(This account is my husband’s) When I say Willow Ridge saved my life, it’s an understatement. Everyone that works there is devoted to every individual’s needs, comfort, and improvement. I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care. Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape. Now today, I am over a year clean and I owe so much of that to willow. I truly gained my life and my family back. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction. What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The group activities and outings were also a lot of fun and helped me rediscover some of my passions. Today, I am sober and living a life beyond my wildest dreams, and I owe it all to the amazing team at Willow Ridge. If you're struggling with addiction, please don't hesitate to reach out to them. Applying for Bethel Colony of Mercy was the first stop in the steps I’ve taken to turn my life around from a life style of very many colors and wrong choices. The staff and guidance that are involved with this Christ recovery transformation center are beyond immaculate. Without those individuals one on one advisory, classroom lessons, daily tasks, genuine fellowship, and of course the power of God I wouldn’t be making the right choices now to be reunited with my loved ones. Or, have my life together by any means of doing this “thing” called life all on my own. I am forever grateful for everyone that god placed into my life through making the decision to go to bethel colony of mercy 😇 Sending prayers to the women’s and men’s campus’ for their strength, unity, protection, faith, and healing. As well as to all of their loved ones who are or have been affected by any of the students, or student alumni's long suffering. May you all be blessed beyond measure with gods abundance. Praise the Lord for Bethel Colony of Mercy. This was my first step to surrendering to Jesus Christ. Bethel helped me break chain after chain, standing beside me, on the Word of God, delivering me from the sin problem rooted in all addiction. I was given biblical counseling that allowed the Word of God to divide and heal my soul. This ministry is aware that Jesus is the only answer, and miracles are happening in the hearts and minds of those they serve. They have upheld their commitment for decades, without wavering, that the Word of God is all sufficient for applying the truth of Jesus Christ to not only break chains, but to experience real healing. Bethel hosts the Presence of God, and allows men and women who’s lives have been devastated by sin and destruction to surrender to the Power and Love of a God who is VERY MUCH ALIVE AND WORKING in the hearts of those Bethel serves. Many of their staff have been risen up from the ashes themselves and have led the way with their own testimony and faith in the only One who is able to free us from our chains. Bethel operates as the Body of Christ is meant to function, in Spirit and in Truth. Bethel is like family. In the Presence of God, EVERYTHING changes, I thank God for Bethel’s obedience in not compromising, because it allowed an avenue for me to come face to face with the One my soul loves!

Me and my wife went thru the program together it was awesome that they do that there we got to do marriage counseling but the main thing is that you get to get rooted and grounded in the word of God there the pastors there are amazing and on point with the Bible I can honestly say that me and my wife grew so much in the Lord there all I can say is if you want to break the chains of addiction go to bethel and focuse on you growing close to the Lord cause that's how you break the chains and I can say that bethel is well maintained Phil Lambert and the house keeping crew keeps it nice and clean I was part of that crew and the women's campus is so beautiful and they even allow people that smoke to smoke there they got a smoking place and me and my wife have been talking about going back in about a year just so we can take 65 more days to just grow in the Lord and hear the word everyday thank you bethel

I’ve received the best care here! The staff are so helpful and very supportive and they actually care about whatever you’re going through. They also listen to you and get the right resources to get the best care you need and they help you every step of the way! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I whole heartedly can give Watauga Behavior Health 5 stars, I would give them more if I could! I see Jimmy as my case manager and he is absolutely wonderful! Everyone here is so nice and caring.

I don't like how you have to talk to a call center now on the med line. I've called many times to get my meds filled but the people at the call center can't give me an answer of when it will be filled. I'm gonna have a panic attack just by calling frontier health waiting for them to fill my meds.

I have received excellent care and would highly recommend this place to anyone struggling with their mental health.

Dr Crizaldo de Cariaso Neurologist has been by far the best in making sure that my husband receives outstanding care. Makes sure that he is very thorough in his diagnosis and treatments. He genuinely cares. We also are informed about what is currently happening and causes. Not just in conversation, but in physical form. We could not have gotten someone any better. If I could, I would give him a million stars. Best bedside manor. As well as sense of humor. The best. Dr Anderson in ortho was amazing as well. Making sure that all things are up to date. Explained all options available for treatment. Was put in right away for follow-up knowing he had an appointment that day as well. So no unnecessary travel was imposed. Reimbursement has really become an issue. We are over a month behind with travel pay. Multiple visits. This does add up.

Going thru the sudp program was the best decision I could have made. All the staff go above and beyond!

My wife loved the people who work here and the people who are interested in getting help with your family problems .

What a great community resource. Staff (administration and clinical) are attentive, compassionate and really embrace community service models. Case management for when you have children with complex medical histories has proven to be an great foundation for care. I recommend for any parent whose child needs general counseling. Mental Heath is just as important as physical healthcare.
