free from drugs and alcohol since the day I entered st. A. It's been the very first time I have been sober for this long since I was 11yrs old. It was absolutely life changing for me in a really great way. I would highly recommend! 5 starts for being so great!!

Doctors and nurses are very attentive, food was pretty good, I was checked on two times a day and if I needed anything they came over real quick. I would like to thank you for all you have done for me and many other people like me.

Daymark has some of the kindest, most caring, patient, and genuine people on their staff! From the moment you walk in, the ladies at the front desk make you feel at home. They have a way about them, the way they welcome you and show they are sincere. The waiting area is so calm and peaceful. Every therapist, nurse practitioner, ect. I ve seen have provided sincere care, and listen to absolutely everything you have to say.Highly recommended!

Saved by life great staff and doc... Rip doc Jackson and if u do what unsupported to u will never get drugs from the street again and u will not have no we're near the urges and craving u have n past and if u do then u still can't use cause u took ur meds.and it a clinic unsaid 90 plus days but I been goin 4 years and not 1 relaspe and I was addict if the worst kind shoot up my kids lunch money type dude now I got car from Shelor and and working kids at hone like I said life saver

I think they really do help their patients and listen to them just so they can help their patients

The staff at NRVCS(BLACKSBURG) are absolutely amazing and so is the Genoa pharmacy. If it wasn't for them my husband would be without his meds. I just want thank each and every one that works there for their understanding and courtesy. You guys rock!!

Very caring and great resources .

New River Valley Community Services have made my life so much better. I've been with them since 2008. I was a genuine basket case when I came here. Now I repair watches and clocks. And, I have found reason within my vise's. My temper used to control me. I can honestly say, this organization, and it's agents, have taught me that you can be happy. Even, when mental illness is prominent. I asked two or three counselors to marry me. But. They got depressed, and called the cops. Same thing my ex-wife did. Oh well. Life ain't no burger king. Just keep trying. Keep learning. And don't propose to social workers. They will call the cops. I know!!

A great place that will hold you accountable. A lot of people see that as a negative, I see it as a positive as at most places your like a cow run through a line...they aren't like that. They know your name.
