They saved my life in 2021. I went to 5 rehabs in Richmond multiple times and had 13 overdoses since 2012. Multiple hospitalizations for detox and never could get off heroin and fentanyl until may of 2021 with the help of Spero I been clean for over 4 years. Like I said they saved my life and the kindness and support they showed me over the years is unmatched by any other facility or programs I ever participated in and believe me I there were many. I tried for over 30 years to get clean and never made it 90 days until I meet the wonderful team at Spero Health. ❤️💯

I was discharged from the hospital yesterday after a seven day stay. I am a heart patient, and was suffering from pneumonia. I am especially grateful for the wonderful care given to me by nurses Midora Roberts, Vickie Few, Charlene Harris, and Tara Page. There were others on the fourth floor just as noteworthy, however these are the nurses whose names I can easily recall. I was not pleased with the walking test to qualify for oxygen I was given upon my exit, but other than that and everyone in the world’s opinion of hospital food in general, my stay was as pleasant as can be expected.

So I arrived at Mt.Regis like most others do,tired and confused, angry and feeling guilty, shameful and unworthy. I was seriously damaged inside, and out. All I knew for sure is that I wanted and needed to be, and do better with and for myself and my life. I suffer from PTSD, and I have been through some horrible ordeals in my lifetime. I had been neglectful, and neglected. My thoughts were all scrambled and my thought process was dangerously out of order. While I was in treatment I was treated with so much respect, and understanding that it almost felt surreal to me, especially because of the life I had been living, and the treatment I was being given by all those fake friends, and even some of my family members over the years. The staff at Mt.Regis made me feel welcome, and appreciated. They taught me how to find and collect myself. They gave me all the tools I needed to make a full recovery, and also how to use them. I applied those tools which were coping skills, trigger recognition, accountability, honesty, self recognition, goal setting, boundary setting, changes to my environment and appreciation for my peers who were facing and dealing with the same challenges as myself. By doing so, I found my true self, one known as a nurturer. I was assisted with every aspect of my recovery and treated like a person worthy of a second chance and the respect and understanding that can only be given by true friends, "Family". I say family because that's exactly what I gained during my treatment. I have formed true friendships and bonds that will stand the test of time, and a family that has been supportive of me from day one. I owe My.Regis all the respect and appreciation in the world. They truly saved my life, and I will never be able to repay them for that. I'm now in a step down program, and upon completion of it,and after a few more months of clean and sober living, I hope to return to Mt.Regis as a Recovery Coach.I see that as my way of paying this gift of life forward. I want more than most other things to be able to be for someone else exactly what Mt.Regis was to me,a Lifesaver. To anyone in need of help obtaining a clean and sober life, I highly recommend My.Regis for your support and recovery team. If you are serious about getting your life back in order, and rebuilding it from the bottom up there is no better place to do so and achieve greatness. Thank you Mt.Regis, and your amazing staff members. Yours truly, Brian Rose

If your looking for place to begin a healthy way of life, and pull out of the darkness of addiction, as I was, Mt.Regis is a great place to start a new chapter. Like anything in life you get out what you put into it, The staff is very knowledgeable, caring and empathetic as many were trapped in the cycle of addiction themselves, and truly can relate to what your going through. I Felt a peace the moment I surrendered the fear and walked through their doors, its a special place to me as it can be for you to.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about New Season and the amazing people who work there. This facility has played such an important role in my recovery journey and has helped me not only get sober, but stay sober. From the very beginning, I was treated with compassion, respect, and understanding. The staff truly care about the people they serve, and they never made me feel judged for my past or the struggles I was facing. They helped me see that recovery was possible and gave me the support, guidance, and tools I needed to begin building a better life. I am so grateful for the role New Season has played in my recovery. I have now been sober since November 29, 2022, and I honestly don’t know where I would be today without the help and support I received there. New Season gave me hope when I needed it most, and I will always be grateful for that. If you are struggling with addiction and are thinking about getting help, please know that recovery is possible. Taking that first step can be scary, but New Season helped me take mine—and it changed my life. I will forever be thankful to the staff and everyone who has supported me along the way. 💙

Even the office staff are very kind and patient. Showing me professionalism that my therapist has shown me allows me to open up and talk about uncomfortable areas and start a coping and healing methods. I've learned in life it is very hard for people who have learned untrust to trust again. Getting past that is something to celebrate itself, but what can be done with it changes the whole game. Being able to trust opens up a world of vulnerability. Vulnerability opens up a world of change, understanding, and acceptance. . I could go to therapy all day and night but if I cannot trust I will not advance in anyway. I will be just talking out loud period. Knowing that I could trust from the beginning who I'm talking to feels like breathing clean air again.Thank you for having such professional people working as your staff.

I normally go to Duke Hospital in Durham due to my complicated health issues. Last Friday, I had no choice but to go to Alamance Regional Hospital by ambulance because I was in such bad condition. Upon arriving in the Emergency Room, I was triaged quickly and seen by Dr. Evan Bradler. He listened to my complaint and went to work. I required a CT scan and blood work. He returned to the room and said I had Pancreatitis. It was a little hard to believe because I don't have about an inch of my Pancreas left from a surgery 5 years ago. Dr. Bradler was exactly right! The BEST emergency room DR. I've ever had! And I've seen plenty in my 73 years. I was admitted to the hospital and spent 3 days letting my pancreas cool down from the inflammation. I was treated by Dr. Natalie Alexander, the hospital staff Dr. I didn't need a specialist! She WAS one! Her knowledge was incredible! What care! My Nurses, Susana and Zolia, Marco (NA), Amber (NA) were the best I've had anywhere! They CARE and are well trained. I have to mention Dr. Xilin NIU, what a smile! The cafe is know for it's excellent food and staff. The Lady that sanitized my room daily was efficient and so friendly! So, to sum it up my pancreas was taken care of and I was able to come home yesterday and am doing GREAT! I am so impressed with every aspect of Cone Alamance Regional Hospital and had to write this review. Thanks to CHARH for taking care of me and being so nice to my wife!

My daughter was seen by Dr. Vasedeva, and he was very attentive to her needs, up-to-date on all the statistical information about the medications he was going to be prescribing. He listened to her issues, which was a breath of fresh air opposed to some other clinics in the area we have been to for medication management. All 3 ladies at the front were kind and accommodating, we were running behind due to traffic and road construction so they started filling out the paperwork to help us out. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and at ease, so much so that my other daughter requested to also be seen here. Keep up the hard work y'all, it does not go unnoticed---You guys are AWESOME!

This place really helped me get on my feet. And believed in me, when nobody else did the only issue I have is the hoops. You have to jump through just to get two take homes then, after you get the weekend, take homes. It takes forever to get any more even when your passing your drug screens not only that now, big lack of communication.I almost got my take homes taken from me twice all because they didn't look on my chart to see that the doctor was prescribing vyvanse a medication that was causing me to test positive for amphetamines once they got that figured out it was alright But it was just time for me to move on. I went to brightview, and now I got a week's worth of take home a lot more freedom to do things I wanna do not being tied down to going there every day. I will still continue to go there for my mental health. Medications, because genuinely these people are amazing thank you so much, everybody at greensboro ADS love y'all so much, just because I'm not going there. Every day, well I mean doesn't mean I won't be there. Every month and from my counseling sessions

This was my first experience. I got there on Thurs (good security). I was checked my nurse, talked to a counselor, & the doctor can't see me until next Mon (it's a long time). Doctor wasn't there on Monday? Apparently, doctors are there Tuesday and Wednesday only. Otherwise, I'd have to wait another week (another stretch). It's clean. No one else there at the time.
