I came to Springwoods Behavioral Health very reluctantly and I was hotter than A Weld Bead & felt very forced to sign myself in. I decided This Is The Last Effort I will make to get Over “My Issues”. The first day I stonewalled everyone & Felt Betrayed & Alone. After no sleep that night I was Tired, Hangary, Cranky & Still Mad! I Prayed Right Off as I Knew Jesus Could Calm Me Down and He Did😇I got to thinking I may as well Pay Attention and Be Me & Not Angry but Happy & Joyful! The first lesson Ted Presented Us was Direct, To The Point and Very Positive. It Really Got My Attention and I Bought into The Program. I paid attention and really enjoyed the support that was offered by Everyone. Love is In The Air Here❤️It was a bit sad for me to leave. I am a better person because of These People Who Go All Out To Help So Many. You Can’t Buy Happiness but You Can Learn How To Be Happy. It Rubs Off on the People who’s Company You Keep & They Become Happier. A Small Act of Kindness Has A Ripple Affect & becomes Huge. If you think you don’t need to be here Step to The Front ‘ Be Next in Line As We All Need A little help with The Big Things. I am Forever Great full And Will Never Ever Forget Y’all !!! My adult son was having a MH crisis and was taken to Springwoods adult unit. If you've never had to deal with anything like this, it can be a scary ordeal. Thank God he was taken to Springwoods. I've heard so many good things about the staff and doctors there. I havnt been there, but they took such good care of my son. I actually got my old son back. Life throws you some unexpected things once in a while. KK and I are so grateful for these kind people. I know they see a lot and my son is just one more person in a MH crisis in this country, but he was treated like an individual, with respect. Thank you all

I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I am forever grateful of Piney Ridge and I would highly recommend other states to look into sending kids to this program if need be.

I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours. We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them. Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills. We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family. I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions. These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

I love this place i was a resident at PRTC from 9/29/22-6/30/23 I had a great expierence here and learning new thing the staff is so supportive i appreciate every staff on the girls unit(East) and my therapist(best therapist i have ever had) Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with. I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th. I want to thank Cherokee nation, DR. Drywater, the nurses in the ER, and case managers Morgan, jasmine.They all have been so incredible since my recent diagnosis. I am so grateful for my tribe! They have been calling almost every day and are making sure I’m getting the best treatment possible! You all deserve to be recognized

Best most through eye exam I have ever had and I've been in glasses since I was 10. So relaxing I was falling asleep. The most helpful when picking out frames. I got down many frames and they didn't even seem to mind, super nice and helpful. They called yesterday to tell me my glasses are in. 12 days. Far cry from 6- 8 weeks!!! They got their ducks in a row. Can't wait to pick them up my new glasses with the no glare tint and anti-scratch coating.

I love this clinic! Dr Kirk is the most caring doctor I have ever had anywhere. The dentist department is super also. Kory Andrews is the best! My teeth always feel so clean after being cleaned by her. Thank you to the entire facility!

I moved to GROVE in November and did not establish a primary care yet, but I was sick about three weeks ago with whatever it is it’s going around. I called the VINITA clinic sincr they’re larger. They said they had no idea if they could get me in even though I would come as a walk-in, they said they usually just take established patients Which can take a month or more. I call Jay. They got me right in that day. The doctor I saw was wonderful. He acted like he had all the time in the world. He explained things really well and I probably did not have to wait over 10 minutes to see him
