I have an amazing doctor, Dr. Morgan. My other specialists are wonderful, too. No one has been disrespectful or nasty to me, unlike hospitals in Decatur, Il, where I was treated like crap and nearly died due to incompetence there. I worried about getting VA care again, but I feel really great about the Fayetteville VA.

I was a patient here when I was 15. My experience here changed me and showed me that life is so much more than just having your mind consumed by thoughts. this place has amazing staff with the most calming tones and the kindest care, providing optional snacks and music if asked. I would admit myself again anytime I feel an episode happening, I would feel safe and comfortable. They do try to put you on a medication for some reason every time you go but if you say you are better without and can prove that then i’m sure they wouldn’t force anything on you. They focus on helping troubled people adjust to everyday life!

I was fortunate enough to be admitted to Springwoods for a detox several years ago. It ended up being the initial catalyst that changed my path in life for the better, which continues to this day. I completed their neurofeedback program in 2017 with INPS. It was absolutely amazing for my anxiety and sleep. I had tried many things for years without resolving the issues and neurofeedback resolved it completely. Life changing and could not recommend them enough. You've got to stick with it and go through the whole program - don't give up after a few sessions. There seem to be a lot of complaints about insurance, billing, or paperwork issues in many of the other reviews. I, personally, didn't experience any of that. Everyone was very nice and professional with clear communication along the way.

This place is awesome! Their treatments have changed my child's life and I highly recommend them. Dr Stevens and her staff are doing great work and have expanded to Bentonville so more people can experience this healing process. Thanks to everyone at both the Fayetteville and Bentonville locations!

Last March I was in a MVA and had a TBI. After months of looking, providers slapping mental health diagnosis on me, and medications that weren’t helping. I finally found Dr. Ann. She understood what I was experiencing and got me the help I needed. I am now off all medication and improving everyday. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for someone who will listen, understand and provide results.

I've been to 7 rehabs in my life and this is the best one. Everybody was cool and knowledgeable especially Tommy and Dylan my only problem was the detox center lost some of my belongings and made no effort to find them or reimburse me for my loss. Other than that it was great. I would like to add the Wes was the house manager of the sober living place I stayed at he was awesome. Super supportive and understanding. He made me feel at home and always had an open ear or a shoulder to cry on. He's nonjudgmental and forgiving. He set a good example for me and the men there

Here at TSR the employees are exceptional from the intake personnel Hailey, speakers Alyssa and Dick, and CIT’s Dylan and Tommy. I recommend this rehab to anyone who is serious in sobriety. The information that was given was so inspiring. Dylan and Tommy are awesome in giving true knowledge of the topic as well as provide so many ways to accomplish sobriety. True Self Recovery has led me to understand the true meaning of serenity.

I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I am forever grateful of Piney Ridge and I would highly recommend other states to look into sending kids to this program if need be.

I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours. We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them. Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills. We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family. I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions. These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

I love this place i was a resident at PRTC from 9/29/22-6/30/23 I had a great expierence here and learning new thing the staff is so supportive i appreciate every staff on the girls unit(East) and my therapist(best therapist i have ever had) Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with. I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th. They are very good there and the whole facility was very clean and up to date on the equipment they use for helping to diagnose patients! The decor is amazingly beautiful! It all looked amazing to me! Here is what I don’t understand…why are they building a whole new hospital when it’s not really needed? I don’t know but, I think, now this is only my opinion is that: if they didn’t build a new hospital at all, those thousands of dollars could be put toward our elderly who live on $500.or $600. a month I’m sure many of them could use the help, some of our homeless vets who literally have nothing, building new homes for our people! That’s just only a few things all that money could go towards! Like I said, this is only one persons opinion! ♥️

Absolutely wonderful experience with Leslie Hughes and her nurse (cannot remember her name im sorry) very thoughtful, thorough, warm, professional. The woman who did my labs also was awesome. Thank you! I need to add that Redbird dental clinic is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Beavers and also the dentist i usually see (young woman with red hair) are so professional and kind and extremely good at what they do. Best most through eye exam I have ever had and I've been in glasses since I was 10. So relaxing I was falling asleep. The most helpful when picking out frames. I got down many frames and they didn't even seem to mind, super nice and helpful. They called yesterday to tell me my glasses are in. 12 days. Far cry from 6- 8 weeks!!! I moved to GROVE in November and did not establish a primary care yet, but I was sick about three weeks ago with whatever it is it’s going around. I called the VINITA clinic sincr they’re larger. They said they had no idea if they could get me in even though I would come as a walk-in, they said they usually just take established patients Which can take a month or more. I call Jay. They got me right in that day. The doctor I saw was wonderful. He acted like he had all the time in the world. He explained things really well and I probably did not have to wait over 10 minutes to see him

Jack Brown Center helps Native American juveniles to stop an active addiction while learning to live and cope without the source for the addiction. The staff that was there during my stay was an exceptional group of people. A day is always busy with a large variety of activities such as basketball, kickball, weight lifting, trust fall, disc golf, 12 step meeting's, chess, billiards, Native American chants, going in a Cherokee(I think) sweat lodge, help cooking meals once earned, learning to sew, and my favorite game we referred to as, hoccer, which involved a massive 5' or 6' yoga like ball. At the time I didn't always see it, but the rules were reasonable and helpful such as room had to stay clean, bed was made daily and one form of discipline for breaking rules was to write out a given sentence about the infraction many times. I was even allowed to paint the Choctaw nation seal on the wall while there, although my time was done before I was able to finish so hopefully someone else did. This changed my life drastically and I am always thankful for my experience at the Jack Brown Center!
