My son has had a real battle with addiction and mental illness for the last 4 years. He finally agreed to go into another inpatient program and went to Reprieve this time. Previous rehab stints did not have much of an effect on him, and as soon as he was out, he went right back to his old habits. Reprieve was different. While he was at Reprieve, he would call me each week and tell me how he was learning about himself and different coping skills. This was not the case with other rehabs. As with any group setting, there will always be some angst when dealing with other individuals, but he managed to stay out of trouble, which was a first for him. He has been doing well since he got out, and I am learning to trust him again. For the first time in a very long time, he has a positive outlook and hope for the future. Reprieve's program works! I am very grateful he had the opportunity to go there.

I have been coming here since 2018 and have had my share of personal problems. But I ve been able to stay on and ONLY on methadone my entire time here thanks to Mr Willis and the doctors. The director Mr Willis is nothing short of a savior. I know this because I have researched how other patients are treated at other clinics around the country. The methadone subreddit r/methadone is where I ve learned a lot about the various methadone clinics and their practices. I m truly lucky to have Mr Willis as the director here.Mr Willis has single handedly kept me from going to the street on more than one occasion. I see Dr. Thakkar as my Doctor at Willowbrooke and I can t say enough positive things about her! She is awesome in so many ways, kind, caring,compassionate and so much more. I also want to say that Tinesha, one of the Medical Assistants , is so professional, courteous, caring and more than anything, she gets things done! If she says she s on it, then she s on it! Very prompt and always calls me back as soon as possible or answer s her phone when I call her and I m sure she s the same way with other patients as well. She s like a breath of fresh air and I wish there were more like her in her field. I would give ten stars to both of them if google would let me. I am a Disabled Veteran living in Carroll County and have needed mental health service and the Trinka Davis would be convenient to me. I called to schedule an appointment and was told I have to go through the Atlanta VA. The Atlanta VA line was extremely unprofessional, ghetto, and rude and the appointment time was very far out at over 6 months. I finally contacted a mental health professional who tried to encourage me to "group therapy" I told him I did not feel conformable with that. I was told that unfortunately because i did not want group therapy that for a single session I was looking at 4-6 months out. On top of that, I received a call today on 8/25/2023 to reschedule my appointment that was schedule in April of 2022. No, you did not read that incorrectly. This is the reason why my brothers and sisters are taking their own life. They can't get help! I am fortunate enough to have my own private healthcare insurance I pay for.Edit 7/10/2024:I wrote this review last year and as you can see, i was very frustrated. Trinka Davis is not to blame for the bad service, it is the Atlanta VA. I spoke with the manager Sean Seader, whom is fantastic individual beyond words and am changing my review from one star to five, solely based on Sean. The Atlanta VA has been awful and giving me the run-around seeking care. I reached out to Sean and the next day had two appointments lined up. Thank you for caring for fellow Vets, Sean.

I recently had an unexpected lithotripsy procedure at RMC after being diagnosed with a kidney stone, and I couldn t have asked for better care. From the moment I arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported. The shuttle driver who saw me struggling, the admissions team, pre-op nurses, anesthesiologists, surgical staff, recovery nurse, and the nurse who wheeled me out to go home all were incredibly attentive and compassionate. I m truly grateful to have such high-quality care right here in Calhoun County.

My daughter had a same day surgery today at Rmc very skeptical because of the current reviews I ve seen plus my father passed away at this hospital 7 years ago(no fault on the facility) but it was very pleasant. Staff was GREAT!!!!! Very informative, friendly and considerate! No issues with cleanliness, No issues at ALL!Everybody experience is different and people don t give good ones enough. As a parent I would like to say THANK YOU SO much for caring for my child, keeping me informed and just making this experience as smooth as possible!!!!! My fianc currently does not have insurance and is unemployed at this time. I called Pathways on Monday and asked if they saw patients without insurance and the girl, her name was Ashley I believe, was very helpful and let me know that they do see patients without insurance and walked me through how to get him in. We went to the Department of Labor on Monday and got his income verification, then went to Pathways Tuesday morning early as a walk-in because that s what you have to do to be seen for free. We got lucky and he was seen within 30 minutes of getting there! Every person that works there was pleasant and friendly. The staff at the front were friendly to every patient that came in, and they actually seemed to enjoy their jobs, and truly care about making sure patients got the help they need. I heard them communicate with people over the phone as well, and they were friendly and helpful.
