Please read the whole review, I know it’s long, but there’s important stuff that really might help you out if you’re thinking about becoming a patient. Always keep in mind however, that you get out of it what you put into it. The counselors there are wonderful, especially Amber. She has advocated for me, she helped me get Medicaid so my medicine is free now which is amazing. She always tells me how proud she is of me and reminds me how much progress I’ve made when I’m starting to feel like I’m screwing up, sometimes you just need to hear that. I know that I can always depend on her. My first counselor was Dan he was wonderful, but I just thought that I would benefit more from having a female counselor. I also know that Ray is wonderful, but any of the counselors would be more than happy to help you if you can’t find yours. The only problems I have with this place are how difficult it is to get them on the phone sometimes, also one of the nurses is kind of rude, I understand that it is a difficult job however. The rest of the nurses are very kind especially April! Also Treva The nursing coordinator is an absolute nightmare. She was rude to me from the second I walked into that building. She for some reason has a personal issue with me and makes it known. That is so unprofessional you’re supposed to keep your opinions outside the door. That kind of stuff will send people back out and then they die. Other than that it’s great! The front desk lady is wonderful, the Director is absolutely wonderful, I enjoy the group Therapy, and if you’re doing the right thing and passing your drug test, you will phase up very quickly there. I’m already to two weeks, whereas at another clinic it probably would’ve taken me A year or even longer to get to that point. There was a time that I never thought I would even get a single take home and I’m already to two weeks! So thank you new river comprehensive treatment center. If it weren’t for you I would probably be dead, not only that but my mental health has improved drastically since I started there. One more person I would like to mention is Diana who does the Medicaid and financial stuff (I think)she is also extremely helpful and kind if you ever need help with anything.

Hope Valley was excellent. I have been to 2 other treatment centers and Hope Valley's curriculum, counselors, AA/NA knowledge and guidance far exceeded the others. I have come away feeling clear, happy and now have the tools and knowledge of how to live a meaningful sober life. So grateful for this place. Hope Valley helped me get my mind straight and my life back on track and I’m thankful. The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. If you had a problem or just needed to talk to somebody, they were there to help you. I went to hope valley in 2023 and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is very experienced and extremely compassionate. I was heartbroken when I finished my stay there. The ladies at front desk are the best. They have gone out of there way to address any and all issues I throw at them, thank yall for that. Daymark has been a life changer for me. Chris, and Courtney, at the Yadkinville Daymark were more than welcoming in the beginning when I was nervous. And I will miss them tremendously as I approach the end of my classes. I highly recommend this facility. I came in on a voluntary basis, with not very high expectations to stay in the program. I have had a wonderful experience with Jason Frost and our weekly groups. MAT treatment has been difficult as it's been 2 months since my first appointment and i originally came for help with opioid use and preventative measures such as suboxone or subutex and I have yet to receive help with that but the weekly groups are fantastic.

I see a lot of negative comments here. I actually REALLY liked this place. Best care I have gotten for detox. (I've been to several) The nurses and Dr. made sure I was comfortable, gave me meds to help with withdrawal and anxiety. During the day there are tons of activities (rec. room, music therapy, acupuncture, outside time, talk therapy, group time ect.) All staff was extremely nice to me! You have access to the phone pretty much all day into the night. They explained my care plan and the meds they switched/added and the reasons why. I have been free from drugs and alcohol since the day I entered st. A. It's been the very first time I have been sober for this long since I was 11yrs old. It was absolutely life changing for me in a really great way. I would highly recommend! 5 starts for being so great!!

Awesome place to do your DUI classes staff are extremely nice and professional!! I've been too many different facilities in this by far has been the best experience! The groups and sessions are not just like someone standing up there giving a speech. You get to talk back and forth and have fun! This is a great group! A big thumbs up for twin City!

First off, I'm a bad person. I've been here three or four times, completed treatment twice.
Chris, the owner I believe, is the most helpful person in the world. He took thirty minutes to run through my DMV record and assure me an estimate of total cost for license restoration without upfront billing. To give you an idea, a lawyer tried to charge me 200 dollars
And if it's any indication of good will, I'm not even obligated to take classes. Help bro out, he is a champion.
