Arrowwood has been a great experience. The people here make all the difference. Jamie is EXCELLENT at what he does as an alumni coordinator. He does amazing peer support work. Keegan, Jess, Ms. T, and Ajai are phenomenal group facilitators. Uschell, Joel, Suge, Quan, Claud, Crystal, and Tracy are amazing BHT's. Everyone is so supportive. The facility is great, very clean, and lots of things to do here. I would recommend to a friend.

Addicted to opiates pills for years which led to heroin/fentanyl addiction for 8 years. Finally took the step to become a patient here for methadone almost 2 years ago now and haven't had a craving or relapse since then. Everyones path is different and treatment options vary as to what works for other people but this has definitely saved my life changes for the better in more than just one way. Nurses, staff and counselors are very genuine and caring, respectful and professional.

I have nothing but respect for the staff at the Wytheville office. I've been coming to this office for a little over a yr now and can truly say they have been a major part of my positive recovery. The ladies at front desk are the best. They have gone out of there way to address any and all issues I throw at them, thank yall for that. Like the other post said, it's not your standard cash and grab rehab station. And I've had my experience with a few of them. I really look forward to going to the office. I just want to say that for the past 10 years I have been a patient with Revida not just here in Virginia. Also, I was a patient in Tennessee. We have here in Virginia the most respectful, loving, caring employees Rebecca, Miss Teresa their like two mother Hens . They worry about me as a patient if I miss an appointment , They call and check on me. They always ask you if I need anything . They got complementary coffee for the patients. They take care for their patients. There the most loving and caring generous people I have ever met. As someone who went through Hope Valley and now has over 5 years of sobriety, I highly recommend if you're sick and tired of being sick and tired. The program gave me a place to find my bearings and establish a solid after care program. The staff care about you and the counselors actually take the time to teach you new ways of coping without using. If you find yourself looking into a 30 day program for yourself or a loved one God bless you and have hope. Because we do recover. If you really want a life change Hope Valley is definitely a good place to start.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I've always gotten good care, concern, and prompt responses from this clinic. It isn't a major center, like Salem, so if you know that before coming, you'll understand that they are not going to have every service and specialty represented here. Wytheville is lucky to have this clinic. It saves a lot of veterans many miles from not having to drive to Salem for routine and primary care visits.

I was on the fence deciding if I wanted to try therapy again. I had some bad experiences in the past. I finally decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. Allison is amazing. She is so warm and friendly. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She has helped me understand my emotions and even to the point of why I feel the way I do during certain times. I see a lot of negative comments here. I actually REALLY liked this place. Best care I have gotten for detox. (I've been to several) The nurses and Dr. made sure I was comfortable, gave me meds to help with withdrawal and anxiety. During the day there are tons of activities (rec. room, music therapy, acupuncture, outside time, talk therapy, group time ect.) All staff was extremely nice to me! You have access to the phone pretty much all day into the night. They explained my care plan and the meds they switched/added and the reasons why. I have been free from drugs and alcohol since the day I entered st. A. It's been the very first time I have been sober for this long since I was 11yrs old. It was absolutely life changing for me in a really great way. I would highly recommend! 5 starts for being so great!!

Saved by life great staff and doc... Rip doc Jackson and if u do what unsupported to u will never get drugs from the street again and u will not have no we're near the urges and craving u have n past and if u do then u still can't use cause u took ur meds.and it a clinic unsaid 90 plus days but I been goin 4 years and not 1 relaspe and I was addict if the worst kind shoot up my kids lunch money type dude now I got car from Shelor and and working kids at hone like I said life saver

I went to hope valley in 2023 and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is very experienced and extremely compassionate. I was heartbroken when I finished my stay there. It was such a quiet and beautiful place to get sober. I highly recommend this little place away from home. I can not safe enough about how it changed my life still to this day.

I started my recovery journey at Synergy ten years ago and all I can tell you is without that crazy place I don't know if would have gotten the help I needed anywhere else. God works in mysterious ways. If you go there I hope you like subway lol.

My personal experience with this facility is above and beyond. Between 2013 and 2017 I attended Synergy Recovery 9 times attempting to overcome my issue of opiates. As of 8-20-2017 I have been clean. In loosing my mother to cancer just 8 months after coming home from 40 months in prison, I found myself engulfed in an addiction and had no idea what to do. Was homeless and already "re-burnt" all my bridges. After making contact with them, they even bought me a cab to take me from my grand parents in Lenoir to North Wilkesboro for treatment. Once my treatment was over, they helped me stay outta Caldwell County and helped me get into a halfway house up in Elkin. Love this place, staff, and what theyre about. I would definitely recommend it to any and everybody!!!!

New River Valley Community Services have made my life so much better. I've been with them since 2008. I was a genuine basket case when I came here. Now I repair watches and clocks. And, I have found reason within my vise's. My temper used to control me. I can honestly say, this organization, and it's agents, have taught me that you can be happy. Even, when mental illness is prominent. I asked two or three counselors to marry me. But. They got depressed, and called the cops. Same thing my ex-wife did. Oh well. Life ain't no burger king. Just keep trying. Keep learning. And don't propose to social workers. They will call the cops. I know!!
