The staff at the clinic at the most are good. They do try as best they can. Unfortunately with all the cuts and changes it makes their work more difficult and it makes it more difficult for the veterans who depend on them. Again. The staff no complaints. The processes have become more cumbersome painful. I almost wish somebody would step in and do something good for the VA for a change

We had an amazing experience at Bayhealth Kent county labor and delivery and postpartum units. Suzanne in L&D was so kind and caring. You could tell how much she truly loves her job. Her presence, education, and attitude is the reason why mom and our baby were safe and had a great birthing experience. The postpartum nurses and aides were so attentive and gentle with mom and baby. Nurse Mary went above and beyond for us and helped explain things to relieve our worries. She does an exceptional job in every way! Other nurses that will also hold a special place in our hearts because of their kindness on postpartum are nurse sarah, nurse Audrey, nurse jamina, and nurse Sam. Thank you all for everything you do. You all are so special to us and I’m sure many others.

The staff here is amazing. I’ve been to all the clinics from Dover to Seaford and this is by far the best place I’ve ever been. The methadone is eight, the staff cares actually cares! They have hot food and coffee every morning in the community center side. They advocate for the unhhoused! They help with everything and anything you can imagine. Kristi goes above and beyond for me as a counselor and Jessica is an incredible person and does the same. If any staff member sees that I’m in need. I am offered help in some form or fashion. They check on me daily to make sure I’m alright. The iop leader ma Edith is kind and full of guidance. I could not recommend a maintenance clinic more than this one. They provide.

Only times I have had issues here in the four five years is when I wasn’t making appointments or things that I could have done better . Now I’m working on my detox an got to 7mg got little too rough for me and they helped me out with what worked for me an I just think it’s been a good experience for me overall

Connections is now Coras and has been for a while. The management has changed and the staff also has gotten better. They do care however don't expect them to do more then what you are willing to do 😜. I endorse them Update... Bracebridge was and is a lifesaver for me. Not only is the staff 100% invested and amazing, the campus, the food, and facilities definitely contribute to making the tough time a little more bearable. Special shoutout to Tammy who was my Primary Therapist. She pushed and supported me during my stay and I am eternally grateful for her. Another shoutout to Dan, the alumni coordinator. While the entire staff is amazing when you're on the inside, Dan keeps the alumni engaged and active once you leave campus. While it sucked HAVING to be there, I absolutely loved the experience and in hindsight, I have Bracbridge to thank for giving me the tools to have my life back. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

My time at RCA Bracebridge Hall truly changed my life. I spent 30 days there, and it was one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences I’ve ever had. The program was incredibly informative and gave me the tools I needed to move forward with confidence. What stood out the most, though, was the level of support. The staff genuinely care, you can feel that they have big hearts and are fully invested in helping each person succeed. They made sure I felt prepared for life after leaving, which made a huge difference for me. I also met some amazing people during my stay, and those connections meant a lot. The facility itself is beautiful and in a peaceful location, which really helped me focus on my recovery. One of the most valuable parts of the experience has been the alumni support group. Staying connected after leaving has been so important, and the program they’ve built is truly special. Dan, in particular, has done so much for the alumni community, and I’m incredibly grateful for his dedication and support. I feel very blessed to have had this experience, and I would highly recommend RCA Bracebridge Hall to anyone seeking help and a fresh start.

RCA Lighthouse is doing incredible things! The staff from the CEO to food services to the Support staff and so on are second to none. This is honestly the only place that has ever made me feel safe and secure. Val is the best house manager and i had to move to legacy for 30 days before going back to sobriety solutions and i can’t pray everyday enough for the time to just go by so i can go back to this program and house. I love this place more than anything and i couldn’t imagine being happier at a place, i hate that things worked out the way they did for the time being but im really pushing through the hell of this just to get back there & not let people affect me or make me uncomfortable because that’s nothing compared to Val’s treatment & the way they really support you there. I didn’t even expect to be going to a sober house because you rarely find any that truly care but this one so does. i wouldn’t recommend any other but just stay in your own lane & you can’t really do social media there, that was so i misunderstood & i don’t want anyone else to run into that communication process the way i did. Mike the CEO is also very understanding & he has mercy on the clients there. i can barely wait to get back there🙏🏽life saver place

Awesome place if you want to get sober and are serious about it. Haley who works at the front desk is the most sweetest, helpful, caring staff member I've ever had the pleasure of working with in regards to my sobriety and staff at a facility. She is always open and honest l. She's never guided me in the wrong direction. Honestly she works so hard in taking care of us clients and what we need that sometimes it feels like I'm not doing enough for my own recovery. If you're nervous about taking the next step in your recovery as I was never have been to a PHP before. She makes sure that it's a smooth transition. Honestly the only way you could think Haley or the rest of the staff isn't doing enough for you is if you're so lazy and aren't really serious about your recovery that you just expect everyone to do everything for you. I. That case you may need a higher level of care. Because I've never been so excited and felt like I had the help I need in my recovery as I do in sober solutions and working with Haley. The amount of hard work she puts in for us clients and her job is what I strive for in my recovery.

They actually listen to you and know what they're doing, they don't just take notes and do what they were going to do anyway, they actually cater to your specific circumstances, let you give input, take that into account, and adjust your treatment accordingly, I've had so many bad experiences with other clinics, so I'm glad I finally found this place! Also, the pink haired Lady at the front desk will remember your face and add you into the dosing queue the second you walk through the doors. She's super fast and good at her job but lady I wanna say GOOD MORNING to you! like... please. you're super good at your job but let me say good morning and say it back to me. I'm not trying to make conversation. I just want to say good morning. 😊😊😊

I give it a 5 because staff is nice, they listen to what I have have to say, work with my work schedule, doesn't take a very long time to get take homes. As long as you're doing what your supposed to do then you move along quickly here. I've been to several clinics and this one is definitely the best in my opinion.
