This is an outpatient behavioral healthcare clinic that specializes in providing treatment services to men and women who are struggling with an opioid use disorder. I have been coming here for over 15 years and would tell anyone struggling with opioid addiction that there is a place where you can find help and never have to suffer from debilitating pains in agony because your body is going thru withdraw and you will never have to suffer in silence trying to hide from your addiction that is always going to catch up with you so if your ready to free yourself from burden of having to chase pills and always wandering if you'll have enough to make it thru another day just hoping you can find someone who has some thing to stop those withdraws this is the place for you to find what your looking for. Methadone treatment saved my life and don't listen to what anyone tells you or what you may have heard about methadone treatment just make the call and come talk to one of the counselors to get the facts and then give it a chance because they don't expect anyone to be cured overnight but they can offer the support and start you on medication and give you more the next day and keep sticking to that plan to show up everyday youll keep getting a little bit more everyday by the end of your first week you will start to feel so much better by end of week 2 you'll be able to get a good night's rest 3rd week you won't worry because the withdraws will subside by week 4 you'll still be raising your dose but withdraws will be gone but you may still have cravings or you may not need to raise your dose any higher but whatever the case they will give you everything you need to get you drug free until you have no more cravings and you will soon wander why you waited so long to start treatment. Whatever excuses you have not to start or keep going back they can help with getting rides , filling application for access if you need help paying or can't pay they have lots of programs that might qualify you for help to get started on treatment so give them a call , you won't regret it and privacy for patience is a top priority so if your worried someone might find out like an employer or family member they do not and will not ever acknowledge if someone is or is not a patient so they can protect every person who walks thru their doors from having to worry about the choice to come there and consequences of someone finding out they make every patient sign a non disclosure agreement so if someone you know happens to show up one Day they are banned from exposing any person or patient or even talking about seeing someone while they are there for treatment so it's very discreet and you need to take a chance make the call and get your life back on track because your never to old to learn something new like how to live your life sober and happy so they will give you the tools you will need to succeed and I hope if I can convince just one person to try then these words will have been worth all it took to get them somewhere to let someone find them and if I save just one person that's enough for me and I hope to see you there one day

This place doesn’t make you feel worthless because of the reason you are here. They extend more than just help with drugs. They’re sincere and human and my counselor Marne is amazing and a wonderful woman. She has definitely been in my life and has made such a huge difference in my recovery from prescription pain meds to now Suboxone. This is going to be my sixth year in recovery. Highly recommend this place.

I have been coming to ITS in mesa for almost 2 years and this place has been so important to my sobriety! Every single staff member there has gone ABOVE and beyond to make sure I get the services that I need. When I was having issues with my insurance and thought I couldn't continue treatment, Kanoi reached out and made sure to figure out a way so that I could stay. Tammy is amazing as well, so helpful, kind and keeps this office running smooth and so much more. Monica is so sweet, and genuinely cares about all of the patients that come here..the doctors are all so great and the peer support/counseling staff is so relatable and easy to talk to (especially Celeste, love her!) Not one person here has ever made me feel bad about being in recovery, so uplifting and encouraging I would 10/10 recommend anybody struggling with addiction go here to start their recovery journey!

I have been to one other clinic but by far ITS is so much better. Kanoe the peer support is so extremely helpful, she is so friendly and always reaching out to see if there is anything I need. My daughter is with me each time and I was always nervous she would be exposed to things if I brought her with to the clinic but she LOVES tagging along. Everyone works so hard to make sure you're feeling supported. I found sobriety again because of ITS. Thank you to all of the staff, especially Kanoe, Celeste and Monica for making this experience so positive.

One year and one day ago I walked through Soba's doors and took back control of my life. Yes, they saved my life, but they did so much more than that! They started me on a healing path for my mind, body, and soul. 24 hour care for physical health, access to therapists and psychiatrists, yoga, meditation, and equally important: caring individuals to guide me through this journey. Their staff isn't just there to collect a paycheck. They have all been where I have been, survived it, and demonstrate unmatched passion in truly helping people to fight this disease. The staff is second to none. Besides the amazing care I received, I was also elated to be able to conduct personal business whenever the need arised. I had my phone, tablet, and laptop 24/7. This allowed me to stay in touch with work, pay bills, and update my family. It ensured a smooth and comfortable transition back home when my treatment was completed. Not only do I owe my life to Soba, but I owe my quality of life to them as well. One year sober down and a new life worth living! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Soba!! UPDATE: 3 years sober! It works if you work it! Keep going

I've had two kids go to Anasazi for different reasons but life changing for both of them. A son 4 years ago, and a daughter who completed the program just a few days ago. Anasazi stands above all other wilderness survival programs because of their "walking as we" approach. When my daughter walked "ran away" from her group, the leaders went with her and walked alongside her to support her in her anxiety. No pressure, no conflict, just love and support. She chose to come back to the group and we picked her up 7 weeks later (last weekend) with a resilience in her eyes I've never seen before. If you are questioning your decision to send your child to Anasazi, don't. It's for teens and adults of most every level of struggling. As a mom of 2 young walkers, please feel free to message me through FB anytime. My name is Carrie Burdick Rice. I am an open book and willing to share my experience freely.

