They offer flexible outpatient addiction therapy allowing patients to live at home while | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I cant thank Ray Klein (Stone Bridge Counseling Center) enough for the tremendous help he has given my husband and I through our intense Marriage counseling with him in Colorado Springs. My husband booked this counseling session for us after hearing about it through his life couch & someone who has been through the same struggles we were currently going through. My world was crushed & I knew for sure that i wanted a divorce. It was done for me but my husband was not prepared to lose his family. He took full responsibility for his actions on his addictions and was prepared to do whatever it takes to have us back & get help. He convinced me to go with him to Colorado to meet Ray. I did not want to go but agreed for the sake of our kids. I saw this as our last chance. I was very nervous meeting Ray and having to relive all of this all over again but when we got there we both felt very comfortable. The session started with my husband taking a polygraph so we can get everything out in the open and have no secrets. Throughout the next couple days being in intense counseling Ray helped us both understand what happens to the human brain when there is addiction & past family dysfunction is involved. Especially the effects of feeling worthlessness. He gave us neurological, scientifically proven facts but also quote scripture and lessons from the Bible that Jesus taught throughout his life on earth. This was very eye opening for both of us. It helped me see my husband in a different light even though he has crushed me in the worst way possible it allowed my heart to soften & see a side of him I have not yet seen. Ray helped my husband deal with his past struggles, the guilt, the shame, alcohol, feelings of worthlessness. Ray helped me to see my worth again through Jesus Christ and knowing who God created me to be as a wife, mother and woman. Ray helped us as a couple on how to communicate in a way to really get to know each other at a deeper level emotionally, spiritually and ultimately helps create a deeper intimacy. We are not yet where we need to be but we now have many tools and will continue counseling with Ray over the phone. We are extremely thankful for him and wished we knew about Ray before life got this messy.
Thank you so much for all the work you do and for using your faith to minister and guide so many couples. I will strongly recommend Ray for anyone with any marital, addiction, abuse or infidelity problems. Not only do you learn allot but you also find ways to laugh and feel comfortable in the sessions. Rays personality is very welcoming, firm, strong boundaries, loving, kind with a wealth of wisdom on all levels
Thank you for everything

Ray took time to understand the issues between us, he was very professional, thorough and careful to try to get to the bottom of the issues. I was not truthful about all my actions towards my wife initially and he was very direct in dealing with that. After I was truthful with everyone it really got better. Suzanne and I are really working good as a couple now, and it's 100% Ray who got us going in the right direction.

Transgender care....... 😂.....I came here for help transitioning and these people don't have a clue. I got misgendered by Kyle after talking to him for an hour. They sent my a intake paper to sign and he had misgendered me all through it!
Then my therapist..........just read all of the bad reviews and go to UC HEALTH where they actually do know how to counsel transgender people....these people may honestly try.....but they just don't understand nothing about being transgender or the hate we face.....I was their first transgender patient and it sincerely showed....I spent a whole day crying because of these people after wasting almost 5 months. They told me that I had to talk about "other" things to get my letter.i came from Florida and didn't understand how transition worked here. So they made me have therapy for things I didn't
Need just to get a support letter for my transition

If you truly need constant and dependable help, this is not the place for you. The late contact if any and canceled appointments are constant. There is no real guidance through your attempt to heal. Addition | Treatments Programs Payment Options | 3 years ago I was introduced to 2xtreme as a resource to help my son who, at the time, was self-medicating with anything he could get his hands on. My son was lost and I wanted him back. I was referred to 2xtreme by a vice principal at my son's school. Upon my research, I found that they work with at risk young men and families who are in a crisis. During our first appointment, the approach taken by John Davis of 2xtreme, was extraordinarily different as he was able to pinpoint my sons struggles and name them. Taken back by what we had encountered that day, I knew and my son knew that this was the place for him to find himself and to begin to heal. Over these 3 years, not only was my son cared for, but my family was as well. A relationship that consisted of thoughtfulness, communication, experientials, care, integrity, humility, vulnerability and love is what brought not only my son, but my family closer. My son and I are both stronger mentally, physically and spiritually, and we are still evolving. I owe so much to 2xtreme and John Davis, the words Thank You just don't seem to match what they have done, sacrificially, for me and my family.

