I always get good care at the Biloxi VA. Seems every specialty clinic I’ve ever had to see they have treated me professionally and timely. Only gripe is with the primary care clinic (purple team). At my last two annual wellness checkups, wait was excessive!!
Other than that - always pleased with Biloxi VA.

From the staff, the cooks, counselors, techs, and even the other patients there! I had an amazing experience and the program taught me a lot about myself and life. One of the techs that really stood out and helped me is Alyssa. She's an angel and a gift. If it weren't for her I probably wouldn't had come out of my shell I was in! All the talks and laughs she gave me are always in my heart. One thing I love is almost everyone that works there is in recovery! Alyssa you are my inspiration and I'm so proud of you! Keep your same attitude and work skills forever, especially to the next patient that needs you. Just don't forget me.😊💖 Five stars and hats off to everyone at Mississippi drug and alcohol . Maybe I could have quit fent without this place. The methadone is like a crutch for me. Some people need crutches to gain the ability to walk again. Addiction is my broken leg. I recommend this place for anyone trying to get on the road to recovery and just can't seem to get it. If you've been trying to get sober and can't do it alone, this might be your magic carpet ride. Put some importance in your recovery. Make it time bound, Set your goals, Change your direction, Get your life back, remember that you do matter and give life another chance at new season treatment center.
Know your worth. Call and set up a intake interview and see if this is the right choice for you.

Raph is not the best worker here. I like her. She is rude. I forgive her. Christina is the 2nd best therapist I've ever had. Christina is the glue of my life right now. I thank God 4 sending me 2 Oceans. Lucy is Amazing. Rush is a pompous know it all condescending guy. He is very conservative with medicine. I forgive him as well. High school does not end here. There are cliques among the employees. When the bus comes, out of 2 months, I've seen only 2 white people talk to the black crowd in front of the exit. I am not wrong here. I do not deserve mistreatment. I love everyone. I want the best for anyone. I try not to hate. I love Oceans, Christina, Lucy, & Gabby. They are all super sweet, genuine & nice. Henry the bus driver is AWESOME! Best bus driver I've ever ridden with in my life. The food is great. Karaoke & bingo are fun. They take a lot of medical insurances. I LOVE this place. Sounds crazy I know, but when you've been through 30 years of mental health experience I gotta say this is the 2nd BEST place I've ever been 2 for help. Charter is the best. It's no longer there which makes this place the best. God Bless. Do the best you can by God yall. Amen.

This place changed my life! Theres a hospital side and a therapy side to oceans. I was at the therapy side. I spent 8 weeks in group therapy and the knowledge I gained about myself and sharing perspectives in group therapy drastically improved my marriage, how I treat my kids, sleep and overall mood.
Facility can use some upgrades, but the staff is amazing! Nursing staff is friendly and fun. They were the main contributors of me having a good experience.
