I have been a patient in the hospitals Cancer Clinic since 2012. That ought to say a lot about the staff and what they do. Professional doctors and nurses. Admin staff is superb. When you enter they greet you will a smile and care. I must point out how good the nurses are. They make me feel like I am a family member and care for me appropriately. Those who live in in this area are fortunate to have access to such an excellent facility. I have been an overnight patient in the main hospital too and my experience there was equally superb.

Took my son to the emergency room on a Friday for a football injury. Everyone we met was very professional and kind. We were in and out in less than 2 hours including X-rays!!

I’ve met some people who are in this program and I myself am in recovery and after reviewing the program and the location in comparison to others it looks like a blessing to the person wanting to recover , I do believe in their professionalism and the people I have met are a testimony to that.

P Cindy is a true clinician, who I think is at the top of her Field is very professional seeking what's best for the individual wanting help. I highly recommend Piedmont Community Services to anyone who may at this juncture in their life who needs help to break the hold that illicit drugs has on you. Please believe me that you will be so glad that you decided to if not go there at least call they're counselors these people are very skilled and knowledgeable about the very things that are troubling you.

Great speakers and info! Learning the different perspectives and how the RPs, Directors, IT, and HR, and even finance works together was great. Lovingoood was the high point! Relatable, applicable, informative, and helpful! The time allowed to be together outside of meeting was invaluable, too. Great balance! Location was fantastic!

When you are ready for recovery to begin PLEASE go here. All you have to do is walk through the door. The staff is professional, they treat you with respect and dignity in a way that isn’t judgmental. They are safe and they want to help. Very knowledgeable about the options, the process, and what you are going through. They help you every step of the way and clearly communicate your options and what to do next. I’ve seen every angle of the mental health system in 2 states over 40 years. This is the best contact point I’ve seen.

Mt. Regis is professionally run by caring individuals who wanted to help me be successful! One thing that meant much to me: I felt like I could heal in a safe and secure environment! Troublemakers were removed promptly with no disruption to us patients! A Phenomenal staff who earned my deepest respect! Thank You! 😃

I have been going to several different m.a.t. treatment places over the past ten years or so and had alot of different counselors at these clinics, but never have I had a counselor like the one at Greensboro New Season's, in the past they were all the same paper work pushers having you sign stuff quickly and go on your way. They gotta go through alot red tape, to make this happen. They are not really counselors at these places, but at this particular new season's I met a counselor named Mrs. Lisa. I can't think of her last name cause that's how everyone refers to her but mrs.lisa was a real counselor she asks questions then has questions about those questions she really cares she remembers you and what your talking about at first I didn't know how to take it like this lady sure is nosy, but she began to counsel me and help me with my marriage my kids my job and my family as a whole.She is a really caring person and changed the whole dynamics of my household she really doesn't know how much she has helped. I may have to relocate soon to another clinic and I am gonna miss this place. Hands down best clinic I have ever been to and I been to quite a few. If you need help give getting off opiods give methadone a try it changed my life for the better most definitely. GO- check out Greensboro New Season's they got alot of good people up there. SAVE YOUR LIFE.

Where do I even begin… A little over a year ago I decided I couldn’t go on anymore, and needed to change. My life sucked, my relationships were destroyed, always broke, and I was heavily addicted to fentanyl.
Walking through those doors felt impossible, but it wasn’t, and I did it! Now I’m sober, healthy, rebuilding and eternally grateful to everyone that dedicates their life to helping others. It because of God and the people at New Seasons that I’m able to write this review today. THANK YOU!

I’ve been visiting this place a few times now, and I must say, I genuinely enjoy my time here. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Robert for therapy, and he’s someone I can definitely connect with on a friendly level. He’s incredibly helpful in guiding me through my thoughts and situations, providing me with a clear mind without influencing my decisions. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and I’d give it a perfect score of 10 out of 10!

This place is full of well meaning caregivers. Things really changed since the administration changed this year. They are 3.5 hours out of the way for me, but I still prefer my primary care here.