The Anasazi way has brought hope to our family. We were struggling to keep our daughter safe before we decided to take her to the Anasazi to walk the trail. The lessons both she and we learned through the journey has helped us turn our hearts to trying to walk together. Things are not perfect, but we are in a much better place thanks to the Anasazi Foundation. I highly recommend them.

Anasazi was instrumental in helping our son. We'd tried many counselors, two different IOP's in combination with different prescriptions but he was only getting worse and more distant, and finding ways to self medicate which was severely effecting his health. We started looking for an inpatient program but found Anasazi. Their unique program of learning with natural consequences helped him find himself again. He learned many valuable lessons from the trail that gave him hope and direction. The trail walkers are amazing, were able to guide him and took good care of him. He met with a counselor once a week out on the trail to talk through things in his life and set future goals. The same counselor then met with us on a later day to keep us informed of his progress and help us with our training as well. As parents we went through valuable training to help foster a loving family relationship so we can continue to support him at home. The program didn't end when he returned home. Training and resources for parents continued so we can continue to be supported in our efforts and get help as we run into challenges or set backs. He also has resources available to him anytime he feels he needs the additional support. I wish programs like Anasazi could be available to anyone who needed it.

The ASAP program was absolutely life changing for us, my husband and I thought it was so beneficial. It helped us get through a really tough time and gave us tools to better navigate a situation we never dreamed we would be in. Our daughter came out of a 30 day residential treatment program into ASAP, it was exactly the accountability she needed to stay the course to becoming clean and staying clean. The therapists were really great and the tools and content taught in the program were a game changer for us. ASAP definitely enlightened us on boundaries and the ways we were enabling some of the behaviors unintentionally, we are so grateful for that. While she might never admit it helped save her life, we know it did.

This place saved my life. Be forever grateful for it …No, I mean YOU should be EXTREMELY grateful for it! EXCELLENT STAFF GOOD PEOPLE! I have referred at least 100 people to Crossroads. Probably 10 went. Out of that 10, I betcha 10 of them are still sober! They taught me how to deal with things without getting loaded. I lost everything I owned and instead of dwelling on that they taught me coping skills and I’ve successfully completed and I’m off probation now. I would love to work there so I could help the next generation stay sober. God bless America peace on earth and Goodwill toward all of ManKind. We’re all gonna be alright.

I went there on Thanksgiving week of 1998 for 6 months. It was chaotic, management didn't know how to care for the houses they had at the time when I was there. They had nine houses and ready to open another house. Administration pick me & two other people to open. The other two was racist. One was white the other one was black. The black guy was scared so he did everything they ask. I ask management to move me out of the house. They said no, So I left. This program is to saving life. But at the time I was there it was a joke. I remember wake up ever time at 5:00 AM to grab my coffee. for that day. I just hope everything changes for the good of God 🙏 Amen

I visit here with my fiance he's been on and off coming to this location struggling with his addiction. Luckily I was able to get mine under control but as for him who still gets easily tempted.. this place is crowded sometimes during late mornings and people easily make drug deals right in front of recovering addicts. Please switch chairs around how they were facing forward towards the desks at one point and make sure people are not crowding on the walkways ect. Because it is triggering for people still struggling with addiction currently 🙏 especially asking if they have some to go walk anf smoke out in their cars... also maybe no purses in the bathroom if they place hooks on the outside door in front of the nurses to monitor. Because people WILL do FENTANYL in the restroom.. I've smelt it. Other than that. Staff are always nice even to me as im not a patient here 🙏

Have been coming to CMS for a little over 4yrs now, and can quite honestly say these folks brought my life back. From Kurt, to Jon, Sandy, and as of recently Ryan. I've never missed a day, and have never failed a UA. There was no need to return to my old ways. Recently I had my first, and hopefully only hiccup in the system. It forced me up the chain of command, and a gentleman named Ryan cleared the concern up. I'm so.very grateful for him swingin the bat for me, and resolving a potentially huge problem. Never once have I been treated lower than, and made me feel like I was an ordinary guy who hit a bump in the road. Couldn't be more thankful for Ryan and the team. They're true professionals, that can see thru the BS, and help where help is needed. Thank you CMS for giving me the tools to get my life back where it belonged, and for continuing to help in a judgement free manner 👍👍👍

I came in March of 2025 at the lowest point of my life. I had lost rights to seeing my daughter and was out of hope. Fast forward to now I have my life back completely and my daughter is a regular part of my life again. Through medication management, individual therapy and 12 step meetings my life is the best it has ever been. I completed the entirety of the program and would recommend Revive to anyone struggling with addiction and mental health. Brayden and Addison are the best! Give yourself a chance, hope is never lost.