This place is the best thing since Color Television! 😁 Seriously though, this place in and of itself.. was a contributing factor to which saved my life in the sense that when I knew ‘I was done’.. I had the BEST support & amazing championing from some amazing people sharing a common goal of maintaining their sobriety while putting their focus on their physical wellbeing and self esteem in their bodies and minds rather than just the ‘mumbo-jumbo’ of traditional, socially-conditioned methods of recovery in addiction and, having said being championed; I’d like to pay a respectable nod to a specific person, Carson.. whom by all accounts went out of the ordinary to see me thru a rather unorthodox necessity for assistance at a time when I was on the right path, yet.. just simply needed a hand-up and a simple ‘break’ and was obliged to help make a difference in my path and how I launched into my life of recovery and fitness! As a result of continuity and perseverance in this said path.. I now have the privilege and utmost pleasure of saying I’m a volunteer & will be soon be of service to the community within, and look forward to continuing my journey in my own recovery and the journey of others in their journey of growth and success within their lives as they pursue their fitness goals and aspirations as well! I had the opportunity to help with some service work and lent my time to clean some of the workout equipment, specifically the medicine balls, to which are highly utilized by many, and after approximately 32 hours of deep cleaning.. many more are using this equipment more often as they look brand new now! You can see the picture attached! ENJOY USING THE EQUIPMENT WHEN YOU COME IN TO WORKOUT 🏋️♂️ & MAY YOUR BODIES BE WELL & WITH YOU!

I want to start this review by acknowledging that recovery from mental health issues, trauma and addiction is HARD. There is no one place that will be a good fit for everybody and no place will work until the client wants to change and is ready to do the very difficult work required for healing. We stumbled upon the Rose House when we had almost lost all hope for our 18 year old daughter. She had been in and out of various mental health facilities and rehab facilities but nothing worked. She was an addict but if she checked into a rehab facility the trauma she had experienced caused her to go into a fight or flight response. She acted out verbally and by self harming. Although they would claim to be a dual diagnosis center, they would always call us within a day or so and tell us they didn't have the type of facilities to help her. If we tried to get her residential mental health help we were told there was no such place. She could only be put on a 72 hour hold if she was a danger to herself or others. Our daughter's addiction began when a couple of men lured her into their trafficking scheme. She was 14 and they paid her a lot of attention. In her mind one of them was her boyfriend and she felt flattered that an older man would want her. They started giving her drugs in exchange for sex. Soon she needed the drugs to stop the feeling of guilt and disgust she felt from what was happening to her. When she finally said no to one of them he physically and forcibly raped her. I wish we had understood earlier what was going on. (This man is now serving 97 years in a Colorado prison)
We walked into the Rose House and took a tour at her lowest point. She agreed to look at the Rose House but wasn't committing to going. After the tour we sat in Alison's office and I asked her if she thought the Rose House could help my daughter. Alison said if she is willing to come she is exactly who we help. My daughter said no one can help me I'm broken.
My daughter checked herself in a few weeks later after being arrested for a DV situation and a high speed chase with the police. She spent a night in jail and realized she did not want to spend another one there. She had a court hearing. Alison met us there to support her and then took her to the Rose House. We couldn't speak to her for 2 weeks during the settling in period. Once we could communicate with her we saw growth every time we spoke or saw her. I asked her what was different this time. Her answer was 1. I'm ready for help and 2. the staff knows what they are doing and I know they care about me.
I don't want to paint the wrong picture, recovery is never a straight line and it doesn't always happen in a set period of time. I was glad that the Rose House worked towards goals and that's what drove moving to the next step - not a set number of days on a calendar. They were also there on the tough days. Setting boundaries when needed, treating clients with respect and always showing compassion and consistency.
The other thing that is different about the Rose House is that they really believe that the healing of the client's family is important and do a lot of work towards that with the weekly family zoom meeting and the family weekend. We learn that we can not control the decisions of our loved ones but we can set boundaries for ourselves. We can support them in their recovery but we can't do it for them.
Our daughter graduated from the program and spent some time in the step down program. She is now 19, just received her 6 months chip for being clean and sober and is holding a fulltime job. She continues going to meetings almost everyday and is working with her own therapist to continue the work that was started in the Rose House.
I honestly believe that if we hadn't found the Rose House she would be dead now. Instead I get to hug her everyday and get to see the wonderful woman she is becoming.
The Rose House and it's staff have our undying gratitude.