Been to a few different VA clinics/hospitals. This one is by far the best. Friendly staff. Dr. Lee actually listens to you, unlike my previous doctors.
Staff is all amazing! Mr. Ringer himself is very understanding and he and his wife are lovely. I finally have found a medication that works for me, and I am beyond grateful to everyone here.

I have had nothing but a great experience at The Ringer Center. The whole staff has been nothing short of welcoming and amazing to me. Mr. Ringer is very special, he's made his life's work helping out others and you can see his dedication daily. His stories and humor are just icing on the cake.

Mr. Ringer is the man and this entire community is lucky to have him. Not only is he plethora of great information and experiences, even more importantly he genuinely cares from the bottom of his heart about people and their overall success. If you enter with an open mind and heart you will find a place where you will feel at home and have an opportunity to reach your goals. After reading some of the negative reviews, they blow my mind and I feel that those troubled souls had other issues going on that did not allow them to see Dr. Ringer’s true intentions and spirit. Keep in mind he is in a very tough business, opening his doors to some very troubled individuals. I’m very grateful for having the opportunity to learn from him and have a seat inside his four walls. Until the day you decide to call it quits everyone that walks through your doors will be better off when they walk out. With gratitude and respect I leave this review.

I have seen so many negative reviews about this place. However, my experience during my son Yahki admission was truly a blessing and excellent. I have to say some of the customer service reps can be insensitive 😑 which is the first form of contract to get through to the nurses, Provider, or your love ones Care-Team. It first, there insensitiveness was annoying to me, but then, I began to look at things differently.
There lack of insensitivity, give me a determination to show them how much I care about my son and his Mental health. And if this meant calling a 100 times until I got through to speak to his nurse or his provider, then I qould. Although, I did not call a hundred time, but I did called and show up at Cone Health Behavioral Hospital until I was able to speak to several nurses, staffs, a Doctor, (Provider), and the Manager who were more then caring and help during his time at the hospital.
Thanks you all so very Much. May God continue to blessed your entire team for what you all do daily for our love ones.

I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews about this facility, but i wanted to share my experience; and maybe bring some things to light for people who are thinking about seeking help for their children here.
I was admitted in the adolescent unit in march of 2024. I have severe anxiety, so i was terrified of being away from home and staying somewhere else. Little did i know i had absolutely nothing to be worried about.
I got treated with a lot of respect here. The food was wonderful, the place was kept very clean, and everyone was very kind to me. The group felt very supportive of one another, and it was a great environment. The nurses were some of my favorite people, especially nurse sheila. She was very supportive of my personal situation at the time, she always made a point to ask me how i was doing and take a second to focus on me. Even during medicine, which is sort of fast paced for the nurses.
There were some annoying parts at some points obviously, a certain nurse kept leaving our doors open all night for checks, and the light was bright in the hallway. that’s the worst thing i experienced here. It was really good for someone like me.
Again, this is my personal experience in march of 2024. I don’t know how it has changed since, but this place and the people really left a mark on me. it was a great experience overall.

I usually detest going to the ER room .. Maybe because it was the time of day but this time wasn’t bad at all. I was in so much pain .. I feel they treated me fast and with care .. The only issue was the person who was registering .. She seemed quite insensitive by talking very loud and rushing my answers expecting me to answer right away when it was obvious that I was in a lot of pain .. Everyone else was quite caring. It was at 11:00 am . This could be a factor in the smoothness. Thank you staff.

I have been a patient for many years and I really like Crossroads. I have a good counselor, the nurses are great and you can get in and out pretty fast since they started having three nurses every day. There are some things I dont like about it, but all in all, I have worked my program and have a very stable life, thanks to the methadone program. If you come in and quit using, do what you are asked to do and follow the rules, you will get takehomes in no time and actually not have to have everything revolve around the clinic. It works if you work it!!

I love crossroads I've been with them for a while now from the counselors I was with them in Pennsylvania as well. And I continue now with them here in North Carolina.
