Hope Valley was excellent. I have been to 2 other treatment centers and Hope Valley's curriculum, counselors, AA/NA knowledge and guidance far exceeded the others. I have come away feeling clear, happy and now have the tools and knowledge of how to live a meaningful sober life. So grateful for this place. In addition, rooms are very comfortable, food is great, you can smoke if you would like, and the grounds and surrounding views are really nice. Thank you so much Hope Valley!!!!!

Hope Valley helped me get my mind straight and my life back on track and I’m thankful. The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. If you had a problem or just needed to talk to somebody, they were there to help you. If anyone is looking for a treatment facility, I would highly recommend checking out Hope Valley before you go anywhere else. The food was also very good and they gave you PLENTY of it.

I’ve been visiting this place a few times now, and I must say, I genuinely enjoy my time here. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Robert for therapy, and he’s someone I can definitely connect with on a friendly level. He’s incredibly helpful in guiding me through my thoughts and situations, providing me with a clear mind without influencing my decisions. Please read the whole review, I know it’s long, but there’s important stuff that really might help you out if you’re thinking about becoming a patient. Always keep in mind however, that you get out of it what you put into it. The counselors there are wonderful, especially Amber. She has advocated for me, she helped me get Medicaid so my medicine is free now which is amazing. She always tells me how proud she is of me and reminds me how much progress I’ve made when I’m starting to feel like I’m screwing up, sometimes you just need to hear that. I know that I can always depend on her. My first counselor was Dan he was wonderful, but I just thought that I would benefit more from having a female counselor. I also know that Ray is wonderful, but any of the counselors would be more than happy to help you if you can’t find yours. The only problems I have with this place are how difficult it is to get them on the phone sometimes, also one of the nurses is kind of rude, I understand that it is a difficult job however. The rest of the nurses are very kind especially April! Also Treva The nursing coordinator is an absolute nightmare. She was rude to me from the second I walked into that building. She for some reason has a personal issue with me and makes it known. That is so unprofessional you’re supposed to keep your opinions outside the door. That kind of stuff will send people back out and then they die. Other than that it’s great! The front desk lady is wonderful, the Director is absolutely wonderful, I enjoy the group Therapy, and if you’re doing the right thing and passing your drug test, you will phase up very quickly there. I’m already to two weeks, whereas at another clinic it probably would’ve taken me A year or even longer to get to that point. There was a time that I never thought I would even get a single take home and I’m already to two weeks! So thank you new river comprehensive treatment center. If it weren’t for you I would probably be dead, not only that but my mental health has improved drastically since I started there. One more person I would like to mention is Diana who does the Medicaid and financial stuff (I think)she is also extremely helpful and kind if you ever need help with anything.

Daymark has been an all around good experience for me. Detox in Statesville and IOP in Yadkinville. The whole staff at both places have been very kind and helpful. Some that really stand out to me are Chris and Courtney!! They both are very knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help their clients. The front desk at both facilities are great too. I love Dr. Layne in Statesville she always has a smile to share. I'd also like to say I appreciate all they do. I know these jobs can be very stressful. I really wish the meetings were in person instead of by zoom. I get so much more from the contact with other people.

I went to hope valley in 2023 and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is very experienced and extremely compassionate. I was heartbroken when I finished my stay there. It was such a quiet and beautiful place to get sober. I highly recommend this little place away from home. I can not safe enough about how it changed my life still to this day.

Caring Services Inc is a heaven for anyone in need, period. No favorites, no labels, just 360 degrees of help for the addict who shows up. I was lucky enough to enter the Vet Safety Net program 15 years ago, and I still thank God for it every single day. Becky, Jason, Sarah, and Brian are nothing short of angels.
Since my time here, I have traveled the country clean and sober, and I can say without hesitation that this place is the real deal. Tucked away in the city that could is a masterclass in compassion, accountability, and real change, something a few bigger places could stand to learn a thing or three from.

I have nothing but respect for the staff at the Wytheville office. I've been coming to this office for a little over a yr now and can truly say they have been a major part of my positive recovery. The ladies at front desk are the best. They have gone out of there way to address any and all issues I throw at them, thank yall for that. Like the other post said, it's not your standard cash and grab rehab station. And I've had my experience with a few of them. I really look forward to going to the office. There is so much more I could say about this team, but that's between us. Go on and make the step to reclaim your life, and you will then know what I mean.

I’ve been seeing Jason for therapy for a little over a year and he is awesome. I never had good experiences with therapist until I met him. He’s super personable and just makes the experience fun and like you’re actually being heard instead of judged. I see a lot of negative comments here. I actually REALLY liked this place. Best care I have gotten for detox. (I've been to several) The nurses and Dr. made sure I was comfortable, gave me meds to help with withdrawal and anxiety. During the day there are tons of activities (rec. room, music therapy, acupuncture, outside time, talk therapy, group time ect.) All staff was extremely nice to me! You have access to the phone pretty much all day into the night. They explained my care plan and the meds they switched/added and the reasons why. I have been free from drugs and alcohol since the day I entered st. A. It's been the very first time I have been sober for this long since I was 11yrs old. It was absolutely life changing for me in a really great way. I would highly recommend! 5 starts for being so great!!

Awesome place to do your DUI classes staff are extremely nice and professional!! I've been too many different facilities in this by far has been the best experience! The groups and sessions are not just like someone standing up there giving a speech. You get to talk back and forth and have fun! This is a great group! A big thumbs up for twin City!

First off, I'm a bad person. I've been here three or four times, completed treatment twice.
Chris, the owner I believe, is the most helpful person in the world. He took thirty minutes to run through my DMV record and assure me an estimate of total cost for license restoration without upfront billing. To give you an idea, a lawyer tried to charge me 200 dollars
And if it's any indication of good will, I'm not even obligated to take classes. Help bro out, he is a champion.
