Very nice and clean!

My doctor and nurses really listened and found out what was wrong with me. They managed my intense pain. The were knowledgeable and quick with care and discharge.

I needed to bring my fiance in to the ER last night. Let's be realistic, no one enjoys needing to go to the hospital, but everyone we encountered made it as pleasant of an experience as you could hope to have. We were treated with respect and kindness, and the wait time was very reasonable. Nicholes Dasovich, PA was wonderful to work with and was very thorough in his diagnostic approach. There were a few others that helped us as well, but I did not get their names. We could tell they actually truly cared about helping him, and that's a tough thing to come across these days. Thank you all!!!

I'd have to say that the Staff that greet you out front are very courteous and helpful and the Medical Staff that are who and what you go there for, are the best Counselor's. The N. P Cindy is a true clinician, who I think is at the top of her Field is very professional seeking what's best for the individual wanting help. I highly recommend Piedmont Community Services to anyone who may at this juncture in their life who needs help to break the hold that illicit drugs has on you. Please believe me that you will be so glad that you decided to if not go there at least call they're counselors these people are very skilled and knowledgeable about the very things that are troubling you.

I wanted to use this review to quickly show my appreciation for the Neurology clinic, more specifically Nurse Falyn K. She went above and beyond to help me out. To be honest, I mostly expected to be blown off by my request to the clinic. Instead, Nurse Falyn talked with me to ensure that they understood my request and the requirements I needed. I'm positive that this was more work than what is required of her, so it is very appreciated. Our interactions were short overall, but I can tell that she is the best kind of nurse to have as a patient (kind, informative, advocating). As for the rest of the hospital; I've only had good experiences too. Doctors and staff have always treated me well. I'm glad to be colocated with and receive care from this VA facility.

The Kernersville VA is the best run VA clinic I have ever experienced. The doctors are compassionate and competent , the building & grounds are always spotless, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I am so grateful for the excellent care we have received at the Kernersville clinic.

Staff is all amazing! Mr. Ringer himself is very understanding and he and his wife are lovely. I finally have found a medication that works for me, and I am beyond grateful to everyone here.

I have had nothing but a great experience at The Ringer Center. The whole staff has been nothing short of welcoming and amazing to me. Mr. Ringer is very special, he's made his life's work helping out others and you can see his dedication daily. His stories and humor are just icing on the cake.

Mr. Ringer is the man and this entire community is lucky to have him. Not only is he plethora of great information and experiences, even more importantly he genuinely cares from the bottom of his heart about people and their overall success. If you enter with an open mind and heart you will find a place where you will feel at home and have an opportunity to reach your goals. After reading some of the negative reviews, they blow my mind and I feel that those troubled souls had other issues going on that did not allow them to see Dr. Ringer’s true intentions and spirit. Keep in mind he is in a very tough business, opening his doors to some very troubled individuals. I’m very grateful for having the opportunity to learn from him and have a seat inside his four walls. Until the day you decide to call it quits everyone that walks through your doors will be better off when they walk out. With gratitude and respect I leave this review.

I have seen so many negative reviews about this place. However, my experience during my son Yahki admission was truly a blessing and excellent. I have to say some of the customer service reps can be insensitive 😑 which is the first form of contract to get through to the nurses, Provider, or your love ones Care-Team. It first, there insensitiveness was annoying to me, but then, I began to look at things differently. There lack of insensitivity, give me a determination to show them how much I care about my son and his Mental health. And if this meant calling a 100 times until I got through to speak to his nurse or his provider, then I qould. Although, I did not call a hundred time, but I did called and show up at Cone Health Behavioral Hospital until I was able to speak to several nurses, staffs, a Doctor, (Provider), and the Manager who were more then caring and help during his time at the hospital. Thanks you all so very Much. May God continue to blessed your entire team for what you all do daily for our love ones. Special thanks to Agee, Tina, Elizabeth, Dr.P, Laura, Mike who goes by the name ( slick ), Ayesha, and several others that I have forgotten your names. Thanks so much for your prayers and for taking care of my Yahki. I appreciate all that your you all do. I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews about this facility, but i wanted to share my experience; and maybe bring some things to light for people who are thinking about seeking help for their children here. I was admitted in the adolescent unit in march of 2024. I have severe anxiety, so i was terrified of being away from home and staying somewhere else. Little did i know i had absolutely nothing to be worried about. I got treated with a lot of respect here. The food was wonderful, the place was kept very clean, and everyone was very kind to me. The group felt very supportive of one another, and it was a great environment. The nurses were some of my favorite people, especially nurse sheila. She was very supportive of my personal situation at the time, she always made a point to ask me how i was doing and take a second to focus on me. Even during medicine, which is sort of fast paced for the nurses. There were some annoying parts at some points obviously, a certain nurse kept leaving our doors open all night for checks, and the light was bright in the hallway. that’s the worst thing i experienced here. It was really good for someone like me. Again, this is my personal experience in march of 2024. I don’t know how it has changed since, but this place and the people really left a mark on me. it was a great experience overall.

This place was really awesome i loved some people here and enjoyed talking to some people here to help me calm down and stop dealing with things and helped me through everything when i was there btw my name is lisa not Deborah

The PT department, in particular Doctor Yeung, was instrumental in taking care of my bladder control as well as relief from the need for frequent bathroom visits with very specific exercises. In addition, she improved my posture and proper walking techniques as well as helping with exercise that gives relieve for my shoulder pain. The changes have truly been awesome and has improved my health.

Everyone was right on point at the ER this time

I find it quote shocking that there are so many one star reviews. We had to take my child here after being directed to do so by urgent care. Every individual we encountered who took care of my child was friendly and pleasant. We also surprisingly had almost no wait on a Saturday around midday. The only thing that could have been more pleasant is having updates on when testing was to take place, as there were some longer waits for that. The hospital itself also appears to be in good repair, which is appreciated particularly when one is going through a difficult time. I wish their medical offerings were more extensive in terms of providing more pediatric care options.
