The care we received during our visit was amazing! The staff went above & beyond.. from the nurses, to housekeeping. There wasn t a single thing we ever had to ask for, and that s saying something when you re dealing with a child. Richard, our RN was so patient and sweet.. he took his time finding the best place to stick the IV so he didn't have to do it twice. Our lab tech was the same way, patient & calm & only had to stick him once.. I wish I could remember her name.. she was amazing too! Our night nurse was super sweet, and quiet. She didn t wake us a bit during the night while taking vitals, and that s saying something! Everyone was always so helpful, and super friendly throughout the hospital. We are forever grateful for the excellent care we received.

This place isn't too bad. They have a very high turnover rate as far as counselors and pharmacy techs go. Always new employees rotating in and out. The director is fair and friendly, I like her a lot. There are a few counselors that have been there for a long time though, they are awesome and for the most part always willing to help resolve an issue. I guess the biggest downside to this place is all the drama that goes down in the parking lot before the place even opens, lawd there's some crazy folks that go here!

My favorite location to dose at. The director is super nice and you can tell she cares. The receptionist is very nice and doesn t ever seem like she s upset to be at work, really welcoming. The nurses are great too but the nurse Tony is the MVP in my opinion She s always on top of things when I guest dose there and always atleast seems like she s happy to be there and to help. In my experience it s almost a thankless job and most people expect so much and can be super rude at clinics, but this clinic actually cares and does their best and you can tell.

I did treatment twice at semo. Once to get clean and once to prevent a relapse. My cooccuring councilor mr virgil and my facilitator saved my life. When leaving treatment my facilitator asked me to check out a specific type of meeting when leaving and the truly taught me how to fight within for my sobriety. Today i am 5 yrs 2 months and 19 days sober and i never went to another facility and no relapses! Hadnt they taken me serious during my cry before relapse and let me back in i wouldnt be here today! Semo saved my life!

I owe everything in my amazing new (sober) life to Reprieve! I attended their 6 month residential treatment program and then stayed for 3 more months in sober living. I knew I needed to make a change in my behaviors, as well as take time to really learn about myself through in-depth therapy in an enclosed and safe environment. The Reprieve was the perfect place for me.The staff is the highlight for me - they each challenged and supported me in their own way. They were my biggest cheerleader and most patient confidant. They were in contact with my friends and family often. They set excellent examples of what it was like to be sober and have a wonderful and fulfilled life. I am still in touch with some of them today and I know they will always have my back.I appreciated the structured schedule of our days (groups, meals at consistent times, outings in the afternoons and meetings every evening). Groups like Life Skills, DBT Skills and going through the 12 steps gave me so many tools I didn t have before. I learned how to set boundaries, manage expectations, how to ask for what you want and be true to my own specific needs.Most importantly, I learned humility. I can acknowledge when I m wrong, I can recognize when I ve pushed my energy limit, and I m able to help another person who is struggling with no intention of personal gain. To this day, my goal is to be the best, most honest and authentic version of me, Laura. Revision!After calming down I m choosing to redo my review. The lackadaisical efforts of one shouldn t reflect on the entirety of this place. Fact is this place has changed my life in a short time for the better. The medical staff is top shelf, nurses at the windows are great. The problem I had was that since starting this program I ve done everything text book as im asked when I m asked. They were short staffed due to vacation time, sick time, and in the process of hiring more staff. So I checked in with a wait time of 40 minutes 7:00 A.M. I was flagged. So I did exactly what i was told to do in the last class I attended take homes and I emailed my counselor 7:17 a.m. asking her to remove the flag so I could dose and I would make out 8:45 meeting. 8:42 am I get called to the window 1 hr and 42 min after arrivel. Window nurse says I still have my flags. I got to my 8:45 am meeting. 8:57 am door opens. I told my counselor what happened and i could only do my treatment plan if I could go from that to the dosing window immediately after because I would be late to work. I was late the day before because for the same issues with staffing I was here 2.5 hours. She said she couldn t do that. When I ve seen people walked to the front of the line by a counselor to dose for reasons out of their control causing them to miss their dose spot in line. I ve since requested a counselor change and chose to stay here. One major reason is Ms Joy helping me out and showing me the proper channels to navigate through my mishap in a calm and courteous way.OriginalThis place is garbage! Everybody s gotta go by the rules but the counselors. Be prepared to wait 2.5-3 hours every day no matter what!

Mag Creek alumni program is true evidence that treatment is not a one stop shop. It takes continual choices outside the walls of treatment to maintain lasting recovery. I am so grateful that Magnolia Creek continues to care for clients after discharge. I believe the alumni program is what sets MC apart.They allocate resources to host weekly support groups and a space for alumni to connect. I am now married and have a baby- a life I couldn t have imagined without recovery.

As a husband of someone who received treatment here I can honestly say I am very thankful for the staff that helped my wife in recovery. She quickly felt welcomed and was empowered in her recovery. Their Alumni and Family program continues the support after discharge. I have learned a great deal through the weekly virtual meetings and I know my wife also appreciates I have gained knowledge through the experience of others how to best support and validate her. It is without a doubt that receiving treatment and continued therapy at Magnolia Creek our marriage has benefitted.

The Staff and facility at this location are great. However, because the call center is underfunded and non-existent you will not be able to communicate with the great healthcare workers here. If you want the patient advocate, pharmacy or any other service within a 24 hour period, I recommend calling the Veteran suicide hotline and asking for them by name. If you are lucky enough to know the direct line for the patient advocate, they may be able to help. If you call the central phone line, be prepared to not be successfully connected to any department. I would love to discuss this matter with any upper level staff of the hospital. Oh wait, you can t reach their offices.

I came here needing a real change and that's what I got. The program is definitely tough but sometimes that's what you need to break old habits. It’s pretty structured, with a lot of discipline and no shortcuts allowed. What really stood out to me was how much they lean on the Bible and its teachings. It’s a big part of the healing here. I do wish I’d had a little more access to my kids or family during the program, but I get that they want you to stay focused on the program. It’s definitely not fancy but it’s a genuine place and they really help you. I’m grateful for the help I got to get started in recovery.

VA Hospital on Chantilly set me up for three test prior to my physical the following week. I chose to go to the VA Hopital on Perry Hill Road since I knew they had very good breakfasts there. The service and professionalism was absolutely great! I arrived at the lab for bloodwork, EKG, and chest exray about a few minutes before 7 a.m. By 7:33, I was done with all 3. and had a delicious omelet, grits, biscuit, and coffee. I left the hospital right at 8 a.m. Wonderful experience and treated so well by everyone I came in contact with. Thank you, Don Walker, retired MSGT, USAF.

This was the best experience, I ever had at a VA Medical Center!! The ER Doctor and nursing staff were awesome!! They did not make feel like a number. They were compassion and concern for me. Kudos to the Montgomery VA ER Department!!!
