Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. The intake took about 6 hours, then I was dosed. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job. They’ve helped me get my life back on track and for the most part everyone there is amazing. I used to go there once a week and now because I’ve stayed sober for 6 years now I go every other month and I love that they give everyone that incentive once they hit a certain point. Other than I’ve had to switch to counselors a couple of times and that stinks cause it’s really hard for me to trust people and open up, I can not complain about my experience at BrightView. They have truly saved my life and helped me get myself back on track. I have an amazing job that I love, a son who can count on his mom every single day, i was able to get my license back and have my own car, and my own apartment which up until 3 years ago I never had, and the will to keep on pushing every day thanks to BrightView. Comquest saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! When getting help there are certian things you have to do and sometimes they are not comfortable for you. With medications i have never had one issue, the doctors are NOT quick to get you off, they always have told me whenever your comfortable, I told them I will be on this for life, they told me no problem. Thank god for this program cause it gave me, my life back and I am able to enjoy my son and wife and have a family and build back what addiction took from me and conquest and its staff where the people there for me. I was so blessed my PA was Christina vomero. I hate technology, I'm having such a hard time trying to tell everyone about the outstanding experience I had at Parma ER. I came in was intense shoulder and hip pain. She had tests run on me that the other hospital didn't bother to do. She's very thorough very kind and very knowledgeable. I am so grateful for her. I hope you will be lucky enough if you have to go there to have her looking after you. Not only did she take excellent care of me while I was there, she even took care of me when I couldn't get my prescription filled. she took whatever steps were necessary to get me my medicine. And she did it in no time flat. That's going above and beyond and that's Christina, above and beyond expectations. Every single staff member was warm, kind and helpful, even those serving food and doing housekeeping. I was impressed with the food and drink selection. Barb's groups were the best. The huge windows in the common area are a very nice touch. I enjoyed my room - when you consider the necessary safety measures in place, I think you'd rate it five stars. I used the Pharmacy on the Premises as it's delivered in Bubble Pack through the mail delivered on the porch/Mail. I am scheduled for additional follow ups the rest of 2926 through Mental Health Services. Adrian 2 weeks ago Signature Health Agency has helped me in many ways for over a decade. Staff are very understanding and take accountability very seriously. Therapy groups and support groups are very helpful. Personally I like the art therapy group the best. The pharmacy gives clients the option of having the medicine delivered to the client address and it saves many a hassle from having to wait in line at any local pharmacy. Security guards are very professional and thankfully will handle situations. As a matter of fact, during an incident where I was verbally harassed by another visitor, the security guard on duty quickly showed him the way out. Social workers, case managers and peer support specialists that I have seen are very professional, understanding and empathetic. Aiden Egger 3 months ago I was a resident around 2022 - 2023 ish, the staff was all amazing, Big Mac as we call him is the most amazing sobriety figure to have for children, and looking back other than missing home and occasionally getting in trouble with other kids I really do miss the peace and serenity this place brought me, looking back all I could think about was going home and using, but little did I know new directions would set me up with the foundations normal life couldn’t of taught me, forever greatful, this is definitely one of the better rehabs to send a kid to, every place has ups and down and un accounted for pros and cons, if you want your child’s safety and well being guaranteed this is #1 I can’t promise they’ll fix them, but they’ll give them a chance, happily sober today after multiple slips and life changing experiences, the disease of addiction affects all aspects of life, I wouldn’t trade being sober for anything else.
