Amazing staff, incredibly compassionate! Recovery Campus is a huge help when you're just taking off in your recovery and have basically nothing left to start with. Everyone there treats you with respect and dignity instead of seeing you as a junkie or an alcoholic. They have counselors trained in this cool thing called EMDR that is wonderful if you have trauma in your past that you still find hard to cope with. Trinda, Sandy and Heidi were fantastic supports for me but there are others that are just as skilled and experienced that can help you too if out patient treatment is what you're looking for. I have learned so much about myself and have gained the skills I need to be successful in my recovery. Thanks to RMBH!

This was A very positive experience for our family. Our daughter was there for two months and she gained invaluable coping skills that will help her succeed. She came home with confidence on her sobriety and a plan for maintaining. Her counselor McKenzie was awesome and supported her through the entire journey. Sandstone is an overall good program. My child learned a lot and made a lot of progress dyeing his time here. The facility has great staff who really care. The parent support group is a valuable support with lots of good information as well as giving parents a space eith other parents who know what it's like. I would recommend Sandstone at Cascade to any family battling with addiction and mental health.

My son is at day 30/60 and he is definitely learning a lot. I think the online sessions, phone updates and emails plus online sessions, help parents who are navigating substance issues with their teen. My son went in thinking it'd be horrible, but he hasn't been complaining, and I know he's becoming more equipped with coping skills and learning more about why he is the way he is. I like how they focus on communicating for success, for both child and parent. Very thankful for the huge effort staff gives. I highly recommend Sandstone for your teen if you feel completely broken and lost with helping your child. Plus it does give you a moment to breathe knowing your child is safe. Counselors can see through the mask, and they know how to dive deeper into issues. They are absolutely in tune with your Ins, probation and counselors from home, so you feel very supported from all angles.

I have been to many places to help my mental health, and this by far is the most kind and understanding I have been to. They listened and also helped me get things done that were incredibly hard to do. I can understand why it has low ratings as sometimes some places are not a fit for most. But if I ever have a struggle like I did the other day- I will gladly come back. They don’t push you to do things, I was able to do things at my own pace and as well they are very well versed in being basic kind people! If you ever are in need of help, go here. If you struggle with SI, you matter, no matter how much your thoughts say you don’t

We had seen some questionable reviews and weren’t sure if we chose the right place. Our kiddo was seen quickly, their counselor was phenomenal. We walked out of there with tools, tips, a list of providers, and most of all hope! I don’t know if she’ll ever see this but Lynelle was our guardian angel that night and will always be in our hearts!!

All the staff I interacted with, specifically the mental health technician such as Cole, Courtney, Ite, and the social worker Whitney, and Dr. Laura Williams were excellent. They were all so kind. I was happy with the treatment plan they made with me too. There aren't a lot of groups in the facility, so definitely bring your own books or activities. They let you bring your phone in too!

The director Scott is very efficient and helpful. He is mindful of ensuring that you do what's necessary to maintain sobriety. Danny, also, is an amazing addition to the team and he is an incredible person. I did not care for the rest of the Stirt coordinators.

There are moments in life when you feel completely lost, broken, and unsure if things will ever get better. When I came to this recovery center, I was at one of those moments. I was struggling not only with addiction but also with finding hope for my future. Looking back now, I can honestly say that this program changed—and quite possibly saved—my life. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) gave me much more than treatment. It gave me the tools to understand myself, heal from my past, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. The counselors and staff genuinely cared about me as a person, not just as a client. They challenged me when I needed it, supported me when I felt weak, and never gave up on me, even when I struggled to believe in myself. What made this program so special was the sense of community and connection. For the first time in a long time, I didn’t feel alone. I was surrounded by people who understood what I was going through and who encouraged me every step of the way. Through group sessions, counseling, and the support of the staff, I learned that recovery is possible and that I deserved a better life. Today, I am stronger, healthier, and more hopeful than I ever thought I could be. The lessons I learned in this program continue to guide me every day. The impact this recovery center has had on my life and my family is impossible to put into words. To anyone considering treatment, know that asking for help is one of the bravest things you can do. The entire staff of A New Hope Counseling is beyond professional and really treats you like family. They truly do care about your health (mentally and physically) but care even more about your sobriety afterwards. With multiple options and flexible times to come back whether it be for serious help, someone to talk to, or just to pop in and say hi because sometimes that is all you need. They all have been quite literally lifesavers for myself and I know many others feel the same. I don't normally play favorites but Reena is the kindest most caring person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting with. Without her and her staff I have no clue where I would be nowadays. I would highly recommend A New Hope Counseling to anyone looking for support with maintaining their sobriety or looking for positive outcome with anything that is court ordered. I would even give them bonus points for having very competitive fees, that is if for some odd reason they won't work with your insurance. I give them an overall 15/10!

What makes this place are the girls themselves that show up wanting their kids back. There's a lot of humanity here. The staff are a bit disorganized in how they approach us and what they expect of us but this place got me clean and sober and now I have six months! I wouldn't have changed anything for the world. There are some great programs out there, but none quite like insight. If you are looking to be seen for who you are, and not just for your insurance, insight recovery is the place for you. Their client-centered mindset garuntees you won’t slip through the cracks and get lost in the grey. These people will fight for you. They’ll advocate for you. They’ll pick you up and give you the tools to fly. They’re still here for you even when they’re off the clock. I’ve seen them go to great lengths to support so many individuals recoveries. Also they make recovery fun! They give you new ways to think about yourself and the world. As clients, we all become one big family. I was a part of their diversion program. From a clients point of veiw it, it was a good place. There is a problem with not having enough staff some nights so i would have to go to another Cottage for the night. The staff was really nice no matter where I was and i know that the staff has to deal with kids that can be challenging at times . The cottages were clean,orderly,and good sized. One of the better places i have been at. the theripists were professional and productive. I would vist this place again if i was in crisis.
