Our family has had a great experience at Grace Harbour over the past few months. My child has seen both the psychiatrist and two of the therapists, who have all been wonderful. They are caring, warm, and truly want what’s best for their patients. Would highly recommend!

This AMAZING place is honestly the best of all, hands down. From the doctor, director Jennifer, miss Holly amazing nurses especially Yolanda, and many more especially when you are recovering in recovery the amazing counselor's , such as sweet, caring, and supportive while REALLY LISTENING AND KEEPING IT REAL and making you feel comfortable and in a safe place is just a big perk in recovery. Counselor/therapist Ames. Adrienne has really helped me with so much. But I do want anyone who is reading this that knows someone or if you are struggling with addiction and ready to live a good life if you are scared to do it cold turkey or don't have the support or financial to pay for rehab or detox and all that this is the best place to do it and recovery can happen in all different forms cold turkey clinics Suboxone and it doesn't matter what you do as long as you do it and make a difference in your life and better yourself but this is the place to go and is a great option if you're open to it and ready to do it just make sure you're open ready and you want it and I encourage you that this clinic is the clinic for you or anyone if you know anyone struggling . Update: Mrs.Julie was very nice an compassionate with my concerns on the previous issues with Medical Records and Scheduling earlier. She was able to answer questions and give me the proper procedures for appointments an why things were not right. Emily in Medical Records Was effective an kind an also informative, our call did get disconnected due to being misidentified as a VotersElection service for Donald Trumps campaign , that’s why it’s been hard to communicate with me . I have a new phone and email so hopefully this will resolve communication issues. I apologize for being rude due to the situation with politics . Was denied access to my Therapist Kasim Reed an My Nurse Assessment Appointment With Nurse Kristy an Access to Speaking To Dr.Pandya as well as the Ombusdman an Supervisor for this location. Also Denied Services at The Circle as well an to speak to Intesive Casemanagement an housing. Received this while at wellstar the other day

Finally I got great assistance from Dr.Lisa Thompson who gave me the proper information that I was missing from Dr.Kassim Reed . All I want moving forward is the services provided . I look forward to nice interaction during orientation so I can have appointments with Dr.Pandya and See Caleb Williams for counseling yes thank you all for being a friend . Everything is amazing at Highland Rivers even for substance abuse counseling which I do want just as preventative measures .

Met some good people at the circle, both people getting help and the group leaders. They used to have a good community and everyone was cool with each other and you could get help with mental illness. They even had a person make eggs, pancakes, bacon and coffee in the morning that you could pay for and they even provided a lunch too. I guess funding for The Circle has gone down and it's not the same. Way less people now.

Do they still have this program?? I called an no one seems to know. Years ago it was a great program

I love this place!! The doctor's are great and the service is pleasant! They really really do all they can to help.

I have been with them for years now and I am very happy with Premiere. I have the best Dr, the therapists are great, the nurse and the office manager. Really I should have summed it up with I love the entire staff. Always quick to return calls or emails. Highly recommend them and think you would be happy as well with their help!

Ignore every negative review here. I was here for 5 days and everyone was absolutely amazing. I have never met more compassionate and kind people in my life. Everyone here is here because they have a heart for people who are suffering. They treated me like a human being and were more than willing to help me through one of the most difficult times in my whole life. If you need help, I highly recommend coming here. Thank God for Highland Rivers and their amazing staff.

U just came from California. A week beforeI went to soul changers 3 half years ago I walked in there on my own no court order just wanted a change my lifen wanting to be clean tiered and has my life been at its best every since i only went there 3 months the name SOUL CHANGERS that is definitely what it is soul chaher the time I was there I learned so much about myself since i been there I have not been without a job it tought me so much i learned a lot about God andim stil in church today i cant even explain and put this in the right words but I reximemd soul changers Michelle Jerry and Kiesha to anybody that really want a chiange get get it together
