My adult son was having a MH crisis and was taken to Springwoods adult unit. If you've never had to deal with anything like this, it can be a scary ordeal. Thank God he was taken to Springwoods. I've heard so many good things about the staff and doctors there. I havnt been there, but they took such good care of my son. I actually got my old son back. Life throws you some unexpected things once in a while. KK and I are so grateful for these kind people. I know they see a lot and my son is just one more person in a MH crisis in this country, but he was treated like an individual, with respect. Thank you all

First off I’d like to say this mental hospital absolutely saved my life. The staff were AMAZING and helped me through the darkest point of my life. The food was great. I made a lot of friends there which helped incredibly with my social anxiety. I got on meds after finally figuring out what’s wrong with me. Literally no complaints other than the fact that I was cold all the time which they literally gave me a free hoodie for 🥺. I could not ever thank yall enough for the help I received here. I felt more at home here than at my own house. If I ever need mental health support again I will be back here.

I completed their neurofeedback program in 2017 with INPS. It was absolutely amazing for my anxiety and sleep. I had tried many things for years without resolving the issues and neurofeedback resolved it completely. Life changing and could not recommend them enough. You've got to stick with it and go through the whole program - don't give up after a few sessions.
There seem to be a lot of complaints about insurance, billing, or paperwork issues in many of the other reviews. I, personally, didn't experience any of that. Everyone was very nice and professional with clear communication along the way.

Last March I was in a MVA and had a TBI. After months of looking, providers slapping mental health diagnosis on me, and medications that weren’t helping. I finally found Dr. Ann. She understood what I was experiencing and got me the help I needed. I am now off all medication and improving everyday. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for someone who will listen, understand and provide results.

I've been to 7 rehabs in my life and this is the best one. Everybody was cool and knowledgeable especially Tommy and Dylan my only problem was the detox center lost some of my belongings and made no effort to find them or reimburse me for my loss. Other than that it was great. I would like to add the Wes was the house manager of the sober living place I stayed at he was awesome. Super supportive and understanding. He made me feel at home and always had an open ear or a shoulder to cry on. He's nonjudgmental and forgiving. He set a good example for me and the men there

Here at TSR the employees are exceptional from the intake personnel Hailey, speakers Alyssa and Dick, and CIT’s Dylan and Tommy. I recommend this rehab to anyone who is serious in sobriety. The information that was given was so inspiring. Dylan and Tommy are awesome in giving true knowledge of the topic as well as provide so many ways to accomplish sobriety. Eagle Crest is the best Rehabilitation Center I've ever been to. I've been to multiple different programs throughout the state of Arkansas but never to one like this. They aren't state-funded or accept money from outside entities so they're capable of doing things their own way. They don't push any 12 steps or religious approaches on you. You have the freedom to do recovery the way it works for you. If you're looking for somewhere to get your head on straight and get your act right well being treated with genuine respect then this is the place to go. They feed you quality meals and snacks are in abundance. Trips to the grocery store once a week to get luxuries but necessities are supplied on site. The medical staff is experienced and knows how to handle situations like ours efficiently. I recommend this place 100% and God forbid if I relapse this is the only place I'm returning to. I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I am forever grateful of Piney Ridge and I would highly recommend other states to look into sending kids to this program if need be.

I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours.
We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them.
Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills.
We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family.
I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions.
These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with.
I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th.

Jack Brown Center helps Native American juveniles to stop an active addiction while learning to live and cope without the source for the addiction. The staff that was there during my stay was an exceptional group of people. A day is always busy with a large variety of activities such as basketball, kickball, weight lifting, trust fall, disc golf, 12 step meeting's, chess, billiards, Native American chants, going in a Cherokee(I think) sweat lodge, help cooking meals once earned, learning to sew, and my favorite game we referred to as, hoccer, which involved a massive 5' or 6' yoga like ball. At the time I didn't always see it, but the rules were reasonable and helpful such as room had to stay clean, bed was made daily and one form of discipline for breaking rules was to write out a given sentence about the infraction many times. I was even allowed to paint the Choctaw nation seal on the wall while there, although my time was done before I was able to finish so hopefully someone else did. This changed my life drastically and I am always thankful for my experience at the Jack Brown Center!

After being denied to be seen after I was transferred from Choctaw nation and having my role number, the lady in dental refused to let me go to the appointment that I made because I didn’t have a physical card on me. I’m not going to lie, I was so mad I was in tears after waiting over a month for the appt. and being in pain (wisdom teeth need to be removed). The blonde lady at the front desk of admin was super kind and led me to Jennifer. She pulled every string she could to try to help me and even tried getting me seen via emergency but time was of essence. I don’t want to return to their dental due to the attitude from the lady working the desk, but unfortunately I have to due to living in this region. So for dental, 0/5. Jennifer and the ladies in admin, 10/5.

I have always had great service but this morning going in at 4 o’clock in the morning for mild hives. They were so understanding and they got right on it. I wasn’t in there no longer than 30 minutes. I had an injury and went in thinking I broke a bone or worse. Everyone was very friendly. The doctor was quick, friendly and compassionate. Nurse Melissa was very attentive and kind. She made me less nervous about the pain and explained everything really well. Compassionate care is very important when you’re experiencing any type of emergency and I am thankful for the care I received.

Best most through eye exam I have ever had and I've been in glasses since I was 10. So relaxing I was falling asleep. The most helpful when picking out frames. I got down many frames and they didn't even seem to mind, super nice and helpful. They called yesterday to tell me my glasses are in. 12 days. Far cry from 6- 8 weeks!!! They got their ducks in a row. Can't wait to pick them up my new glasses with the no glare tint and anti-scratch coating.

I love this clinic! Dr Kirk is the most caring doctor I have ever had anywhere. The dentist department is super also. Kory Andrews is the best! My teeth always feel so clean after being cleaned by her. Thank you to the entire facility!

I moved to GROVE in November and did not establish a primary care yet, but I was sick about three weeks ago with whatever it is it’s going around. I called the VINITA clinic sincr they’re larger. They said they had no idea if they could get me in even though I would come as a walk-in, they said they usually just take established patients Which can take a month or more. I call Jay. They got me right in that day. The doctor I saw was wonderful. He acted like he had all the time in the world. He explained things really well and I probably did not have to wait over 10 minutes to see him