It's funny, I read all the negative comments about this place; "It's the worst of the worst," or "It's run by people who take your money and steal your things." There are plenty more, I'm sure. But listing every grievance would take up multiple paragraphs. But then I think to myself, "It sounds like a bunch of ex-residents weren't happy about being told what to do and left, so they're saying anything to deter someone from getting help." I know because I used to be a resident. I first came into contact with TLC when I was homeless and on crystal meth; I was 130 pounds and sucked up. Along with my weight I was losing my sanity, as well. I came to the Mac House in the early 2000's and they accepted me with no money, only a chance to get clean. I am grateful I did because this year I will have 20 years of sobriety, something I could have never done without the help of this place. Ignore the negative comments. Sure, it's not a five-star resort or one of those treatment centers where they give foot massages and pampered restrictions. But it's a place to gain your sanity back, if you want it.

OMG! The review process for rehab centers should be banned! Most of us addicts are isolated and we like to self destruct and blame others. I call this denial, delusion and refusing to take control of my recovery. Ive been there 3 times in 55 years. Community Bridges is a first step in recovery and it is not some medical place that is expected to show fake empathy and love and provide a much needed vacation. Think of it has a place of freedom that is not brutal like jail where you are going to head to sooner or later. I speak from experience and i have nothing but 100% postive feedback for Community Bridges. If your life is unmanageable because of your addictions and/or mental disorders and your bank account is at 0 and you have no insurance then try and find gratitude and acceptance because Community Bridges saved my life from longer term Jail time and death.

Monument Recovery is a treatment center that is driven by the belief that everyone deserves a chance to reclaim their life from the grips of addiction. Our “why” is to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals struggling with substance abuse can find the tools they need to achieve lasting recovery. Monument Recovery is a treat
It’s been six months now since I had The last drink I ever take. Monument Recovery was where it all began. From the time I walked in the doors, they were loving and compassionate. Waking up every morning to a head chef Preparing whatever I wanted To friendly staff who would Embrace me as family and not as a client passing through. Their approach to Recovery allowed me to heal. It wasn’t all about the AA program Or a forceful approach to the 12 step program Which, in my opinion doesn’t always work As it only has about a 7% success rate. Monument Recovery’s approach offered multiple different varieties of recovery options such as CBT and DBT therapy. The private counseling that you get is amazing. It's been almost a year since I had the privilege of meeting the beautiful people at Monument. I had completely lost control of my life and was about to loose everything and I knew I needed help. Out of all of the facilities I called that night, JP was the only dude that took time to make me feel like person and not a number. I had no idea what to expect but when I showed up, I immediately knew I made the right choice. Thank you Greg, shout out to the Stine... changed my life forever

Such a comforting place. Receptionists are willing and able to answer any questions you may have. Always prompt in returning phone calls. If I need help again (I hope not!), I won't go to another place other than here.

Archways management and staff has been an instrumental part of my recovery. I am extremely GRATEFUL for Mike in giving me the opportunity to move into the womens house over a year ago and maintaining my sobriety. I would definitely recommend and encourage people that want to get sober to move into an Archways sober living house. It has been one of the greatest gifts and I am grateful for it.

Great place to go if you want to turn your life around. Mike and other staff are very friendly and happy to work with you. I would definitely recommend Archways to anybody looking to get their life together. There are three men's houses and one women's house so they have plenty of space. The houses are all very nice and spacious. Also they are certified by the Arizona Recovery Housing Association, so it really is a solid place. Overall, it's a great place with great staff and I had a great experience.

Archways sober living is an amazing place to get sober. Mike gave me a chance when no one else would. I was given strong direction and got involved with a 12 step program. I wouldn't have the life I do today without Archways. I'll always be grateful to Mike and the rest of the staff!

I’ve been coming to Southwest Behavioral & Health Services for the past 5 years and I’m very happy and satisfied with this place! I have Autism and I have never had anyone here treat me poorly, unkindly or like I’m a bother or burden, unlike other places I’ve gone to before that only seem to care about their bottom line. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with ANY medical professional has been with Dr. Ramses. Dr. Ramses is very kind, professional, understanding and knowledgeable. He actually cares. He takes the time to listen to me, and explain the possible options and medication for my condition and treatment. I truly feel like I’m in good hands with him and so are you!

They are very helpful and love attending groups here. I don’t understand the negative reviews. In all reality people who have negative to say are not taking their own self accountable for why they are needing help in the first place. Accept help and get some guidance and put your ego aside and don’t forget the high amount of volume in patients they get. I thank terros for the help they given me and continue to do so.

I have been a patient with Terros for 12 years. I currently see Danielle who has assisted me in managing my mental health and more. I have been here for 12 years because of the amazing understanding of the staff. So many people leave bad reviews because they don't want to take accountable or they think they are the only patients that need care. If you make your appointments and show up on time and follow your treatment or care plan things will be great. I've only made great progress and have been well maintained medication wise for 3 years with minimal adjustments needing to be done because of how well Danielle knows me and she is always thinking outside the box and truly listens to my needs and always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm good before leaving my appointments!!! Thank you Danielle for giving me my life back!!!
