A family member of mine discovered Jaywalker from a friend. I had no concept of sobriety and had spent the better half of two decades struggling with drug abuse and alcoholism. I was ready to give up.
I walked through the doors of Jaywalker Lodge in August 2024 and never looked back. Jaywalker gave me all of the tools, support, and motivation to give my life purpose again and LIVE.

Summit womans recovery is phenomenal! I just celebrated 4 years sober and without SWR, I wouldn't be where I am today. The only reason there isn't more awesome reviews is because of the stigma around admitting online you went to a recovery program. If you have a problem with drugs or alcohol you will get the tools to get through it with SWR.

Summit Women’s Recovery was instrumental in my transition from inpatient treatment to moving home. Jeanette and Susanne are amazing, insightful therapists who assisted my entire family in building trust with each other and mending resentments. I have been sober a year and a half and owe a debt of gratitude to SWR for helping me to forgive myself and navigate a new, happy, peaceful life in recovery. The Glenwood staff and my doctor were awesome!!!! I have seen so many nasty reviews but my 15 visits in the last 6 months, I have seen only people that are polite, professional and on top of their game. From the front desk to my intake coordinator, I was impressed. Then assigned Dr. Katie Hundertmark couldn't have been more helpful. Felt very lucky! MJ Horn was also great and very knowledgeable. She got some tricky things done for me. Bad news and negative reviews always travels 10 times faster and farther. This is coming from someone that was in medical field for 14 years. Picking up the phone and trying to find help for the first time was daunting. I knew I needed to change my relationship with alcohol, but I didn’t know where to start. After making multiple calls, I came across CMAR (Colorado Medicated Assisted Recovery). The first person I spoke to on the phone made me feel welcome and helped me begin my recovery journey.
I started in August 2024 and was guided to IOP, which included three sessions a week. I’ll never forget the first time I walked in—I was welcomed right away. James Jackman was the group therapist that day and made me feel comfortable from day one. He would later become my personal therapist, and I owe a lot to him for helping me through my recovery.
I came in wanting to change my relationship with alcohol, but I ended up working through so much more—my anxiety, childhood trauma, and the reasons behind my substance use. I learned more about myself and grew as a person in ways I never imagined.
After graduating IOP in three months, I decided to continue in OP for another year. Through CMAR, I’ve built a strong sober community and made many close friends. If you’re looking for help, this place is truly amazing.

One of my friends decided to go to AspenRidge a while ago. Initially, he was not really convinced but after a while I saw him becoming a different person. He made amends with a lot of people he had hurt in the past and is currently working to improve himself.

I highly recommend Aspen Ridge to anyone who needs help with recovery. I have been in recovery for years, and Aspen Ridge is my favorite facility out there. Unlike many others, Aspens Ridge does NOT force any specific modality on folks, such as AA or NA. Many other rehab facilities are 12 step-based, which I haven’t found to be helpful. Aspend Ridge helps folks find the program that works before for each individual, such as SMART recovery, Dharma Recovery, or 12 steps. The therapists and instructors at Aspen Ridge are also all tremendously helpful and motivated. Highly recommended to anyone in need!

As an Addiction Counselor and Family Coach, I have worked with families whose children have been in varying levels of treatment at Sandstone Care. Their residential treatment for adolescents is outstanding, serving this younger population, for which there are not as many treatment options. Their IOP for adolescents and young adults is also excellent, and includes a family support element. Their staff is professional, compassionate, and responsive to individual's unique needs. I would highly recommend Sandstone Care for adolescent and young adult treatment of substance use disorders.

While I was a little hesitant getting into treatment like most, the staff at sandstone were extremely patient and caring throughout the whole process. I attended and completed the dual diagnosis iop program while in treatment the staff at sandstone did an amazing job to make me feel welcome and comfortable and addressed and concerns quickly and effectively. The groups were very involved and really challenged me to grow as a person. After treatment I’ve been attending the alumni program that meets regularly and does fun events. It’s been a really good way to connect with others in the sober community and to get the extra support when I need it. I would highly recommend looking into sandstone if your considering treatment or haven’t found a place that’s right for you.

I went through sandstone twice. Once when I was 18 and again when I was 19. At the time I was not willing to admit that I had a problem with substances. I thought I had everything figured out. The years after I had graduated the program I was able to prove to myself that I still knew nothing about my alcoholism. I am grateful for sandstone since I wouldn’t have even been able to have any type of knowledge about my own substance use if it wasn’t for the amazing staff over at sandstone. They helped me get my foot through the door into the world of recovery. I don’t know where I would be without sandstone and I am beyond grateful for the effort the staff puts in to help people with their mental health/substance abuse. I now have a great relationship with my family, a true connection with my friends and most important I have a life worth living now. That is just the surface of what recovery has brought into my life. I have sandstone to thank for that!

The Foundry, along with 2 other places, were highly recommended to our family by the counselors treating our son in the detox unit of our local hospital. I spent many hours calling, verifying, and comparing the treatment plans from the 3 facilities noted before choosing the Foundry. Their program was the most comprehensive, and the location seemed conducive to a long term recovery. Thankfully, we were able to keep our son there for 54 days before his insurance ended. Every service and session the Foundry claims to have on their website actually happened. Our son, who initially attempted to check himself out on Day 2, made the decision to stay, and by the end of his 54 days, he said he wished he could stay there permanently. I cannot say enough positive things about the Foundry's program and staff, which in short was exceptional, comprehensive, and structured. How do you thank someone for saving their child's life? It took a team, and together, our mission was accomplished!

My primary therapist at The rose house has the experience necessary to provide an excellent service, the house manager is a genuine, approachable and amazing person who cares so much about the patients during the treatment and after. It's hard to describe the level of care and support that Rose House provides. No family ever wants to be in this situation, but Rose House provides a level of knowledge, confidence and assurance that we couldn't find anywhere else. The fact that it is female specific makes its mission that more effective in not only dealing with addiction but the underlying roots of abuse and trauma. We were desperate and they gave us our daughter back. This place is not an adult daycare or resort. They require not only the patients to do the hard work, but the families as well. If you care about your family member you have to put in the work as well, because these folks have a tough road ahead of them and no one goes it alone in life. For these people that need this level of care Rose House is superlative in giving patients and families the tools they need to turn their lives around.

I had a life changing experience during my stay at the Rose House. The staff are kind and firm at the same time. The dynamics between the clients is also a very therapeutic part of it all. The way we cared and called each other out was very crucial to the whole experience. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone who is serious about a clean and sober lifestyle.

I had my first surgery at AdventHealth Porter this week and it was a positive experience. All of the medical team made sure I was taken care of and answered all my questions. I was nervous but they helped me stay comfortable and had good humor through the whole experience. If I ever need surgery in the future, I would definitely try to schedule it here!
