I have nothing but respect for the staff at the Wytheville office. I've been coming to this office for a little over a yr now and can truly say they have been a major part of my positive recovery. The ladies at front desk are the best. They have gone out of there way to address any and all issues I throw at them, thank yall for that. Like the other post said, it's not your standard cash and grab rehab station. And I've had my experience with a few of them. I really look forward to going to the office. There is so much more I could say about this team, but that's between us. Go on and make the step to reclaim your life, and you will then know what I mean.

For all your behavior health needs. They also have a food box outside available 24/7. Take what you need donate what you can.

I was here in the early 2000s I really liked the place there were. Two staff members who went above and beyond to help Juanita who I learned retired and Yvette.

The staff where very understanding and alot of people dont understand they cant break there rules or they get fired they are they to watch over u and make sure your not harming yourself or somone else. They are not therapist. So they are not there to listen to your problems. I was there for a month straight and watched how they treated people. And no if you sign yourself in there is certain criteria u have to meet before u go home. And if said person was to read the paperwork they would be aware of that. You get fed, showers,clothes and help. So to leave bad reviews when half of the people came from worse situations if un needed

Genuinely helped me so damn much, the doctor listened, the staff listened. I really loved this place, I would've given 5 stars but they didn't give me back some stuff a pair of pants And a whole bunch of freshly refilled medication And the place is insanely understaffed. But overall, I reccomend this place!! (especially loved the point system and loved snack cart)

The folks at MYA are a caring group of individuals who are faced with very difficult circumstances working with our young to help them find their individual path to freedom and success. My daughter was troubled and uncertain and MYA played a huge role in helping her find alternative solutions to expressing her frustrations. We still have a long way to go and MYA helped put us on the right path. Thank you.

No parent ever wants to have to go through admitting their child to a residential treatment program. Especially one hours away. Today may be the first day, but when I say Willie Wolfe was absolutely amazing, kind, honest, understanding, non judgemental from the first phone call a week ago all the way through the admissions process. The people we interacted with was amazing and got it. The NP got it. He was so knowledgeable and understood what we have been saying for a while now. For the first time in the 2 years we have been trying to get our son help that I didnt feel like I was being judged and criticized or like I was exaggerating my child's behavior or like I am crazy. For the first time, I feel validated as a concerned parent who wants her 8 yr old to be ok. For the first time, I feel heard. The facility is clean and amazing and SAFE! As a parent in this situation and leaving their child several hours away, I feel as good as I possibly can right now.

I came here about half a year ago because I was in dcs custody, I didn't like it at first but the staff were cool and the other kids were... interesting, I had fun times there and made some friends, and I was sad and happy to leave, and now I'm making a review to say that this was overall a great place and it helped me become better, 8/10 would recommend

Great place for any kind of addiction treatment and people to talk to. Amazing case workers especially Cassandra Tidwell. Very patient staff. Now to visit Stella Parton
